Abstract: A network open learning services support platform based on the open source moodle is constructed in this paper. First, an open teaching model based on open education resources is described, the model is based on self-learning as the center, using the real-time and non real-time two interactive way, and supported by learning support platform. then an open educational resource sharing platform, a process control and quality assurance platform, a learning support service platform are proposed in order to help students self-study and interact real-time and non real-time. finally, we presented a case based on "Java programming lanuage" course to implement the learning support service platform.

Abstract: The transient stability preventive estimation and control is one of the most important tasks of the power system. The traditional time domain simulation method cannot meet the standard of on-line estimation because of its heavy computation burden. In this paper, we realize the on-line estimation of transient stability limits on critical lines of a power system using the favorable approximation ability of RBF network. We choose right samples by off-line count to train the RBF network in order to make the error satisfy demand. Preventive control direction and amount are determined based on first-order sensitivities of transient stability limits to generator outputs. The sensitivities are derived from partial derivatives of RBF network outputs to inputs. In the end, we take a practical power system for an example to demonstrate the efficiency of RBF network in estimation of the transient stability limit on critical lines and ability to provide preventive control strategy.

Abstract: Because the process of blade in electrochemical machining(EMC) can be effected by many factors, such as blade shapes, machining electrical field, electrolyte fluid field and anode electrochemical dissolution, different ECM machining parameters maybe result in great affections on blade machining accuracy. Regard some type of aero-engine blade as research object, five main machining parameters, applied voltage, initial machining gap, cathode feed rate, electrolyte temperature and pressure difference between electrolyte inlet and outlet, have been evaluated and optimized based on BP neural network technique. From 3125 possible machining parameter combinations, 657 optimized parameter combinations are discovered. To verify the validity of the optimized ECM parameter combination, a serial of machining experiments have been conducted on an industrial scale ECM machine, and the experiment results demonstrates that the optimized ECM parameter combination not only can satisfy the manufacturing requirements of blade fully but has excellent ECM process stability.

Abstract: Object location is one of the most important technology in robotics. This paper discuss a humanoid robot visual system, two computers are embedded in the humanoid robot in order to ensure real time localization of a moving object, computers are linked with each other through memolink communication module. One computer is responsible for processing the object images, estimating and predicting the states of the object; another one is used to control humanoid robot motion. Experiments show the effectiveness and robustness of the humanoid robot system.

Abstract: This paper describes mechanical design for a minimally invasive surgery robot, the robot will help surgons to realize high quality and precise localization in radio frequency ablation for patients with liver tumors. At present, radio frequency ablation minimally invasive more and more using in the minimally surgery operation, therefore, to develope a medical robot assisting surgons to achieve success in the radio frequency operation is necessary. In this paper, we analysis the radio frequency operation, according to the requirement of the minimally invasive operation, a medical robot structure is designed. We discuss the robot work space, gearbox mechanical and robot arm design. through localization experiment shows that the robot precise meet the minimally invasive operation requirements.

Abstract: . The research of matrix equations is an active research field, matrix equations have applied in many physical applications in recent years. As one of them, the equation is applied more and more extensively, such as control theory, chemistry and chemical engineering and so on. In this paper, motivated by [1], we give two discriminations about the real solutions of equation . The matrix is proved that it is a nonsingular solution of equation whenever are nonsingular solutions of equations at last.

Abstract: According to the operating characteristics of the wind power flow optimization and control system, an improved supercapacitor euqivalent circuit model is proposed, which characterizes termimanl behavior of the supercapacitor in the time ranges from several seonds to several minutes as well as the influence of lekage current in hours range. By the method of circuit analysis, parameter identification of the model is deduced in detail. The smilation and expriment results indicate the model and its parameter idenfication method proposed in the paper are feasible and effective.

Abstract: In order to improve the precision of revolution-modulation north-finder, a filtering method based on wavelet de-noising method is studied. The continuous revolution in constant rate is used to modulate the output signals of gyroscopes and accelerometers, and the signals are demodulated by using the integrated method. The filtering method based on wavelet de-noising method is used to filter the signals of gyroscopes. The disturbance is filtered by maximum modulus, whose Lipschitz exponent is bigger than zero. The mean value of non-maximum modulus adjacent to the selected maximum modulus is used to alternate the maximum value. The noise is filtered by soft-thresholding, whose Lipschitz exponent is smaller than zero. The experimental results show the filtering method based on wavelet de-noising method effectively restrains the effect of random drift of gyroscopes and disturbance of system, and improves the precision of the revolution-modulation north-finder.
