Abstract: In recent years, over 75% civil aviation accidents are caused by pilots manipulation mistake or cognitive error, but there is still no quantitative method to research pilots error. With the statistics and analysis of NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) aviation database, the aviation case base ontology model has been established in the paper, which was the closest airworthiness directive to classify the aviation accidents according to the classification of aviation system. The pilots error in the aviation accident and the factors possibly causing the pilots error were analyzed based on Reason model to propose the inducing factors for pilots error. With the human factor analytical method, the behavior factors inducing the pilots error obtained from the pilot himself included excessive manipulation number, external environment interference, insufficient experience, physiological and psychological conditions, insufficient time margin. Pilots behavior shaping factors can guide the rational design of manipulation procedure and pilot training, thus enhancing the flight safety.

Abstract: As an important form of agricultural industrialization in China, facility agriculture industry has been greatly developed in recent years, but due to fierce market competition, facility agriculture industry is suffering low effectiveness. Taking Yanqing County, Beijing as an example, supported by industrial organization theory, the paper attempts to make a thorough analysis of Yanqing facility agriculture industry by using SCP paradigm, the result shows that industry operation is troubled by two dilemmas: Scale dilemma and prisoner’s dilemma, and the solution to free the industry from the difficulties is government policies. Based on the conclusion of the analysis, the paper adjusted the traditional SCP paradigm, highlighted the importance of government policies, and made some suggestions for the formulating facility agriculture industrial policies.

Abstract: Logistics service supply chain is a new kind of supply chain which is based on integrating management and developed with the development of logistics service industry, so it is able to ensure the logistics operation of product. In terms of the performance evaluation in logistics service supply chain, the paper developed an index evaluation system based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad and the characteristics of logistics service supply chain; did comprehensive evaluation of performance in logistics service supply chain based on entropy method and gray analysis; the numerical example indicated that the comprehensive evaluation of performance in logistics service supply chain can help logistics enterprises improve the quality of their logistic service and offer reliable data for the selection of third logistics enterprises.

Abstract: In recent years, not only the academics pays close attention to the creative industries, but also enterprises and the government keep a watchful eye on it. Cooperation and competition behaviors of enterprises will decide their competitiveness directly, thereby affecting the competitiveness and future direction of our creative industries. In this paper, based on cooperation and competition behavior in creative industrial clusters, we establish symmetric game model between two core enterprises and asymmetric game model between the core enterprise and the adjacent down-stream one by using evolutionary game theory, then analyze its dynamic evolutionary procedure. The result show that the systems evolutionary direction is closely related to players payoff, and influenced by cooperation profit, initial cost of the cooperation, capacity for independent innovation, cooperation successful rate and systems initial status. At last, some suggestions are offered for our government which can provide a theoretical basis for integrating creative industrial clusters.

Abstract: Related Vehicle Routing Problem is another form of Vehicle Routing Problem. RVRP also belongs to NP-Hard with a wide range of application areas and major economic value. The research based on single distribution center RVRP with road capacity static constraint, to build a model of single distribution RVRP and propose a kind of chaos genetic algorithm to solve this problem, with experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: Informatization is becoming the most dynamic driving factors in China's tourism industry. The paper takes the development of tourism informatization in small and medium-sized cities as the research object. The study shows that lacking of consciousness of tourism e-commerce and information talent, insufficient funds into tourism informatization construction, unified standard in various departments has become the bottleneck of tourism informatization construction. Finally, the paper provides some countermeasures to speed tourism informatization construction in small and medium-sized cities, including establishing related policies and regulations of tourism information, building a main framework of tourism information system which is controlled by the tourism authority, increasing capital investment, and intensifying the training of personnel.

Abstract: Based on third-party logistics, we propose a linear programming mathematic model for reverse logistics networks of waste copper recycling. And, a reverse logistics network models is established to deal with returned products, which will decrease costs and allow optimal decisions on distributing methods so as to increase efficiency and profit levels. A case study is also developed to illustrating the value of this model and network. Whats more, according to the model, we put forward to sincere suggestions and better measures of copper scrap recycling.

Abstract: International crude oil price is the referential scale of spot crude oil price and refined oil price. This paper made an analysis and prediction of Brent crude oil price by ARIMA model based on its price data from November 2012 to April 2013. It indicated that model ARIMA (1,1,1) possessed good prediction effect and can be used as short-term prediction of International crude oil price.
