Abstract: Web text classification, as one of the fundamental techniques of web mining, plays an important role in the web mining system. An improved term weighting method is proposed in this paper. Besides term frequency, the location of the term is also considered when calculating the weight of a term. Web pages were divided into 4 text blocks and each text block has its location weight. Experimental result shows that the precision of improved term weighting method is higher than traditional term weighting method.

Abstract: Through experiments and model simulation, this paper had a comprehensive study on the determination and prediction of the bubble point pressure(BPP) for the CO2-oil system. The result indicates that The reservoir fluid and CO2 can normally reach the one-contact miscible state above the CO2 concentration of 60 mol%. For different oil samples of a certain reservoir, the curves of the relative BPP can be regressed to get a single curve. These curves can be used to estimate the BPP of any unknown oil-CO2 mixture in the reservoir. The calculation result of the advanced PREOS is accord with the experiment result, which is better model simulation.

Abstract: The routing of a fleet of vehicles to service a set of customers is important in logistic distribution systems. The main objective of Vehicle routing problem (VRP) is to minimize the total required fleet size for serving all customers. Secondary objectives are to minimize the total distance traveled or to minimize the total route duration of all vehicles. In this paper, we present a hybrid ant colony System, named PACS, coupled with a pareto local search (PLS) algorithm and apply to the VRP and its variant, the VRP with Time Windows (VRPTW). The algorithm only chooses partial customers randomly to compute the transition probability and PLS can help to escape local optimum. Experiments on various aspects of the algorithm and computational results for some benchmark problems are reported. We compare our approach with some classic, powerful meta-heuristics and show that the proposed approach can obtain the better quality of the solutions.

Abstract: At present, using a computer to fabric defect detection is a hot method in textile quality assess. The contrast of fabric defects images is not high and effects of tradition processing methods are not particularly good. In this paper, therefore, based on Rough Set and Pulse Coupled Neural Networks, a filtering algorithm is proposed and good results have been achieved.

Abstract: The World Wide Web has been considered as a large distributed information system based development and use of computer technology that both provide access to shared data objects. En-Cache techniques are important for reducing Internet access latency, network traffic, and server load in different networks. In this paper, we survey the state-of-art techniques used in En-route Caching and discuss the recent development.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, multimedia systems have emerged as one of the fastest growing segments in the field of higher education. Multimedia technology used in teaching not only can facilitate the reform of educational modal, also can accelerate the renovation of teaching materials, teaching method and class teaching structure in the field of higher education. This paper discusses the emergence of multimedia, its functions, definition, characteristics and benefits in higher education. Some of the different applications of multimedia in the field of higher education are cited, and the promising future outlook of multimedia is being examined.

Abstract: Soil moisture plays an important role in agricultural drought predicting, therefore there is
an increasing demand for detailed predictions of soil moisture, especially at basin scales. However, so
far soil moisture predictions are usually obtained as a by-product of climate and weather prediction
models coupled with a land surface parameterization scheme, and there has been little dedicated work
to meet this urgent need at basin scales. In order to improve the basin hydrological models’
performance in the soil moisture forecasting, an integrated soil moisture predicting model based on
Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Xinanjiang model is proposed and presented in this paper. The
performance of the new integrated soil moisture predicting model was tested in the Linyi watershed
with a drainage area of 10040 km2, located in the semi-arid area of the eastern China. The results
suggest that the soil moisture simulated by the integrated ANN-Xinanjiang model is more agree with
the observed ones than that simulated by Xinanjiang, and that the simulated soil moisture by both the
models has the similar trend and temporal change pattern with the observed one.

Abstract: With the rapidly development and widely acceptance of MDD(Model Based Design), MBT(Model Based Test) has been presented for many years, it matches test-first concept, has been widely accepted. In this paper, basic process of model based testing is presented firstly, after that, key technologies such as Model instruct, test case selection, test script running etc. are discussed. Actual test case with Specific Explorer is presented and test result analysis is presented.

Abstract: Owing to the nonlinear characteristic of a novel type of translational meshing motor with model uncertainties, a model reference control system which consists of a neural network and a fuzzy controller is used. The torque model is identified based on BP neural network, and then Fuzzy controller works as the controller. The description of the control system and training procedure of the neural network are given. The test results obtained for a torque control scheme suitable for the control of the motor are also presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed nonlinear control scheme. It has been found that the fuzzy control system is able to work reliably.

Abstract: Based on human eye visual characteristics of brightness and texture, a new region segmentation method and quantitative formulas in transform domain were put forward. By dynamic quantization, the transparency of carrier images and the anti-attack capability of watermarking images were improved. And a new kind of adjustment operator was brought up, which adjusted the pixel value after inverse discrete wavelet transform.
