Abstract: By analyzing the characteristics of foundry enterprises and the features of multi-agent theory, this paper applies this theory in the management of foundry enterprise. A multi-agent model and a detailed multi-agent model of inventory management are constructed in this study. The KQML is adpoted to meet the requirements of communication between agents. This study set up KQML messages about data manipulation and then map these KQML messages to SQL clause. Based on this model, an inventory management system of ERP for foundry enterprise is developed. The successful application of this system proves that it is applicable to use the multi-agent theory to enhance the management of foundry enterprises.

Abstract: Based on Fisher discriminant theory, the Fisher discriminant analysis model (FDA) was established for predicting the possibility of drilling downhole accidents. Six factors such as WOB、pump pressure、pump flow、running speed、ROPand torque were selected as the discriminant factors of the FDA mode. A series of data from drilling downhole accidents were taken as the training samples, and then some practical engineering datas were used to verify this mode. It was showed that FDA model is one of simple and accurate method in solving the prediction of drilling downhole accidents.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of packing apparatus with high efficiency and uniform flow was developed to deal with wall effect and scaling effect of packed column. A desorption experiment was made in a circular cold-model experiment packed column by using air-water-CO2 as working substance, determining the height of mass transfer unit of liquid phase of the cold-model experiment packed column under different gas-liquid loads, with and without the packing apparatus. The experimental results show that under different spray densities, the height of mass transfer unit of liquid phase of the packed column added with the packing apparatus decreased approximately above 19% more than that not added the packing apparatus; the height of mass transfer unit of liquid phase lowers more with the decrease of the spray density, which demonstrated that the mass transfer efficiency of the packed column added with the packing apparatus was much higher than that of the column not added the packing apparatus.

Abstract: For DOA estimation of coherent signals in switch antenna array (SAA), a new fast algorithm is proposed. Instead of conventional sub-space algorithm’s covariance matrix, a Toeplitz matrix is constructed with a single cycle of sampled data. It is proved theoretically that the ranks of the Toeplitz matrix is equal to the number of signal sources and has no relations with the coherency of the signal source. Through eigenvalue decomposition, signal and noise subspace are obtained respectively, then DOA estimation can be done by one-dimensional spectral peak searching according to the MUSIC algorithm. The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate validity and superiority of the novel algorithm.

Abstract: The effects of iron scales and high iron magnesite as well as the content on microstructure and properties of MgO-MgO·Al2O3 bricks used burned zone of large cement rotary kilns have been studied. It focuses on testing coating adherence in this paper. The results show that apparent porosity of adding iron scales sample is higher than the sample by adding high iron magnesite, which is increased with increasing of iron scales content; Compression strength is decreased with increasing of iron scales content, The high iron magnesia cause the irregular change of the compression strength, compression strength was maximum when high iron magnesite content of additive was 6%; Coating adherence was optimum adding 3% high iron magnesite, adding 3% iron scales is followed, any other is bad. Over all, the sample adding 3% high iron magnesite is more suitable for large dry method cement kiln burned zone.

Abstract: Based on the construction practice of strengthening dam foundation and cross-strait dam end (0+149~0+330) high pressure jet grouting impervious wall of an earth dam, this paper expounds the construction equipment, technological process, construction parameters and construction method of high pressure jet grouting impervious wall construction. By analyzing the impervious wall’s depth, continuity, strength, permeable rate, the quality of the wall is eligible, and its indexes comfort the design requirements. The experiences are useful in similar earth dam reinforcement construction.

Abstract: The goal of this paper was the design of monitoring system static model for storage and retrieval vehicles in an Automated Warehouse. As usual, the development of a static model required five preliminary steps: analysis of needs, identification of key object, design of static model, define of the attributes for the object class and creation of class diagram. The paper was also presented form above contents. First, the composition and operation process of R/S vehicles monitoring system were analyzed to identify the main entity object (Rack, InOutStation, Crane and association object (ConveyTask). Second, the core model of monitoring system was built up by analyzing the inter-relationships of the main objects. Three, by expanding the core model based on the needs of monitoring system, the static model was gained. Finally, the attributes for the object class were defined and the class diagram was created.

Abstract: FMM is an efficient algorithm in computing N-body problem. This paper firstly subdivides the FMM into 10 procedures. Based on the analysis the computing type of each procedure, we choose key procedures accelerated on FPGA, GPU and Cell BE. And then we present the speedup ratio of each accelerated procedure through experiments. Finally we analyze the computing characteristic of FMM on the computing architecture on accelerator FPGA and GPU on the side of P, M and C.
