Abstract: In this work, we estimate Yunnan housing price from 1999 to 2009. Firstly, we analyze the correlation coefficients between housing price and characteristic variables, identify the characteristic variables. Then, we build the forecasting model using four techniques, support vector regression (SVR), radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), partial least square (PLS) and multiple regression analysis (MRA), based on whole variables and characteristic variables. The results show that PLS technique is the best one for housing price forecasting. Its mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) is only 2.45%. SVR and RBFNN are better techniques to obtain a satisfactory forecasting result with almost 5% MAPE. Furthermore, the performance of MRA and SVR can be obviously improved through variables selection.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of current teaching situation for securities technology analysis, this article pointed out the problems in securities technology analysis teaching and their reasons, and discussed the necessity of applying the VISC technology in teaching practice. In combination with the characteristics of securities technology analysis, the four-step method of VISC was used to originate the similarity graph and its specific application implementation in securities technology analysis teaching, and through the teaching practice, it validated the significant effect on the theoretical teaching and skill teaching of securities technology analysis caused due to the applications of VISC.

Abstract: Since The Bottom of Pyramid Strategy has been put forward, enterprises began to pay close attention to this untapped market with potential. But how to dig the potential of BOP market, design the product that BOP groups really need, and open the BOP market, are problems that should be solved. This paper discussed the mechanism of mining and developing the BOP market with the orientation of value. The results of the study is that the mining and developing of BOP market is essentially the process that enterprises found value, put forward the value proposition, reconstruct the value network ,create value , deliver value and realize value.

Abstract: Through review domestic Enterprise logistics cost control, several important control models were identified, including the model based on the accounting methods, the model based on the supply chain management, the model based on the strategic management, and several others. Based on analyzing the characteristics and the limitations of the existed research, the future research direction was discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, we study capacity allocation under seasonal demand in two-echelon supply chain. In this supply chain the supply and demand is seriously out-off-balance. In detail the capactiy of the supplier decreases in high-demand state while the capacity can be fully released in low-demand state. Hence a game-theoretical capacity allocation scheme is proposed to increase retailers’ orders in low-demand state. This allocation scheme based on turn-and-earn uses orders in low-demand state to allocate capacity in high-demand state. Our competitive game is base on Nash equilibrium. A contract based on Nash equilibrium is designed to guarantee a reasonable allocation of interests between the supplier and retailers by changing incentives. We show that turn-and-earn allocation does coordinate the system and with cooperation both the supplier and the retailer can both benefit from it. A numerical study is conducted.

Abstract: The efficiency evaluation of Logistics plays a fundamental role in improving the efficiency of Logistics enterprises. Performance assessment of logistics research is richer article on the logistics performance of the research than the evaluation of logistics enterprises efficiency. It is analyzed in the existing literature of the sort from two aspects: evaluation objects and methods. Then, find out the characteristics and limitations of existing research systematically, in order to providing a reference for future studies.

Abstract: The study tries to verify relationship between supportive human resource practices (SHRP),positive emotion and service employee innovation behavior via questionnaires,through spss analysis,the results show that: positive emotions is important variable that affect service Employees innovation behavior;growth opportunities and training,performance evaluation,participation and job security all have a positive role in promoting innovative behavior,but welfare is not;positive emotions play a fully mediating role in performance evaluation and innovation behavior,play part mediating role in growth opportunities and innovation behavior, employment security and innovation behavior.So Enterprises should enhance management in employee training,employment security,performance evaluation which make employees more willing to innovate.

Abstract: Pi calculus is used to describe the process of dynamic structure and interprocess communication in concurrent calculation model. For Business To Business (B2B) e-commerce system business process, use business process modeling notation (BPMN) of the business process for unified description, complete business process conceptual model design, the application of Pi calculus describes the whole process of business process, give a consistency proof to our model,and the model application Pi calculus validation tool Mobility Workbench (MWB) complete simulation test. To ensure that the business messages transfer and the validity of the model even greatly reduce the project investment risk.

Abstract: In order to minimize the precocity and deceit happened in genetic algorithm, this thesis puts forward an improved intelligent evolutionary algorithmcoarse-grained parallel genetic algorithm which proposes schema order based cross operator, task immigration based cross operator, and improved approach for elitist strategy. Also, this paper applies the algorithm into logistic route planning system to clarify the concrete implementation steps for coding, population generation and genetic operator. According to experiment result, the improved algorithm mentioned in this assay have advanced the convergence rate and optimizing ability to some extent.

Abstract: Based on the journal resource from the cqvip database, taking "cultural and creative industry" as the keyword, the paper retrieved all the relevant "CSSCI" documents from 1989 to 2012. After getting the keywords co-occurrence matrix through BIBCOMB software, the paper focused on the keywords analysis which was obtained by the software UCINET and NETDRAW. Then it comes to the conclusion, which shows that development countermeasures, cultural area, cultural creativity and influential factors are the hotspots in present research.
