Abstract: This paper studied the foreign standpoints of using the rail transit for freight, and analyzed the problems about the fresh produce distribution model in mainland cities. Take Beijing for example, the paper analyzed the characters of urban rail transition. The results show that the distribution model of fresh produce by using the urban rail transit could effectively resolve the fresh produce distribution problems in cities. Then, this paper designed the technological process of distribution model by using the rail transit for fresh agriculture products, the principles of distribution line planning and the infrastructure construction and reform.

Abstract: The group eigenvalue method and fuzzy mathematics knowledge is used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the service level for bus traffic. Analyzing the factors that influence the service level of bus traffic, it puts forward the evaluation index system of service level. In order to evaluate the service level for bus traffic, on the basis of defining remark grade, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight. Then, the scientific and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

Abstract: In the inter-city traffic modes, individual traffic (one person per car) and public transport are the most prevailing means of transportation which have access to the same traffic route. The two traffic modes intervene with each other and result in transport bottlenecks frequently. Based on the above practical situation in the urban traffic, this paper develops the model of transport bottlenecks. This essay establishes the generalized travel cost models of these two traffic modes respectively. The essay analyses the balance point between public transport and individual traffic. It deduces and compares the change of traffic flow and travel cost of individual traffic and that of public transport under static and dynamic pricing policies. This paper deepens people’s understanding of the issues on division of competitive system. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes that from the perspective of sustainable development the government should guide passengers to choose the appropriate traffic mode and adopt the policy of dynamic toll to promote the sustainable development in the area.

Abstract: Abstract. Considering the container transportation, this paper analyzes the problems of cooperation in the highway in the collection and distribution system of Shanghai Port. We find that it is the lack of cooperation between the participants in the collection and distribution of Shanghai Port that caused the low efficiency of this mechanism, which hinders the development of hinterland. The reasons for cooperation obstacle contain "free rider" behavior, asymmetric information and the Government misbehavior, which causes that the cooperation does not arise spontaneously. Based on the conclusion, the article give the suggestion from the perspective of the Economics of Regulation, including that incentive mechanism, collective behavior, corporate alliances and the range of cooperation to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the participants and solve the existing problems.

Abstract: In order to evaluate traffic operation status of signalized intersection and improve pedestrian traffic safety under the condition of ice-snow, it was studied that the influence of ice-snow on capacity of signalized intersection and the minimum green time. Saturated headway data of nine signalized intersections were observed by video method. And the influence of ice-snow melting pavement, compacted partly snowy pavement, compacted snowy pavement and normal pavement on saturated flow rate of signalized intersection were analyzed respectively. Correction coefficients of capacity of signalized intersection on different ice-snow pavement were given. Pedestrian’s crossing speed at nine signalized intersection on snowy pavement, icy pavement and normal pavement were observed and compared. And then the suggestion values of minimum green time calculation parameter were put forward.

Abstract: In order to determine the impact area and impact degree of traffic accidents, we made this research. We divided vehicles’ detouring behavior under traffic accident conditions into two stages and studied them respectively. The two stages are the initial detouring route choice and the route choice after vehicles reach the normal network. For the first stage, we firstly analyzed the particularity of vehicles’ detouring behavior, on the basis of which we determined the detouring process. Then, combing with an example, we calculated the “utilities” of alternative paths using the “prospect theory”, and used the result to determine vehicles’ initial detouring route. For the second stage, we suggested using the traditional traffic assignment methods, with reasons given. In this paper, a combination of the “prospect theory” and the traditional traffic assignment methods is used. The result helps to study vehicles’ detouring behavior and traffic accidents’ impact.

Abstract: This paper put forward a new security assessment method for solving the problem of airport security assessment. In this method, the computer simulation technology is used to establish airport's virtual model, the perspective projection method is applied to achieve simulation roaming, and the fault tree analysis is utilized to evaluate the virtual model's security. By modularizing the method described above, the Airport Security Simulation System is developed successfully basing on the UG platform. An example, at the end of the paper, is given to show the application of the system. The result shows that this system is rational and pragmatic in airport security and safety risk evaluation.

Abstract: Logistics center selection is a traditional problem which many scholars study. But it has no solution because of complexity of the problem. The selection of the correct towns as logistics center is very difficult, particularly when the number of the towns is very large. This paper presents the ant colony algorithm for the selection of logistics center, and selects the logistics center by the pheromone. Firstly, we present a mathematical model, and then test the feasible of the ant colony algorithm by simulation. The result shows that the ant colony algorithm is feasible for logistics center selections

Abstract: After introduced the composition and function of Highway Network Communication System (HNCS), the HNCS model was established based on the fault tree analysis method. According to the provided impact assessment model, the influence of highway electromechanical system network reliability was analyzed, and subsequently the system reliability of HNCS was evaluated, This paper put forward the strategies to improving the network system reliability of highway electromechanical system, and providing the technical support for the maintenance work of highway network system electromechanical equipments.

Abstract: On emergency, traffic guidance can evacuate traffic flow quickly. But, traffic guidance model on normality is not suit to emergency, it need be improved. According to road net characteristic on emergency, this paper brings road net frangibility forward, and inducts it to traffic guidance model, traffic guidance model on emergency based on road net frangibility is founded, and this model is demarcated by real data. At last, traffic guidance model on normality and emergency are applied, the result indicates: traffic flow is more uniform by improved model, improved model is fit for traffic guidance on emergency.
