Abstract: Effects of Daidzein or Genistein on the proliferation and antioxidation of mammary epithelial cells of dairy cow were investigated in vitro. 10 groups were assigned including blank control, estradiol (E2) group(10 ng/mL), different concentrations of Daidzein (1, 10, 100, 1 000 ng/mL) and Genistein (1, 10, 100, 1 000 ng/mL) groups. The MMT method was used to determine the proliferation effect of Genistein or Daidzein, and the results showed that Genistein at the concentration of 10 and 100 ng/mL, and Daidzein at the concentration of 100 and 1000 ng/mL significantly improved dairy cow mammary epithelial cell proliferation (P<0.05) , while significantly weaker than E2 group(P<0.05). In the antioxidation experiment, the T-SOD and GSH-PX activity, MDA and NO content of the mammary epithelial cells at the logarithmic growth phase treated with Daidzein or Genistein for 24 h were measured and the results showed that 100, 1000 ng/mL Daidzein, and 100, 1000 ng/ mL Genistein significantly increased the T-SOD activities and decreased MDA content (P<0.05).1 000 ng/ mL Daidzein and 100, 1 000 ng/mL Genistein significantly increased the GSH-PX activites (P<0.05). The results showed that proper levels of daidzein and genistein can improv the proliferation and antioxidation function of mammary epithelial cell of dairy cows.

Abstract: An in vivo fermentation experiment (Expt.1) and a digestibility and growth trial(Expt.2) were conducted to determine the effect of levels of Yucca Schidigera Extract (YSE) on ruminal fermentation parameters ,digestibility of nutrients and growth performance in Sheep. Three same levels of YSE supplementation were studied in both experiments. In the Expt.1,four rumen fistulated male sheep with initial body weight of 33±1.8 ㎏were randomly assigned according to a 4×4 Latin square design. The dietary treatments were YSE based offering at 0,100, 200 and 300 mg/kg diet. It was found that ruminal pH was not significantly different among treatments. Relative to control, ruminal propionate concentration was increased by YSE addition in a dose-dependent manner by up to 29.79%(P<0.05),the acetic concentration was decreased by up to2 1.23%(P<0.05).Ruminal ammonia concentration was larger (P<0.05) in sheep receiving no YSE (increased by 18.86 mg/dl) than in those receiving 200mg/kg (2.85 mg/dl increase in NH3) or 300mg/kg (2.72 mg/dl increase). Protozoa populations in the rumen were lower (P<0.05) with YSE of 200-300 mg/kg than without. In the digestibility and growth trial(Expt.2),increasing levels of YSE resulted in liner increase in daily body weight gain rate (P<0.05) and feed conversion efficiency(P<0.05). Additionally ,apparent digestibilities(%) of DM,OM,CP,and NDF were significantly different in all treatment .In conclusion, the 200 and 300 mg/kg YSE groups have a particular suppressing effect on ruminal ammonia concentration, ammonia N concentrations and protozoa populations were decreased, The effects on ruminal propionate and acetic concentration were probably a result of a selective inhibitory effect of YSE on rumen microbial species. The effect of YSE on ruminal ammonia concentration likely resulted from a decreased population of protozoa, presumably, from ammonia binding by YSE. YSE can significantly improved the apparent digestibility of nutrient and sheep growth performance.

Abstract: Mechanical model of nucleoside and its equilibrium equations are set up, and the mechanical properties on the equilibrium position are analyzed. In the case constraint force and electrostatic attraction between cylinder OH and elastic rod are balanced, the analytic expression of nutation angle of the section and its conditions of existence are given. It is show that the cylinder OH can maintain equilibrium at any range of the precession angle. In the other case when unbanced, there is phenomenon of separation of elastic rod from cylinder OH in the spiral wound 2 circles, and numerical solution of the precession angle at separation points are calculated. Analysis of equilibrium of cylinder H1 illustrates that the generatrix of cylinder H1 and OH are not parallel, and the angle between them is obtained

Abstract: Oil crops occupy an important position in the world economy in the past twenty-five years. The production of oil crops has increased twice and oil products are mainly used for food, fodder, mechanical, smelt, soap, paint, rubber, plastic, medical and other areas. Information visualization provides new ways for scientometrics and knowmetrics in recent years. This paper does the visual analysis of international oil crop. Based on analytic techniques such as co-citation analysis, co-appearance analysis and information visualization, this paper maps the co-citation network, hot words of most cited papers and front words of oil crop using the CiteSpace software. It identifies the content of high cited documents, analyzes the research focus of international oil crop.

Abstract: Oil flax is one of five major oil crops. Linseed and linseed oil have important uses. Linseed is rich in flax gum, and it can be used as food additives, cosmetics raw powder, pharmaceutical raw materials. Linseed oil is a kind of high quality edible oil, rich in α-linolenic acid and various unsaturated fatty acids, and it plays an important role in the promotion of human intelligence, physical brain, preventing cardiovascular disease, and the suppression of disease genes.This paper selects the SCI database as the data source, and do visual analysis on the international literature related to oil flax. With the help of information visualization software CiteSpace, we can clearly display and analyze the annual published articles within and outside the country, main nations and institutions doing oil flax research, subject distribution and highly cited works. Through these analyses, we can clearly see the overall situation of oil flax.

Abstract: Cellular retinol-binding protein 2 (CRBP2), a vitamin A binding protein expressed specifically in small intestinal villus absorptive cells, plays a pivotal role in the intestinal vitamin A absorption, transport, and metabolism pathways. In this study, we cloned the entire coding region of chicken CRBP2 gene. The amplified fragment contains entire coding region sequence with 408 nucleotides, which putatively codes 135 AA. By comparing nine vertebrates, the homology of nucleotide sequences is from 52.3% to 99.8%, while the similarity of AA sequence ranged from 72.4% to 99.3%. Results showed that the CRBP2 gene was conservative among different animal species. This work constructed the basis for further research on the molecular nature and genetic markers of CRBP2 for improving egg production traits in chicken.

Abstract: The rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta) is perhaps the most widely distributed nonhuman primate, is used more extensively than any other primate species as animal models for the study of biomedicine. In this study, we sequenced and analysed a fragment of 491 bp of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) partial control region in 230 individuals belonging to 8 populations of Sichuan province of China. Among the 230 individuals, we observed 56 different haplotypes defined by 110 polymorphic sites. The average number of nucleotide differences (k) was 18.844, indicating that very high genetic differentiation and the extant Sichuan wild rhesus macaques population consists of diverse genetic groups in their maternal lineage. The mtDNA haplotypes of these Sichuan wild rhesus macaques clustered into two main clades (CladeⅠand Clade Ⅱ), may correspond to M. m. vestitus and M.m.lasiotis.

Abstract: Cross-species amplification of twenty-five SSR loci from the DNA of five rhesus macaques of diverse regional origins was conducted using human primers for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Seven of these primer pairs, which consistently and unambiguously amplified polymorphic fragments from these five samples, were also used to amplify SSR loci for 111 Sichuan wild rhesus macaques of five different populations. The analysed microsatellite markers produced 109 alleles, varied from 4 to 16 alleles each locus. The number of alleles per population ranged from 6.79 to 11.38. Polymorphic information content showed that all seven loci were highly informative (mean = 0.9017±0.0166, >0.5). The average observed heterozygosity was less than the expected (mean = 0.6795 and mean = 0.8559, respectively). Genetic differentiation among the populations was considerably low with the overall and pairwise FST values (mean = 0.0375), and showed fairly low level of inbreeding (indicated by a mean FIS value of 0. 0.1991). Maintaining genetic diversity is a major issue in conservation biology. In comparison to other captive Macaca mulatta studies, these wild rhesus macaque populations showed a relatively high level of genetic diversity, and there was low gene flow among these populations. Careful genetic management is important for maintaining genetic variability levels. None of the seven informative loci are linked which screened in this study can be applied in future studies on population and conservation genetics of natural primate populations.

Abstract: Hydrolysates of peanut protein from low denatured peanut dregs, which inhibit the angiotensinⅠconverting enzyme (ACE) were prepared by enzymic hydrolysis with Alcalase and N120p that are two proteases available for industrial use. Combination of Alcalase and N120p hydrolyzed peanut proteins most efficiently and the hydrolysates showed the most high activity (IC50=0.548 mg/ml). Sequential ultrafiltration of the hydrolysates with MW cut-off 10, 5 and 1KD resulted in increased activity of each filtrate up to IC50 of 0.255 mg/ml. Sephadex G-15 gel chromatography of the oligopeptides below MW 1KD eluted a peptide fraction of the most potent activity (IC50=0.091 mg/ml). the oligopeptide below MW 1 KD competitively inhibited ACE and it was evaluated for antihypertensive effect in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) following oral administration. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) significantly decreased after peptide ingestion and higher dose of peanut oligopeptides could not induce occurrence of low blood pressure.

Abstract: The rapid population growth in Taiyuan, the ever-increasing industrial production and the never-ending expansion of the city have led to the serious heavy metal pollution of the soil, the deterioration of the soil fertility, the decrease of the grain output and the decline of grain quality and thus severely influencing the environmental quality and obstructing the sustainable economic development. The paper measures the content of such heavy metals as Pb、Cd、and Cr by Tessier's sequential extraction procedure in different depths of Taiyuan suburban soil, then determines the existing forms of these metals in the soil, discusses the factors influencing the forms of the heavy metals and their migration and transformation, probes into the ecological influence of the heavy metal pollution of soil, and finally the writer puts forward some measures to prevent from such pollution.
