Abstract: Welding experiments of DP780 high strength steel plate produced by Baosteel with IPG YLR-6000-ST2 fiber laser have been processed. The influence of welding parameters on welding quality has been investigated. As well as microstructure and mechanical character of welding seam have been analyzed. The results show that the joint appearance of DP780 high strength steel welded with IPG YLR-6000-ST2 fiber laser has good performance and the mechanics property is good without fit-up gap. The microstructure of weld bead is columnar crystals, mainly lath-shaped ferrite, needle-like lower bainite and a small amount of martensite. Heat-affected zone is narrow and the grain grows with little size. The measured micro-hardness values of the sample decrease smoothly from weld center to base metal and there does not have softened zone.

Abstract: In this paper, a new optimizing method for the moments of inertia of a mechanical structure was advanced. First, a new optimal model for the moments of inertia was advanced, which only involved with single objective and single variable, in order to reduce the calculating complexity of traditional multi-objective and multi-constrained optimizing model for the moments of inertia; Then, a new strategy for the probability selection of the crossover and mutation operation was improved to form the IAGA. The calculating results proved that, comparing to the Standard Genetic Algorithm (SGA), the IAGA improved in this paper had the advantage of converging faster, more powerfully searching, and less possible of falling into the local optimum. By that, the feasibility of the method advanced in this paper was demonstrated.

Abstract: The numerical simulation research on temperature field of crystal and melt by using finite differential method during the growth of Nd:GGG crystal by Cz (Czochralski) method was reported. At first, the mathematical model of the growth of Nd:GGG crystal was given, then the equations without dimensions were given. Finally, the boundary condition was given and the equations were solved by finite differential method. The simulation program was given by above method.Then the change of temperature field of crystal and melt was described by simulation program. The influence of technical conditions of temperature field in the crystal and melt was analyzed.

Design for Deep Groove Ball Bearing Assembly Machine’s Cam Drive System Based on Parametric Modeling
Abstract: Cam mechanism has advantages of compact structure, high driving accuracy, good dynamic characteristics, smooth motion, etc. It is implemented that components transmission among the multiple-station of deep groove ball bearing assembly machine by use of cam drive system. Cam followers depending on cam profile achieve the desired law of motion. The core of cam design is the exact cam profile’s design. The quick and easy method of cam profile design through Pro/E software is introduced in follow. Components’ transmission requirements can be met by cam drive system, which is proved through the analysis of motion simulation.

Abstract: Based on the distributed virtual reality technology, combining the interactivity of language VRML and network’s superiority of Java/JavaScript, this paper developed a function simulation system of the TBM, which avoids the single product launch of the network forms as well as the expensiveness shortcomings of augmented reality simulation systems. This system can simulate the movement of TBM presentations, virtual assembly and mining process, fully utilizes the advantages of VRML. The customers can get a full, screen real and powerful understanding of product performance using this system for simulating a three-dimensional movement and excavation process of the TBM, such as on the real environment. This system simulation method does not rely on the expensive virtual reality simulation platforms, but it has a facilitating transmission speed for a small size of system files, which is characterized by free installation, interactivity, authenticity and low cost.

Abstract: The water cavity model of engine’s cylinder head is reconstructed by CAD through slicing method. The reverse design methods which are used for complex interior structure’s surface are explored based on slicing method and using software such as Imageware and UG, through modeling the water cavity. The technologies of reverse design such as the measure method of points cloud, points cloud data treatment, curve fitting, fitting error analysis, surface reconstructive and solid modeling are studied. The reverse methods for complex surface are put forward which are based on blocks and features of model. Through the practice of reversing design for cylinder head water cavity model, it is proven that the complex inner cavity components can be reversed by slicing method. The methods can be referenced for similar reverse design.

According to this model, use trimming which is redefined with Axiomatic Design and Evolution Mode of TRIZ to reduce coupling. Abstract: Prediction of the forces in milling hypoid gear was often needed in order to establish automation and optimization of the tooth-milling processes. Based on the geometrical theory of the format face-milling, the multi-toothed milling forces theoretical model for form milling the gear of the hypoid gears is presented, the milling force factors were calibrated via single factor experiments and the simulation programs were prepared. Experiments were carried out to verify the availability of the multi-toothed dynamic milling force model, the experimental results is consistent with the simulation results.
