Abstract: Optimization design was a technology that searched and determined the optimal design. Parametric model of headstock was established in Pro/E, and the parametric model was imported into the ANSYS Workbench. Then multi-objective optimization design was carried out in DesignXplorer module based on test technology, response surface that the combinations of design variables aimed at the objective function was obtained, the situation which design variables changes impacted on performance parameters from the response surface was viewed, a relatively ideal optimal design result was chosen. The mass of improved headstock was reduced, under the condition that performance in all aspects was not diminished.

Abstract: Operating principle of laser beam-riding guidance was set forth. Based on the principle of spatial frequency-encoding, an optimum laser encoding mode was designed, which can transfer continuous laser into pulse laser that represents different position information. Then the mathematic model of deviation from target is built, a modified encoding pattern was presented, which is composed of two light paths crossed 90. Azimuth information of target is given in orthogonal coordinate system and deviation from target is linearity. As well as, characteristic distribution of spatial laser field is analyzed. Corresponding decoding mode was presented, by testing in 2 kilometers outdoor; experimental results demonstrated that the receiver can receive correctly the encoded signal and can decode the signal, measurement for the missdistance is feasible and all the performance parameters satisfy the demand.

Abstract: For the requirements of complex environment and safe-management in the coal mine, this paper presents a new Panoramic Vision Mine Safety Monitoring System Based on WLAN. the monitoring system use a binocular omni-directional vision sensor(ODVS)[1] coordinated with the WLAN or LAN network to transmit images, information, commands or data. The system can also get the panoramic vision in the coal mine from any miner at any time. The miners’ identities will be binding with the ODVS and WLAN protocol. Then the monitoring system will use the binding information to position and track miners. This is a new reliable monitoring system which can monitor the coal mine environment security, the coal mine producing security, the coal mine transport security, the miner security at the same time, and these provide the system with expecting application value and market outlook.

Abstract: Three dimensional solid-fluid interaction numerical analysis models of both the finger seal with herringbone-grooved pad and the finger seal with herringbone-grooved rotor were established in order to study the performance of hydrodynamic finger seal. The models investigated fluid radial under pad force and fluid leakage as a function of both the rotor speed and the high- to low-pressure differential. It was shown that the finger seal with herringbone-grooved structure in pad or in rotor could bring lift force under the finger pad so as to keep the finger seal in non-contacting status. For the two types of finger seal, their load carrying ability and fluid leakage varying with the pressure differential were almost same. In the same velocity of rotor surface, the load carrying capacity of the finger seal with herringbone- grooved rotor was greater and the leakage was less than that of the finger seal with herringbone-grooved pad respectively. With the conditions of rotor structure allowing, it is suggested to select the finger seal with herringbone-grooved rotor first for designing the hydrodynamic finger seal with herringbone-grooved structure.

Abstract: Flowerlike nickel oxide was synthesized by a simple liquid-phase process to obtain the hydroxide precursor and then calcined to form the nickel oxide. The precursor and the nickel oxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) , the scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller-specific surface area measurement. The results indicated α-Nickel hydroxide was transferred to NiO with a cubic crystalline structure after being calcined at 450 °C; the NiO still kept the morphology of the precursors and the specific surface area of the NiO was 125.2m2/g.

Abstract: Cu-4%C mixed-powder consisting of rough copper powder and graphite powder was separately mechanical alloyed by high energy ball milling. The phases and micrograph of these powders were determined by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that increase of the lattice parameter of copper with milling times, up to a saturation value of about 24h; The absence of graphite reflections in X-ray diffract grams for longer milling times.

Abstract: Fire engine design is based on the traditional method and product design cycle. In this way, it cost a lot of time. The article proposed a new fire engine design flow. Under the parameter restraint conceptual design method, Rapid Design System (QDS) constructed the database which has the parameter reference value non-parameter model. This article taken the fire engine as an example, and constructed the fire engine Rapid Design System using Script, Visual Basic 2008, and Access2007. The example confirmed this method to raise fire engine's design efficiency.

Abstract: In order to change the incompleteness of data link, tediousness of data conversion and unclearness of process expression in the traditional two-dimensional machining process design, this paper researches on a new model of MBD-based one. The author proposes the 3Dprocess model as the carrier to manufacture information, and establishes closed loop architecture composed of 3D machining process design, 3D process management and feedback of field application of 3Dmachining process. The author then analyzes the composition elements of machining process model under the condition of MBD, proposes the establishment of machining process ontology and geometric modeling ontology, and achieves the conversion between these two. This paper researches on the composition of MBD machining process card, establishes the mapping relation between process expression elements and process card elements in the 3Dmachining process model, and ultimately realizes the machining process design in the 3Denvironment.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of customization demands and shortages of the existing kitchen cabinet products, this paper built a kitchen cabinet customization design system architecture, and puts forward that this system can be achieved by three modules of product family model, design process of custom kitchen cabinet and cost estimation of kitchen cabinet products; This paper also studied the establishment of product data model, product customization process and collaborative customized digital design support tools based on modularization and adjustable factor and other key technologies involved in the achievement of kitchen cabinet digital design under a circumstance of mass customization. Finally, this paper also proposed the technology feasibility of developing a digital design prototype system orienting to the domestic kitchen cabinet enterprises.

Abstract: Our government always pushes hard forward the farmers’ microcredit of the rural credit cooperation. But actually, its risk is higher than other kinds of loan. Based on analyzing the risk of farmers’ microcredit, this paper builds risk assessment index system of farmers’ microcredit by using BP neural network. Through the paper, it can provide essential support and practical application for relative departments of farmers’ microcredit.
