Abstract: In this paper, the method of carbon emissions coefficient is used to have measured the total amount of CO2 emissions and to have calculated the CO2 emissions intensity of China from 1995-2010. The relationship between FDI and CO2 emissions intensity of China is also analyzed in the paper by means of cointegration test, error correction model and granger causality test. The results indicate that there is a long-term relationship between FDI and CO2 emissions intensity of China. Furthermore, the growth of FDI makes effect on CO2 emissions intensity of China, but CO2 emissions intensity of China doesnt make effect on the growth of FDI conversely.

Abstract: In accordance with MARPOL convention, reformates and other aromatic oil belong to Oils, and their marine transportation should comply with Convention Annex I. While these goods may contain some NLSs defined in Annex II, and their transportation should comply with Annex II and IBC code. To make a distinction between the goods defined in Annex I and Annex II, the technical instrument and distinction in relevant industries are researched, in the paper the related definitions and present distinction methods in relevant conventions are analyzed, and a modified distinction method is put forward.

Abstract: At present, China is establishing eco-compensation mechanism on the basis of key ecological function zones and ecological factors, but trans-provincial eco-compensation mechanism (especially in river basin) is making slow progress due to its complicated stakeholders involvement. The promulgation of relevant papers, such as Planning on National Main Functional Zones and National Key Ecological Function Zones, provide important basis and new thoughts for implementing eco-compensation mechanism in China. In this paper, we take trans-provincial key ecological function zone as breakthrough point to study trans-provincial river basin eco-compensation mechanism, and take the source area of Dongjiang River in Jiangxi province and Guangdong province as an example to put forward some ideas for trans-provincial river basin eco-compensation mechanism designing based on the key ecological function zones. Taking the study of key ecological function zone as the platform, we propose a framework of river basin eco-compensation plan, which includes particular design in the following aspects: the funding needs, funding sources, financial operation mechanism, monitoring and evaluation, organizational management and compensation security system. Designing River basin eco-compensation mechanism in source areas while based on key ecological function zone, which will increase the scientific nature and rationality of policy making, is more in line with ideas and concepts of payment for ecosystem services (PES) and it will effectively promote scientific and rational development and implementation of river basin eco-compensation. However there are still many inevitable problems in the following aspects: river basin eco-compensation monitoring and evaluation, management of river basin eco-compensation and measures to ensure the long-term effect of river basin eco-compensation policy. With the in-depth understanding of eco-compensation study and practice in China, these problems should be constantly improved and Chinas eco-compensation mechanism will become increasingly complete and rigorous in the future.

Abstract: Metal toxicity is an important factor governing germination and growth of plants. We have investigated how Co2+ and Ni2+ treatment affected germination and early growth stage of oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.). The results showed that the single pollution of Co2+was capable to stimulate the seed germination and seedling growth of oilseed rape at lower concentration, but the phenomena did not exist by the single pollution of Ni2+. Not only polluted by Co2+ but also by Ni2+, all indexes of germination and growth reduced gradually at higher concentration among examined concentration of heavy metals. Meanwhile, effects of Ni2+single pollution were stronger than that of Co2+single pollution.

Abstract: The 21st century is the century of ocean. The ocean as terminal receptor is bearing grim pollution with the new round development of marine economy. As a late-mode of environmental management, Marine ecological compensation (MEC) is gradually drawing attention all over the world, and theoretical research and practice exploration are actively carrying out. This paper briefly discusses the development of MEC at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and the existing problem of MEC. Meanwhile, this paper presents a feasible way to improve our country's MEC system through the financial, tax, government management, law and market.

Abstract: This paper discusses a firms performance of proactive environmental technology innovation strategy and reactive strategy based on the model. It is proved that a firm can get better payoff if the manager interpret environmental issues as opportunities, comparing the performance of achieving these two strategies. A firm can profit under better communications with the public by managerial interpretations of environmental issues as opportunities trading off the increasing costs. In conclusion, the shareholder should motivate the manager to interpret environmental issues as opportunities for better payoff.

Abstract: Relying on its abundant water resources and strong technical supports, Wuhan has overcome the deterioration of water environment, ecosystem degradation, and the lag in environmental protection facilities construction. Wuhan recent years hammers at finding ways to protect and rehabilitate water environment through managing sewage, building ecology network of rivers and lakes, and also developing a train of system construction. By the approaches mentioned previously, the achievement on meliorating quality of water within Wuhan is surely unprecedented. Analyzing the actions this city has implemented, together with the work experience on law, construction and system will easily harvest.

Abstract: By using a new kind of single-beam normalized photo-acoustic tomography spectroscopy (PAS-CT) technology with non-damage detection, the photo-acoustic tomography spectroscopy and optical absorption properties of green and yellow leaves of Bauhinia blakeana were studied. The results show that: the photo-acoustic tomography spectroscopy of Bauhinia blakeana leaves could be obtained from different chopping frequency and different sample positions, and photosynthetic pigment content of their leaves is closely related to their photosynthetic intensity. The more photosynthetic pigment content the leaves of Bauhinia blakeana contain, the bigger optical absorption coefficient and the higher photosynthetic efficiency they have. The photosynthetic pigment content of the green leaves of Bauhinia blakeana is higher than that of the yellow ones. As a result, the photosynthesis of green leaves is better than that of the yellow ones. According to the results of our research, the photosynthetic efficiency of Bauhinia blakeana could be improved and its growth time could be effectively controlled to enhance the growth of Bauhinia blakeana. Furthermore, it could play an important role on the development of forestry, and meet the need of forest for 6 billion people. The research showed high science value to the study and applications of the photosynthesis of plants.
