Abstract: The C-type expansion bolt is a new kind and new structural bolt. It has superior compatibility to the soft rock and the big distorted tunnel. In order to study its stress, deformation and interaction mechanism, large distortion calculations and analyses have been carried out on the bolt by FEM (finite element method), especially with the ANSYS software, based on the updated Lagrangian law. The results show that the maximum stress and deformation of the section and body of the bolt meets the anchoring requirements. The bolt meets the required anchoring performance and anti-drawing performance. The paper provides some basis for its design, application and anchoring stress analysis.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the main theories and methods of the mechanical design, proposes that the design of mechanism scheme should be started from the Functional Analysis of mechanical product to seek functional solution and expand design ideas, proposes a design process model of mechanism scheme based on Functional Analysis (FA) to realize optimal design of mechanism scheme. In this model, description and decomposition of general function, function solving, functional evaluation and optimization were included. Taking scheme design of Li-ion battery bushing device as an example, this paper discussed the optimal method of mechanism scheme based on functional analysis. In order to obtain the most optimal scheme of bushing function, various mechanisms are conceived and proposed, analyzed and evaluated, the optimal mechanism scheme is selected.

Abstract: Since the toy is the best textbook that accompanies children growing up, this paper analyzes the requirements of development design on children’s toy. In view of the different psychological and behavioral characteristics of children in different age stages, this paper states the specific scheme and functional classification of development design on children’s toy, among them the babyhood should pay attention to develop the toys which can improve intelligence, and the early childhood should value developing the toys which can improve creative ability, artistic ability, language reading ability and physical activities ability, and the childhood should emphasize developing the toys which can improve emotional quotient. Furthermore, some examples are cited to explain. At last, the development trend has been pointed out.

Abstract: The FAD3000/50 safety valve is researched that is newly developed by Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co.,Ltd with high water-based pressure ultra great current capacity. The mathematical model is fistly established according to the study of its structure and the practical system on hydraulic support. The simulation computation has carried under the MATLAB software, and this simulation model has confirmed through the test result. After a comparison of multiple sets of simulation results, the influence of primary structure parameter’s change in safety valve to dynamic characteristics is gived.

Abstract: Function analysis is a key step during conceptual design process for function reasoning, which is also useful for the confirmation of conflict. And resolving conflict is regarded as the essence of invention in view point of TRIZ. Component attributes are the necessary information for a function model. The classification of the available resource and the component attributes is the base for searching specific solution for the domain problem. The methodology and application of component attributes in conceptual design are discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, two different diameter pneumatic muscle, combined with reconfigurable toggle mechanism, three kinds of press has been innovated, the working principle of the press are introduced, its calculating formulae of output power are also given,and the force amplifier coefficient were compared. The large-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the working stroke of the pressure travel, while the small-diameter pneumatic muscle will be used for the return travel.The press can satisfy the requirement of different output force and different structure size, no pollution, adapted to the greening trend, there is broad application prospects.

Abstract: This study is an attempt to optimize the parameters for the neckline of children’s T-shirts. Experiments are made with six different kinds of knitted fabrics to analyse the relationships between fabric performance, sewing conditions and the neckline elongation of T-shirts. The result shows that there is a high correlation between course density, wale density, linear density, and T-shirt neckline. A multivariate regression analysis results in the establishment of a mathematical model, through which the neckline elongation can be obtained without sample trials so that the parameters for children’s T-shirt neckline are optimized and the design process simplified.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of ampicillin as bacteriostats on the doubling time and relative survival rate of antibiotic resistant Rhizobium strains and the ratio of undesirable microbes in artificially polluted inoculants during 60 days storage, and the nodule occupancy of two bacteriostat-resistant strains were also investigated. Fully grown Yeast-mannitol liquid media culture of Rhizobium meliloti LW107 and Rhizobium sp. RSW 96 were added with ampicillin as bacteriostats at various concentrations in an artificial pollution test, and the relative survival rate of rhizobia and the counts of undesirable microbes were determined by the agar plate dilution method. The result shows that in the artificially polluted liquid inoculants, the survival rate of rhizobia was increased and the ratio of undesirable microbes declined significantly when the ampicillin was used as the bacteriostats. The growth of selected antibiotic-resistant strains was promoted at the concentration of less than 100 ug/ml and the doubling time was reduced, but inhibited and the doubling time was significantly prolonged at the concentration of more than 200 ug/ml. Inoculation tests also shows an increased nodulation competitiveness of two bacteriostat-resistant strains in five-fold dilutions of liquid inoculants containing ampicillin (at optimal concentration). According to comprehensive consideration, the optimum concentration for ampicillin as bacteriostat in Rhizobium meliloti LW107 and Rhizobium sp. RSW 96 inoculants appeared to be 100 ug/ml and 200 ug/ml, respectivly.

Abstract: This paper put forward a kind of predigest laser combine bind and extend bind flat roof structure, which is founded as fission flat roof, and can be built in an little room 1280mm×990mm×815mm. This flat roof space location can be adjusted. This kind of seat can ensure the system complete laser combine and close as high precision. In this paper we designed the laser combine and close whole structure and install design. At last we did some finite statics analysis to some important parts. This design can ensure every laser fire directional adjust mete lower ±30′, and the flat roof quality is 770kg. The transition benchmark flat roof system most meet and emergency is 0.005mm at the premise of bear the weight of turn flat laden. It can be seen that this structure can satisfy the request of many lasers small space laser extend bind and adjust. This kind can be extended to other light combine bind and extend bind structure design.
