Abstract: According to the characteristics and requirements of NCT processing system, deeper research was done on the system. The three-module design has been completed based on motion controller. The first module is completed on the design of panel, key position, machine functions and coding circuit; the second module is mainly accomplished on the tool-path generation, tool adapter and program development; the last module is used to verify the NC codes. Thus the NCT processing system is improved effectively.

Abstract: The character of the tension control in the plastic-film printing was introduced, and the coiler drive control method was given. The indirect constant tension control method was analyzed, and the key parameters were given, also the method of coil diameter measurement with distance meter, the friction torque in different rotate speed was given by the friction torque test; the method of rotational inertia measurement which influence the dynamic tension was put forward.

Abstract: This article mainly aimed at the Karst slope characteristics, designed a kind of network based on ZigBee irrigation control system. The lower position machine node in this system powered by solar energy, in accordance with the regulation of crop water requirements for irrigation, and synchronously measureed pipe flow of all levels. According to the isosceles triangle(type B)to decorate irrigation points and the diagonal 5 forms to fix the sensor mentioned in this article for crop irrigation experiment, and the pipes flow are measured.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design of PLC based intelligent control system for telescopic conveyor.The system is designed closed loop speed control module, electrical energy saving module and automatic alarm module. PLC technology improves equipment centralized control degree, frequency converter improves control accuracy and efficiency. These can embody the automation design, energy-saving design and safety design concept.

Abstract: In this research, we will perform a basic study to develop an Anchor Auto Drop System for Chain dia. Φ107mm/G3 (Refloat load 45ton) Windlass model. First of all, to evaluate the control characteristics of the Windlass, we made an analysis model using the commercial software ‘Simulation-X’. Then, we analyzed the control characteristics of the Anchor falling speed and used PID control to evaluate the falling speed control. Additionally, we analyzed the desired falling speeds of 2, 3, 4 m/s when the Anchor and all chains were a total of 44 tons in weight at 100 m distance. Also, we obtained results of Caliper brake loads and torque changes and we were able to determine that the braking pressure and torque are increased when the load is increased. We analyzed the gear load when the brake is implemented and the Anchor is at 200 m distance and has a total weight of 69 tons. And, for the winch structure design, we obtained a basic design method to develop the auto drop system for a Marine Windlass in terms of the important elements.

Abstract: Wire bonder is important equipment in semiconductor post-packaging. In this paper, a speed observer is applied in the motion control system for XY-stage of wire bonder. A simplified friction model is introduced in the observer to take place of traditional friction compensator. With the introduced manual tuning steps, the model can be easily and exactly identified. The compensator of observer is designed by pole placement. As experiments results showing, high motion speed and acceleration of XY-stage is achieved by applying the introduced control structure. The efficiency of wire bonding process is significantly improved.

Abstract: For the good performance of Double closed-loop DC speed control system, it is widely used . When the motor are selected, the parameters of the system can not be changed. Then,the system performance can only be improved by changing the parameters of the inner ring current regulator and outer ring speed regulator of the double-loop DC converter system. This paper studies mathematical modeling and system simulation of Direct Current Governor System on Matlab simulink platform. The simulation method, can adjust the system controller parameters flexibly, so as to achieve the ideal design results, and the design of the system are analyzed, the optimal "parameter range" is found, It can save the time of system development,and improve the standardization degree of system design.And the simulation results of the system can provide primary plannings and guidances for the actual system design,thereby lower the design cost of hardware largely, enhance the accuracy of hardware installation.

Abstract: In this paper, output feedback stabilization problem of a class of nonholonomic systems in chained form with drift nonlinearity and unknown virtual control coefficients is considered. Observer-based output feedback design is developed when only partial system states are measurable. The control laws are developed using state scaling and backstepping techniques. The proposed control strategies can steer the system globally converge to the origin.

Abstract: Frequency and amplitude of the existing mechanical suspension performance test rig can not change. And it has signal function. Frequency changing devices and amplitude adjustment mechanism were designed on it by study. Frequency and amplitude of the improved test rig can change within a certain range. It has two control algorithms: fixed-frequency vibration and sweep vibration. And the used closed-loop control in the system ensures the reliability of the system. The results show feasibility and correctness of this control system by a large number of experiments. It improves the function of the test rig and decreases the cost of study.

Abstract: Traditionally, human vision is applied to locating the region of the asphalt pavement defects. This will bring large variations for heating control of the microwave maintenance vehicle due to a shortage of the accurate control data. In this paper, a novel machine vision-based method was proposed to produce the control data precisely for the heating control. First, a scheme of the microwave heating control system based on machine vision was proposed for the microwave maintenance vehicle. Then, for the image distortion caused by the lens, the cubic polynomial warping algorithm and the reprojection transformation method were used to rectify it. Third, from the rectified image, the automatic and the manual method extracting control data were put forward. Last, matching with the obtained control data, a circuit design was demonstrated. Product testing proves that the proposed machine vision-based method is not only prompt and accurate in locating asphalt defects, but also quite effective in energy saving.
