Abstract: The era of big data means that the data grows in explosive way,but this massive growth of the data does not mean lots of information. In this article, we show that such big data cannot be used in the same way as before; otherwise from the point of view of energy consumption, the computer system cannot afford it. At the same time, the information collected at this stage is also unable to meet the impact of the arrival of such a big data. The big data is taken from the application. To complete specific, we should often choose the rational mode of information processing or the algorithm. In business computing, offline computing and real time computing are the two ways to process big data.

Abstract: In order to make up for the lack of natural grade warning, we sought a new method for judging the losses of storm surges. Firstly apply entropy method etc to grade storm surges into 4 levels (mild, moderate, heavy and extra heavy) according to economic loss indices in Zhejiang Province. Then develop BP neural network to forecast losses with the selected indicators of natural, social and economic conditions. Comparing forecast grades with the actual value, we found the accuracy of grade prediction is 80%. It shown the grading results and predicting method are reliable and could be used for the grades of economic losses forecast of storm surges in future.

Abstract: This paper briefly presents the history of development of the TRIZ namely the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems, introduces the current situation of the theoretical research and the application of the TRIZ, and propounds the the emphasis and direction of the research and application of the TRIZ in China, which will contribute to the enhance the efficiency and benefits in Computer Aided Manufacturing.

Abstract: Central plains economic zone is the significant strategic concept to reduce the economic gap with eastern region, and realize the rise of central China. Based on members positioned, economic integrated development mechanism of the central plains economic zone is the vital drivers of optimizing the resources configuration, accelerating industrial structure adjustment and realizing the coordinated development of the area. From the division mechanism, cooperative mechanism and cluster mechanism, the article analyses the necessity of operating mechanism by the game model, and puts forward some proposal for the economy integrated development mechanism on government, industry and society.

Abstract: Melittin is a novel peptide of biological activity isolated from bee venom. It has potential application value in medicine and agriculture. Here we encoded melittin gene with the EK recognition sequence in the N-terminus into expression vector pGEX-2T.The expressed fusion protein, which is about 29KDa, identified by Western Blot. To facilitate large-scale production of recombinant GST-fusion protein, we optimized different expression conditions to increase the overall production of the fusion protein. The production of the protein had increased about 10-fold when we used an auto-inducing medium. The GST fusion protein showed an equivalent activity with the natural melittin after digested by EK and can inhibited the proliferations of several human cancer lines. The expression system described in this study provides a feasible way for producing melittin in further studies.

Abstract: With the development of industry, the phenolic wastewater pollution has become increasingly serious, This paper studies the effects of microbial life activities on D301 resin adsorption and catechol were discussed, Study found that the resin of the ability after the microbial treatment on the adsorption of catechol contribute. The optimum concentration of D301 for 0.8g/L adsorption of catechol; blank treatment was the highest adsorption capacity is 126mg/g, and the maximum adsorption capacity through the resin after the microbial treatment can reach 155mg/g, but its mechanism needs further study.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects and mechanism of ammonium chloride (NH₄Cl) on the apoptosis induced by cisplatin in human lung cancer A549 cells. MTT assay was used to detect the state of cell growth. The expressions of apoptosis related proteins were detected by Laser scanning confocal microscopy and western blot. MTT tests showed that the non-toxic dose of NH₄Cl could increase the inhibition rate of A549 cells induced by cisplatin. The expression of active caspase-3 in cells treated with non-toxic dose of NH₄Cl combined with cisplatin was higher than that in cells treated with cisplatin alone. Western blot analysis showed that the expressions of apoptosis related proteins were significantly increased in the combination group. These results indicate that NH₄Cl can enhance the cell apoptosis induced by cisplatin in A549 cells.

Abstract: To retrieve endoscopic Images efficiently, we make out several experiments using color histograms feature and color correlograms feature separately. Then integrate color histograms feature and color correlograms feature, and reduce the dimensions of combination features through using SPCA algorithm The results of experiments show that the performance of combination feature is better, and the speed of retrieval becomes higher.

Abstract: Effects of different dose of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) treated of fresh kiwifruit on quality were investigated and the physiochemical attributes were subsequently evaluated during 90 days storage at 0 °C. Results showed that 1-MCP treatment had a high effect on inhibiting the respiratory rate, retarding firmness descending and total soluble solid decrease and maintaining titratable acid content during the end of the storage compared with the non-treated control. Moreover, 0.5 μL.L^-1 1-MCP showed the best effect on maintaining the quality and extending storage life.

Abstract: To investigate the cardioprotective effect of salidroside to rat heart subjected to 8-hour hypothermic storage and 2-hour normothermic reperfusion. Isolated rat hearts were perfused with Langendorff model; after 30 minutes of baseline, the hearts were arrested and stored by St. Thomas solution (STS) without (STS group) or with different concentration salidroside at 4 °C for 8 hours, then reperfused for 2 hours. Compared with STS group, both middle and high dosage in STS greatly improved the recovery of left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP), maximum LVDP increase and decrease rate (±dp/dt), coronary flow rate (CF). Our study demonstrated that the salidroside was beneficial to improving cardiac functional recovery.
