Abstract: For a special electromagnetic environment and the installation of environmental requirements of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) airborne, a design of digital anti-jamming steering gear is given. The composition, functions and working principle of the steering gear are described in details. The key circuits of functional modules are given, introduce a CDMA (code division multiple access) communication protocol of Digital Servo instruction and TDMA (time division multiple access) state data frame format. Take a UAV as an example, discusses the multi-steering application in airborne systems workflow. The application results showed that: this design not only improves the steering anti-jamming capability, ensures that the steering gear in the normal operation of complex electromagnetic environment, but also greatly reduces the UAV onboard computer control interfaces, improves flexibility and reliability.

Abstract: In this paper, the signal detection problem when distributed sensors are used a global decision is desired is considered. Local decisions from the sensors are fed to the data fusion center which then yields a global decision based on a fusion rule. Based on The data fusion theories of Bayesian criterion used for a distributed parallel structure, fusion rules at the fusion center、 the decision rules of sensors and the results of the computer simulation for two identical sensors, two different sensors and three identical sensors are presented. The results of the computer simulation show that the performance of the fusion system, compared with the sensor, has been improved. For the case there are three identical sensors in the fusion system, Bayesian risk is reduced by 26.5%, compared with the sensor.

Abstract: The present study show that metal cutting fluids changes the machinability because of their lubrication and cooling in turning 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel under minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) Machining. The experiments compares the mechanical performance of MQL to completely dry lubrication for the turning of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel based on experimental measurement of cutting temperature, cutting forces, surface roughness, and dimensional deviation. Results indicated that the use of near dry lubrication leads to lower cutting temperature and cutting force, favorable chip-tool interaction, reduced tool wears, surface roughness, and dimensional deviation.

Abstract: This paper reveals the multi-stage dynamic game property of the social network evolution map of the start-up enterprise, puts forward the time value assumption, value distribution assumption and expectation value assumption of enterprise social network evolution, and constructs the scale mark characteristic model of social network evolution, and gets the result that in fixed value retained distribution method, this scale mark characteristic will be more prominent and the widths of all evolution map pedigrees’ scale marks are incremental. In one word, the evolution map scale mark will be influenced by uncertain external factors in terms of social network group value attributes.

Abstract: The efficiency of the orientation thermal transfer is the key in rapid heat cycle molding (RHCM) technology, because it significantly affects the energy consumption, productivity and the quality of the final polymer parts. Therefore, the thermal response of the integral mold insert in SRHCM process has been simulated by ANSYS, and a novel thermal transfer structure in the form of combined mold insert with insulation layer has been developed to reduce the energy waste. The milled U-grooves act as thermal transfer channels in this structure, which can be manufactured conveniently to obtain high surface quality easily. The simulation results show that the novel structure can save energy consumption evidently, that the heating time is reduced by 35.7 percent, and that the cooling time is reduced by 24.9 percent compared with the unmodified one.

Abstract: PCA plus SVM is a popular framework for classification problems. On the one hand, it can avoid the SVM kernel Gram to become overlarge and save storage space. On the other hand, PCA plus SVM approach has been verified effective for classification by experience. This paper focuses on building a theoretical foundation for this framework. By derivation, the equivalence relation between PCA plus SVM and LDA is discovered for binary classification. Moreover, we give a specific analysis about the framework to validate our viewpoint compared with SVM and combined SVM/LDA on ORL face database, Yale face database and real world benchmark data. The experimental results indicate that SVM can be performed in PCA transformed space for classification.

Abstract: In order to design the typical U-bending die, based on analysis the bending process, the die structure for the parts of the arm plate, and consider the factors of springback of bending, tensile, and impact of the clearance between Stamping and female die mould, detailed calculations the key parameters of the expanded length of the bending part, bending force, etc. It can determine the size of the rough and parameters of punch size and press tonnage, and the entire mold were installed and commissioned. The study results showed: The design of the mold has the advantages of simple structure, easy to use, and higher life, and achieve the design goals.

Abstract: During mid and late period in Oil-field development, there is a restriction between the production and the constitution programming of measure type. The Bi-level programming model is built about field production constitution to reflect the hierarchical and relation of the programming process. In the model, the max number of entire oilfield's gross revenue is marked as the objective function of upper formation programming, and measure production from programming is marked as the objective function of lower level programming, and the new oil well quantity,the measure work load and the measure cost are took as constraints. So the solution algorithm that combined with stochastic algorithm and genetic algorithm is designed, and it is verified that the model and algorithm is effective with examples. Now, the problem that is restrictive between oilfield production and the most superior assignment of work load and cost is solved successfully.

Abstract: Relationship of competition and cooperation among ports is a hot point in studying ports relationship. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the competition and cooperation relationship among Liaoning ports. This paper applies the Vector Auto-Regression Model for analyzing the relationship. According to the modeling, it is found that Dalian Port competes with Yingkou Port and Jinzhou Port, while cooperates with Dandong Ports. From the Granger Causality test, it shows that Dalian Port causes the other three ports.

Abstract: In this study, the effect of different compositions of the stabilized elements of Nb-Ti for cold rollling textures and the recrytalization textures of B4003M has been investigated. Cold rolling texture at 80% reduction displayed by the Nb-Ti added specimen is the weakest of all. When annealing at 900°C for 10 min, the recrystalli -zation textures displayed by the Nb-added, Ti-added, Nb-Ti-added and Nb-Ti-free alloys are compared. Results show that: {111} recrystallization texture in Nb-added alloy is the strongest, whereas it in the Nb-Ti-free alloy is the lowest. The mutual effect of Nd and Ti on refining the grain size is more obvious than the single element effect, while Nd is more effective than Ti.
