Abstract: Variant design of parts for mass customization is a rapidly custom process with standardized and modularized modules. Tabular layouts of article characteristics (TLAC) describe standardization and regularization information of product, and can expediently implement product variant design and variant response of process. On the basis of analyzing TLAC, combined with programming language Visual C++, an approach of part’s rapid responding design based on UG NX6.0 and TLAC was presented. The basic principle and the modeling method of master model technology based on TLAC were discussed. Finally, an application example of gear was given to verify the feasibility of the method

Abstract: The traditional PID algorithm control automotive air conditioning needs urgently to be improved in energy conservation effect and the human body comfort level. Uses the fuzzy control principle, to design fuzzy control algorithm to realize the automotive air conditioning's intelligent control, according to the temperature humidity from the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor , take the human body comfort as the foundation to carry on the fuzzy revision to the temperature in the compartment; According to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, uses fuzzy control principle deduction to control the output; According to the outdoor temperature and the passenger full strength rate carries on the heat load fuzzy revision to the control output; or based on the situation of vehicle door shuts/opens, carries on the revision to the control output. Compares with the PID control, the energy conservation effect is about 15-20%.

Abstract: Nonintelligective factors inducing scenario, as a new teaching paradigm of teaching model, compared with the traditional teaching model is a kind of innovation and development, which is a more effective teaching model. This paper is based on scenario cognitive theory, which put forward the dynamic relationship model of the nonintelligective factors inducing scenario teaching paradigm, and emphasizing the teaching of both dynamic learning and the non-intellectual factors in learning, in order to stimulate strong interest of learners’ and increase participation. In the teaching process, it emphasizes more on the creation of scenarios, learning motivation and feedback behavior of learners’, in order to improve teaching effect.

Abstract: to strengthen the network security and to enhance the accuracy of the network security risk assessment, the essay conducts game analysis to the security system of protective mechanisms. At the aspect of setting the model, we did not rely on the traditional game theory, but creatively set behavior of the game for a large number of players for the limit logos of groups in the model, and paid more attention to the detection system to reach a state of stability. Analysis shows that the proposed models and the method are feasible and effective.

Abstract: The phenyl sulfide bridged metallocene complex [(C5H5)Cl2TiC5H4CH2(C6H4-p)]2S has been synthesized by treating the dilithium salts of the phenyl sulfide bridged cyclopentadienyl ligand with two equivalents of C5H5TiCl3 and characterized by 1HMNR and elemental analysis. After activation with methylaluminoxane (MAO), the complex was highly active catalysts for homogeneous ethylene polymerization in toluene. The influence of the molar ratio [MAO]/[Cat], the catalyst concentration, time and temperature have been studied systematically. The highest catalytic activity of 1 is up to 8.30×105 g PE/mol•Cat•h. Rising the polymerization temperature decreases the catalytic activity for 1. High temperature gel permeation chromatography (HT-GPC) proves the production of polyethylene with a broad molecular weight distribution (MWD), which is reached 10.11.

The influence of the molar ratio [MAO]/[Cat], the catalyst concentration, time and temperature have been studied in detail. The highest catalytic activity of 1 is up to 13.78×105 g PE/mol•Cat•h. Higher temperature is favorable for increasing the catalytic activity for 1. High temperature gel permeation chromatography (HT-GPC) proves the production of polyethylene with a broad molecular weight distribution (MWD), which is reached 6.02.

Abstract: A parametric study on CFRP/Al adhesively bonded single lap joints was experimentally conducted. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the effects of overlap length and impact loads on the failure mode and failure load of joints. Experimental results show that structural failure of joints occurred in the adhesive layer or the bonded interface; failure loads and impact resistance of the joint increased as the overlap length increased; the carrying load of joints which subjected to impact declined significantly because of internal damage of the adhesive layer.

Abstract: This paper advances a kind of method based on binding of computer Fingerprint and Related registration information of software, it can encapsulate digital content with encryption algorithm in order to authenticating the legal registered users by employing authentication technology and plug-in technology on the base of cooperation of Server and Client. The method of realizing the collection of machine fingerprint by using interruption technology is explained in detail and the encryption algorithm adopted is described detailedly.
