Abstract: This paper describes the design, construction, and analysis of a new piezoelectric actuator design for small aircrafts in the special requirements of the steering weight. It describes the working principle of piezo actuator, optimizes the piezo chip specification parameters by experimental measurements, put forward the finite element analysis simulation and the experimental testing of piezoelectric actuators’ drive performance. The simulation and experimental results show that the new design meets the design requirements of weight and space control.

Abstract: According to the calibration problem of the dual-robot system, a simple and quick calibration method is proposed in this paper. A new frame is established by the three non-collinear points which the robots handshake at. Then the transformation matrix between the first robot base frame and the new frame and the transformation matrix between the second robot base frame and the new frame will be known. After that, the transformation matrix between the two robots’ base frames will be calculated by the relationship between them. Then we simulate this algorithm in MATLAB to verify this method. After the simulation, we can find the validity of this calibration method.

Abstract: The cable monitoring system of agricultural greenhouse has the problems of high power consume, high cost and the difficulty of wiring. In this paper a way to construct wireless sensor network (WSN) of star is introduced, and presents a Greenhouse Temperature Control System with SimpliciTI. The hardware modules use the ultra-low power MCU MSP430 and RF chip CC2500 as the core except for the upper computer. We firstly explain concepts and the architecture of our system and then introduce some important hardware design and the key software design in detail. Tests showed that the system can effectively control temperature, and be flexible installed in agriculture greenhouses.

Abstract: In order to solve the low power issues of wireless sensor networks, this paper designs a wireless sensor network node embedded operating system based on TinyOS. This paper Briefly introduces on the basis of TinyOS, gives the hardware structure diagram and the hardware connection between the low power MCU MSP430 and RF transceiver chip CC2420. what’s more, the design process of system and the program flow diagram are given. The node can be effectively applied in the power requirements where the requirement of wireless communication power is relatively strict.

Abstract: An IC card controller based on the low-power microprocessor MSP430F1611 and RF card operation module YMG600 is developed to construct the flow prepayment system for the existing flowmeters. Considering the compatibility with the original system, the hardware with multiple interfaces is put forward on the analysis of output signal of the widely used flowmeters. It is focused on the realization of the flow signal processing circuits and IC card management module. In order to improve the safety of the system, the 3DES algorithm is adopted to encrypt the flow data. Furthermore, a linkage mechanism between the IC card controller and computer monitoring system is put forward to realize the real-time monitoring. Finally a serial of tests including flow sample and billing, it shows that the controller is characterized with good compatibility, high safety and practicability.

Abstract: With the development of modern aircraft, and the increasing aircraft performance day by day, the pilot need gain more and more information. The application of the large screen makes a lot of flight information on one display monitors. The large screen display picture is composed of several child pictures, which need several displayers formerly, but the display operation is not as convenient as traditional independent operating monitors. This paper proposes a method based on sprite in large screen display contrast and adjustment, through the collection of pilots’ touch screen operation information on the screen. And then it implements the sprite window open and the adjustment of the contrast in the FPGA. Using the proposed approach, the pilot can easily adjust the contrast of sprite in the large screen display, meeting the modern aircraft in all aspects of the mission requirements.

Abstract: The optical path closed-loop control system mainly applies to large high power equipment that makes the optical path adjust automatically. The paper introduces the principle of optical path closed-loop system. In addition, it introduces the laser spot recognition algorithm and the PC real-time monitoring system. After the test, the system not only can accurately calculate the position of spot, but also realize the monitoring and adjustment of spot.

Abstract: ASR (Acceleration Slip Regulation) is the extension based on ABS. ABS and ASR are called by a joint name as slip regulation control system. Compared with two wheel drive car, four-wheel drive car has many defects, which is like snatch operation tedious and other defects. This paper has analyzed drive characteristic of four-wheel drive car and established drive simplify mathematical model. According to the mathematical model, we have established drive simulation model in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, and made simulated analysis of different road surfaces for the model. The result indicated that slip regulation control system played preferable inhibiting effect for drive wheel spike of four-wheel drive car, and it can obtain a certain improvement of dynamic property. It verified feasibility of control algorithm and validity of control strategy at the same time.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel approach to categorize multi-view vehicles in complex background using only two dimension characteristic vectors instead of high dimension vectors. Vehicles have large variability of models and the view-point makes the appearance change dramatically. Significant characteristics should be chosen as the evidence to categorize. In this paper, we categorize the vehicles into two categories – cars and lorries. Line detection method is used and calculating the average line length and the number of parallel lines as the two characteristics. A linear classifier is trained using 30 different view cars and lorries as the training set and an 10 additional different cars and lorries as the testing set.

Abstract: In view of the problems of long training cycle, big loss, low frequency and high costs exists in traditional assembly repair training, this article builds a three-dimensional virtual training environment and a training method combined presentation and interaction using virtual reality technology. This application enables trainees to learn the WS2400A2 type special equipment chassis assembly repair knowledge on personal computer. This application not only can improve the training quality and efficiency, shorten the training cycle, save training funds and reduce equipment loss, also, has the advantages of safety, are not affected by the conditions of use and environmental restrictions.
