Abstract: The grey control theory is used to predict electric power demand in this paper. Original data is processed by the Generation Method. Many unimportant factors affecting electric power demand are removed, and useful information is extracted from original data. The differential fitting equation is set up,and grey prediction model modified by slip average method is presented with residual modification. The current year data is possessed with high weight, which avoids excessive fluctuation. Predicting results show that the model is effective to improve the predict precision.

Abstract: The green supply chain management, as a new model of modern management, aims to achieve the goal of the sustainable development of social economy and promote the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper shall begin with the connotation of supply chain management, then the ways to implement green supply chain management shall be elaborated respectively: promoting environmental legislation, developing cluster supply chain network and eco-industrial park, establishing platform of network information system, cultivating market environment of green consumption, changing environmental conception and cultivating green enterprise culture, re-engineering business process and encouraging green technological innovation, establishing strategic cooperation and constructing performance of evaluation system and generally participating in and inspiring green supply chain management.

Abstract: Developing circular economy has important practical significance in improving resource development and utilization rate, relieving pressure on the environment, achieving sustainable social and economic development and realizing the harmonious development of human society. The paper starts with the definition of the connotation of circular economy and green supply chain and further compares the distinction between green supply chain and traditional supply chain. Then, analyses shall be mainly made about the contents of green supply chain management based on circular economy. Finally, the prospect shall be forecast for the implementation of green supply chain management in China.

Abstract: The decoupling conditions of GDP and Total Primary Energy Supply (TPES) for the BRICS in the period 1971-2008 were analyzed. It is concluded that in the studied period, the decoupling indicators of China and Russia are relatively higher than that of Brazil, South Africa and India. The BRICS’s decoupling distribution is similar to China, because China accounts for most part of TPES and GDP of the BRICS. To restrain the total resource or energy consumption from increasing too fast, it is suggested to match the indicators of GDP growth and the decreasing rate of resource consumption per unit of GDP appropriately.

Abstract: Selects 9 industries as the comparison of textile industry, estimates the and the industry's carbon emission amount in China and energy consumption levels in Henan Province in recent years, and compare the energy consumption levels of Henan in 2007 and 2008 with the other central provinces: Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province and Shanxi Province. The results show that: in China, the carbon emission of textile industry is less, but in Henan Province is relatively large. Especially in these two years, there is rapid growth in energy consumption of textile industry, which results in great pressure on the environment. Finally recommend to implement energy saving and realize low-carbon economy.
