Abstract: In this paper , we study the fuzzification of the pareto dominance relation and its application in traffic route guidance. A generic ranking scheme is presented that assigns dominance degrees to any set of vectors in a scale-independent, nonsymmetric and set-dependent manner. Different fuzzy-based definitions of optimality and dominated solution are introduced. The corresponding extension of the RMLS-BLGA, so-called Fuzzy-Dominance-Driven RMLS-BLGA (FRMLS-BLGA), will be presented as well. To verify the usefulness of such an approach, the approach is tested on analytical test cases in order to show its validity . The solutions, provided by the proposed algorithm for the Traffic route guidance model,are promising when compared with an existing well-known algorithm.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current status of the intersection traffic congestion calculation and proposes a method of calculating the intersection traffic congestion and classifying intersection. This method adopts the average delay, saturation and queue length as the index to calculate intersection congestion. 10 intersections, Baotou city, were taken as example to analyze finally, the results show that classification results was more accurate

Abstract: Abstract. With the rapid urbanization and development in China, reconstruction and construction for the comprehensive transportation hub of the railway station area is underway in most city. The paper used the conceptual reform design of Changchun railway station north area as example, to describe that how to improve integral image and environmental quality by urban design integrating strategy. The purpose is to maximize the function of the transport hub area and to reach reasonable evacuation traffic flow, thus create a transit-oriented composite development project with dynamic and sustainable by function and space integration.

Abstract: As a rapid growth developing country with the vast area, the level of economic growth and city size in China is inconsistent in each administrative region. Therefore, it is an important issue to analyze the development status of the various administrative areas of urban public transportation, in order to compare their development and management patterns. In this article, the regional development of urban public passenger transportation system will be studied through statistical analysis, and then management measures will be proposed based on the comparative analysis.

Abstract: Comprehensive railway passenger transport hub (CRPTH) is important node in both railway passenger transport net and urban traffic net The efficiency of its passenger collecting and distributing impacts the level of service of both. In this paper, we proposed the concept of urban traffic evacuation system for CRPTH, clarified the quantitative indicators of its evacuation efficiency, and discussed the process of the system optimization.

Application of Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast in the Training for Air Traffic Controller
Abstract: The application of Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) in the training for air traffic controller is investigated in the presented work. ADS-B is a surveillance technology for tracking aircraft as part of the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen). Compared to radar, ADS-B system has many advantages such as lower deployment cost, higher accuracy and more frequently update. As surveillance method transits from radar surveillance to ADS-B surveillance, the training for air traffic controller should incorporate ADS-B system correspondingly. In the presented work, the features of ADS-B are introduced as well as the structure of ADS-B system is illustrated, and a novel framework for training air traffic controller with ADS-B system is proposed. It is seen that air traffic controller can be trained with lower cost, shorter period and more flexibility compared to that with radar surveillance.

Abstract: The carbon fiber reinforced concrete has good pressure-sensitivity and compatibility with the surroundings and can be used as a sensor in the double yellow lines monitoring system. Combined with other electric appliances, this system can monitor the traffic violation effectively. The relationships of the electrical resistivity with the hydration time, carbon fiber content, conductive fillers and pressure-sensitivity on the load are studied in the paper. The smart control system designed in the paper can record the illegal drive automatically, overcome the shortcoming of the present methods and reduce the workload of staff effectively. It will play an important role in the road safety monitoring.

Abstract: Jialing River flows into Yangtze River at main city zone of Chongqing Municipality, evolutional mechanism of rivers near the confluence site obviously shows some estuary properties. In September 2008, the Three Gorges Reservoir experimented to fill water at 175m, thus, rivers near the Chongqing Municipality are located in the upper or middle area of fluctuating backwater region and alternatively behave as reservoirs or natural rivers. On the basis of field experimental data of the reservoir impoundment process, the properties of sediment transport of some key harbors were investigated to study the waterway characters. The results show that most of the rivers took place silting. The specific results are that, at the Jiulongpo and the Jinshaqi areas, the sediment deposition grew higher 1-2m and 1-3m, respectively, and at the Zhuerqi zone, there was a few silting. The disadvantages of long-term impoundment process of the Three Gorges Reservoir on water transportation should be further explored in time.

Abstract: The overall operation of Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Hub commenced at the end of 2010.This article provides comprehensive introduction on Hongqiao Integrated Transport hub, including the derivation of the project, its function positioning (the status of the transport hub in Yangtze Delta River area and city of Shanghai ), development planning(in order to make investment and expenses balance), planning of road traffic( the bus system is given priority), planning of the information system(a screen shown with schedule information for each traffic mode), planning of intermodal transportation of air-rail(the key is to realize remote check in at Yangtze Delta) and planning of disaster prevention (setting up an allied emergency command center). These explorations provide lots of experiences to the booming construction of integrated transport complex.

Abstract: Dalian’s traffic jam becomes increasingly severe, on the one hand, serious influence of city's image, on the other hand bring a lot of inconvenience to people. "Bus priority" is already proved an effective way to solve traffic problems in lot of states and cities. This paper first analyzes Dalian public transportation present situation and reform measures, and then analyzes cost calculation formula of public transportation and private car, then comparison them, at the end advances feasible countermeasures, determining how to implement "giving priority ”to Dalian bus development.
