Abstract: In order to improve the prediction accuracy of stock index, eliminate of the blindness of parameters selection for support vector machine, a stock index prediction method combined the genetic simulated annealing algorithm (GASA) which integrated the parallel search of genetic algorithm with the probabilistic sudden jumping characteristics of simulated annealing algorithm, with support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. Using daily data of Shanghai stock index opening quotation which is normalization processed, the stock index prediction model based on GASA-SVM is established. Optimal parameter error penalty parameter c=1 and Gaussian kernel parameter g=1.625 are obtained. Compared the result with GA-SVM prediction model, the comparative analysis shows that GASA-SVM(MSE= 0.000191111) model prediction capabilities are superior to GA-SVM(MSE=0.000018825) prediction model. It can provide valuable references for the investors.

Abstract: Catastrophic risk existing objectively in agricultural production is the main cause for the imbalance of the agricultural insurance markets, and to promote the sustainable development of the agricultural insurance, it is necessary to improve the agricultural insurance risk transfer mechanisms. Under the condition of farms and insurance companies expected utility maximum, we develop an agricultural insurance market equilibrium model based on the M-V preference function, and then demonstrate that catastrophic risk leads to the imbalance in the agricultural insurance market. Insurance companies involved in reinsurance arrangements helps rectify the imbalances in agricultural insurance market. Based on this analysis we verify the development of Hubeis agricultural insurance market, and then simulate the reinsurance arrangement of Hubei agricultural insurance. The theoretic and empirical analysis has an implication for the design of agricultural insurance catastrophe risk transfer tools.

Abstract: Product harm crisis will not only reduce the sales of defective products, may also form a spillover effect. The spillover effect is a frontier of product crisis harm. From the perspective of product harm crisis attribute, this paper studies the effect of product harm crisis attributes on horizontal spillover effects and differences, and explores the effect of corporate reputation in the process of horizontal spillover. Through the experimental study, the effects of product harm crisis attributes on horizontal spillover effects are explored. It is found that harmfulness, responsibility, no virtue significantly affect the horizontal spillover effects. Breach of contract and frequent on horizontal spillover effects did not affect.

Abstract: Corporate reputation is an intangible asset which is able to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, attract and retain employees, increase corporate assets and investor awareness. Management researchers and practitioners are very concerned about the concept of corporate reputation. However, the understanding of corporate reputation is still not comprehensive. This article analyzes corporate reputation on its concept, formation and impact. It can enhance our understanding of corporate reputation, and provide a theoretical reference for business managers to understand and shape the corporate reputation.

Abstract: Nowadays, under the great background of increasingly fierce competition and more refined social division of labor, there are more advantages for the furniture enterprises to resort to the third party logistics. In order to improve the development level of the third party logistics, furniture enterprises should provide macro guarantee, determine correct logistics ideas, set up professional third party furniture logistics enterprises, and select appropriate third party logistics mode.

Abstract: As the trading volume by institutional investors in Taiwans stock market increasing in recent years according to information of Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation, the influence on financial performance by the institutional investors is getting more and more important although institutional investors play a monitoring role to the company. Thus the impact of R & D activities on the financial performance of enterprises is studied frequently. This study focuses on the impact of R & D activities on income rate in addition to gross profit rate of the Enterprise Operation. The implication in practice is that business must attract research and development intensity (RDI) relative to research and development density (RDD) to improve future business value.

Abstract: The results of this research indicate that among Taiex futures (ticker symbol: TX), Electronic Sector index futures (ticker symbol: TE), and Finance Sector Index futures (ticker symbol: TF); market interest rate, volatility, and liquidity all have significant influences on the basis of the same period. Furthermore, when VAR is used to examine if these three factors are leading indicators of basis; the results indicate that only the basis of Taiex futures is significantly affected by these three factors. In addition, this research also discovers that basis is affected by previous one or two periods basis, which reveals that basis is highly auto correlated.

Abstract: Site selection for the professional teams of civil air defense is an important part of layout of works for professional team of civil air defense. In this paper firstly analyze the main influencing factors of site selection. Then construct the model by the way of entropy method and multi-objective linear programming, which is optimized and solved by the Simulated annealing algorithm programming with Matlab. Finally we have an instance of civil air defense in a second category city to illuminate.

Abstract: Product-harm crisis can seriously hurt a firms performance, has a negative impact on entire category. However, do negative spillover effects on category differ when the characteristics of product-harm crisis are varied To verify this question, we conducted a scenario-based experiment and found: The more severe product-harm crisis, the more negative spillover effects on category. High crisis information involvement would cause consumers more changes of category attitude. Meanwhile the impact of crisis severity on category spillover effects will be moderated by the crises-involvement. Based on these findings, we talk about their marketing practice values.

Abstract: Through the analysis of the problems existing in China's dishonesty in electronic commerce, the results show that "the legislative insufficiencies, ineffective supervision, lack of integrity, poor management" are the main reasons of the credit problems of China in e-commerce transactions, therefore, Chinese government should formulate relevant laws and policies, strengthen the management of e-commerce.
