Abstract: According to structure of traditional milling machine, the tooth surface error identification model of forming processing spiral bevel gear is established by the 4×4 Denavit-Hartenberg homogeneous transformation matrix, the gear meshing theory and so on. In view of the present commonly used least squares method’s solution defects, the truncated singular value decomposition (TSVD) and the L curve method are proposed to solve the identification model and the solution method accuracy was verified by the example and experiment. The results show that the gear concave average error is at 0.01498mm before correction, and the average error will drop down to 0.00084mm after using this method correction, and the error corrects 94.4%. The gear convex average error is at 0.00846mm before correction and the average error will drop down to 0.00176mm after using this method correction and the error corrects 79.2%.

Abstract: Most die channels for plastic extrusion are always designed in traditional method, which will have many problems or by virtue of experience or inefficient. In this paper, parameterized feature modeling is realized by the development of solidworks 2008 based on VB(Visual Basic),and API(Application Programming Interface)provided by solidworks. Finally integrate the second development application program into solidworks by the way of add-in to achieve an embedded design system. The application examples verified that the design system can achieve prearranged development goals, namely simplifying designing procedure, greatly reduce the design time and improve the efficiency.

Abstract: A system by using computer techniques, wireless communication and sensors is designed for monitoring electroplating current of PCB. This monitoring system uses wireless sensor nodes based on NEF9E5 MCU as the center unit, and uses a Hall current-sensor and its peripheral circuit. The system implements the wireless communication between wireless sensor nodes and the computer by using the method of time partitioned multiple addresses. The tested results show that the system is practicable, reliable and low-cost,and could be widely applied and developed in the future.

Abstract: In this paper, based on pile-soil interaction, the calculating method for the negative skin friction of pile in layered soil is proposed. Two load conditions, axial load on the top and overloading on soil around pile are presented, respectively. The transfer matrix method is used to analyze the first condition, while the soil consolidation theory and finite difference method are used to investigate the second condition numerically. The results can offer valuable references for both theoretical research and engineering design of long pile bearing larger negative skin friction.

Abstract: On-machine illumination is a key technology in industry machine vision. In this paper, two on-machine illuminant schemes were introduced. Firstly, for vision measurement of large-scale workpiece, an adjustable LED lighting source was established on the worktable of NC milling machine. High-quality image sequence was acquired to guarantee the effect of image mosaicing. Secondly, for texture classification of machined surface, a kind of dome LED illuminant was set up on the lathe. Experiment results show that red light is appropriate selection for on-machine illumination. Moreover, the size and the shape of illuminant should suit for the situation of the machine tool and workpiece.

Abstract: A raw mill’s production line is to grind the raw material mixed with limestone, clay and basalt of certain proportion; it decides the quality of the cement clinker. The production efficiency and quality can be promoted by precisely controlling the proportion of the three raw materials and feeding automatically. The system’s controller is S7-400, and the measurement is done by the rotor scale produced by SHENCK. The variable speed device (VSD) of the feeder was controlled by the flow through the PID controller to realize the precise proportion. Moreover, the proportion can be set and the feeding quantity, the producing process can be monitored by the position machine (Win CC), to achieve production automation.

Abstract: Principle of polarization encoding based on electro-optic effect of LiNbO3 crystal is analyzed, effact on polarization encoding optical field effects is studied when the incident light direction changes. Theoretical calculations show that, with the angle between the direction of incident laser beam and the main axis of LiNbO3 crystal increases, rotation angle of polarization ellipse remain unchanged, but ellipticity changes at any other position except in the center of the encoder,at the top and bottom of encoder, polarization state changes from circularly polarized to elliptically polarized,at other position of the encoder, polarization states are still elliptically polarized light but with different ellipticity angle. Experiment measurement results are in accord with ones of the calculation.

Abstract: In this paper, a three-stage softening load transfer model, based on existing experimental data of super-long piles, is proposed; the hyperbola load transfer model is adopted to simulate the nonlinear deformation of pile-tip soil; and the elastic-plastic model of concrete is introduced, giving consideration to the super-long pile shaft deformation under heavy axial loads. Then the models above are implemented into pile-soil load transfer differential equation, and after being solved by iteration method, the nonlinear method for load transfer model of super-long pile in layered soil is established. After that programming of the model calculation is worked out. By comparison with engineering instance, it is shown that the method proposed in this paper is convenient and reliable in engineering practice.

Abstract: In this paper, a nonlinear three-dimensional finite element model for super-long pile and soil interaction is established. In this model, contact elements are applied to simulate the nonlinear behavior of interaction of super-long pile and soil. A nonlinear elastic constitutive model for concrete is employed to analyze stress-strain relation of pile shaft under the axial load and the Duncan-Chang’s nonlinear constitutive model is used to reflect nonlinear and inelastic properties of soil. The side friction resistance, axial force, pile-tip resistance, and developing trend of soil plastic deformation are obtained and compared with measured results from static load tests. It is demonstrated that a super-long pile has the properties of degradation of side friction resistance and asynchronous action between side and pile-tip resistance, which is different from piles with a short to medium length.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the defect of some methods for controlling the ink key of offset printing machine, and presents the advantage of adaptive fuzzy control. Aiming at the problem that the processing curve of offset printing is changed by the environmental impact of production, this paper analyzes this non-real-time measurement and control system with time delay and less test data, and proposes the method of adaptive fuzzy control to amend the control table and adjust the slope of the control curve according to the detection deviations. Finally, the control rules are adjusted to meet the actual situation. By simulating the control arithmetic with the example of the control of printing ink keys under specific conditions using Matlab / Simulink, it is proved to be effective to achieve the expectative effect.
