Abstract: In this paper, a simple method is reported to obtain nitrogen-doped p-ZnO film. In this method NH3 plasma, generated in a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition system, was employed to treat ZnO thin film. By hall-effect measurement a p type conductivity was observed for the treated film with the hole density of 3.6×1016. XPS result confirmed nitrogen was incorporated into ZnO film during the treatment process to occupy the oxygen positions.

Abstract: AlN films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering on the SiO2 films with different thickness. Preferred orientation, grain size, surface roughness and grain growth of the AlN films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). It's found that when the thickness of SiO2 films are 100 nm and 200 nm, the AlN films have characteristics of good C-axis preferred orientation, good surface roughness and vertical grain growth, which are suitable for application in thin film bulk acoustic wave resonators (FBARs). When the thickness of SiO2 film is 300 nm, although the AlN film has characteristics of good C-axis preferred orientation and surface roughness, the grain growth is tilted, which is not suitable for application in the FBARs.

Abstract: IMR can print out excellent textures and effects on irregular surfaces. Many products decorated by IMR are protected from water and fading, and these kinds of decorations strongly increase beauty, desirability and value of the objects. Therefore, this research is to investigate the potential use of combining IMR with UV inkjet printing and to compare color variance of IMR between PET coated and uncoated white ink. Study results show that the SIDs of PET with white ink is higher about 0.15 to 0.2 than the PET without white ink. The SIDs of PET without white ink will decrease and the SIDs of the PET with white ink will increase when transferred. The PC of PET without white ink is about 10 to 15 higher than the PET with white ink. After transferred, the Color Gamut became smaller than before. Especially for the PET without white ink, its color differences △E can reach 40. In addition, the color gamut became smaller when transferred.

Abstract: The In-Mold Roller is a revolutionary printing process by which objects are 3D decorated. Products decorated by In-Mold Roller are waterproof and protected from fading. What’s more, these kinds of decorations strongly increase the beauty, desirability and value of the objects. The In-Mold Roller is now using either of gravure printing and screen printing to print PET film. However, there are some problems with these two techniques. This research is to investigate potential usages of combining In-Mold Roller with digital UV inkjet printing in 3D decoration, e.g. in personalized printing services. Study results found that when the coverage and the resolution of inkjet printing become higher, the SIDs will become higher as well. When transferred to ABS, SIDs in each combination will increase. Each combination of inkjet conditions, with the isolation of white ink, color differences are less variant. TVIs of white ink decrease 30% to 40% halftone and display in “M” type. In print contrast, C and K colors of each combination are better than M and Y colors. After transferred into print contrast, each combination of PC will be higher about 2 to5. When transferred to ABS, color variances of each combination are not huge, and color differences are about 3to5.

Abstract: Abrasion of screen bar is reduced, after the screen underflow’s decreasing, which service life is significantly prolong according to the paper. So small diameter screen bar can be used, and the open area will be increased through optimization design. The relationship between the theoretical value and practical value of open area is discussed in this paper. Circular section of screen bar is beneficial to streamline channel’s formation, reducing and avoiding basically refuse jam or blocked screen accident. Straight line structure of grate be helpful for material diversion.

Abstract: Vinyl-cyclosilane and styrene were introduced to harden the polysiloxane via radical crosslinking ensuring the independency of the particles and the generation of the micro-channels. After the emulsion had been prepared, when the shape of emulsion particles became stable, the room temperature vulcanization crosslinker was added to form the separation membrane.

Abstract: The surface of hot rolled ribbed steel bar after remained-heat-treatment process readily corrodes and rusts on store and transportation process due to falling off of the surface of its oxide layer in the steel production. By studying different cooling intensity having what effect on rebar structure, mechanical property and the thickness and component of surface oxide layer, this paper analyses the influence factor of strengthening mechanism and anti-corrosion on the surface oxide layer of hot rolled ribbed steel bars (HRB). The result indicates that there is a certain extent improvement on the bar’s yield strength and strength of extension after remained heat treatment, and that this change in large size bar is more distinct than which in small size’s. The most distinct strengthening effect happens in a temperature on cooling table about 720°C. Above 820°C —the temperature on cooling table, all metallographic structure consist of ferrite and pearlite (F+P); under 725°C, the sclerotic structure like bainite appears. With the temperature on cooling table arising, surface oxide layer thickens. In low temperature on cooling table, the sample integrates with matrix comparatively closely and has relatively better anti-corrode property.

Abstract: The SPI was applied in food industry widely, but its functionalities may change during storage. The effect of store temperature, time, RH and package material on emulsibility and the component of SPI were studied, when SPI was packaged in 100% N2 and Al, 80%N2:20%CO2 and Al, 60%N2:40% CO2 and Al, vacuum and Al, white paper/plastic/HDPE, and PE and then stored for 5 months in the conditions of RH 80% and 30°C. It was shown that the 7S/11S of SPI only packaged in PE decreased significantly(p<0.05), while the subunit of SPI would lost in different levels and obviously in PE. It was observed by SDS-PAGE that the subunit of SPI disaggregated and molecules aggregated. Focusing on the sulfydryl group and disulfide bond, it was found that the content of sulfydryl decreased while disulfide bond increased.

It was observed by SDS-PAGE that the subunit of SPI disaggregated and molecules aggregated. Comparing the functionalities of SPI with different packaging material, it was shown that the sequence of the barrier property of material to T and RH was Al packaging>factory packaging>PE packaging. Analyzed by relatedness, it was shown that the 7S/11S of SPI with PE packaging storage was not significant with emulsibility. The content of -SH with PE was significantly positive with emulsibility (EAI 0.975**/ESI 0.985**), but the -S-S- of SPI in PE was significantly negative (EAI -0.975**/ESI -0.967**) correlation with emulsibility.

Abstract: Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) is the enzyme that controls the acetylcholine (ACh) concentrations in cholinergic synaptic clefts by hydrolyzing ACh to choline and acetate. In this paper, we investigate the effect of very low frequency (VLF) electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation on AChE activity. AChE was exposed to VLF-EMFs with electric field intensity ranged from 0 to 200V/m and exposure time ranged from 0 to 120min. The results demonstrated that the VLF-EMF increased enzyme activity when the intensity ranged from 80V/m to 100V/m as well as exposure time ranged from 60min to 80min. And the AChE activity decreased when the intensity ranged from 120V/m to 140V/m and exposure time ranged from 20min to 120min. Thus, those results are significant in clinical treatments.
