Abstract: The urban landscape design in urban planning and construction attracts more and more people's attention. The plant configuration is an important factor in the landscape design. Improper plant configuration has aroused some problems in the landscape design which has become increasingly prominent in recent years. Sometimes we neglect the climate and soil characteristics of different areas and go to mimic the plant landscape design of other areas, only for getting the surface effects; or in the pursuit of the image project, we are anxious to transplant big trees from other places for landscape design; but ignore the geographical and cultural elements in landscape design; manage plant design in isolation, only to find that plants are out of harmony with the surrounding environment; ignore the functions of plants as living beings.

Abstract: In the process of land consolidation in Chengdu Plain, Linpan protection is an important content. At present, some protection types of Linpan have been formed in Chengdu area, such as agriculture, rural tourism, special industry and settlement type and so on. Many protected modes were explored, such as the natural subsidies, in situ conservation, comprehensive development, off-site reconstruction, etc. But there are still some questions, do not pay attention to protect Linpan ecological pattern plate function transformation, the architectural style of hybrid, protection methods are not flexible, evaluation standard is not perfect, the public participation is not enough and other issues, these problems need to be continuously optimized and improved in the future.

Abstract: Color configuration of plant is an important factor which influences the overall visual effect of landscape design. Due to improper color configuration of plant in landscape design, problems concerning damaging the overall color harmony of design works will appear. Through analysis on various comparisons of color, fully analyze plant color and color correlation of other objects in the surrounding environment in design, select the plant with proper color, avoid color conflict which can cause unpleasant feelings through the visual perception of people and obtain the harmonious beauty of color.

Abstract: Urban and rural are the basic forms of human settlements. China is an ancient agricultural nation and the Chinese have created great agricultural civilization. Even in the modern society, there are still a huge number of populations in the rural settlement. The Chinese living on the rural areas have created abundant rural landscape culture which has been the root of the whole Chinese traditional culture. Under the influence of feng shui philosophy and Confucianism, besides meeting to the basic needs on the environment (including the natural environment and social environment) ------security, Chinese rural settlement landscapes pursue a higher level of relationship between human and the environment------harmony. But in the process of urbanization, the space expansion of urban development, the extension of modern transportation, the infiltration of tourism and commercial penetrating are making the rural landscape split and stripped off. Pastoral rural scenes are being eroded. Lacking of understanding and forward-looking, a lot of rural construction under the name of protection results in directly constructive destruction. Meanwhile, in the wave of economic development, most of the younger generations of the rural population are moving into the city and no longer dependent on the land. The rural lost its most dynamic and creative group whose values decide the future of rural landscape and its culture. Finally, after making the renew cognition and assessment on the rural landscape, there are five positive suggestions are afforded, which should be as references in order to make current Chinese rural settlement landscape culture livable and sustainable.

Abstract: In 2010, China launched a nationwide main functional area planning, and established 25 key ecological function areas, the Xing'an ecological function areas is one of them. Planning requirements should first pay attention to protect the ecological integrity of the space and species diversity ,during the construction of the in the ecological function areas .this article take Xing'an ecological function areas,for example, disscuss the issues about influence to the biological in ecological function areas and during the construction of it,and how to protect it.

Abstract: By means of the investigation of researching about roadside landscape elements and screening studies, I will study out three aspects, that are: Highway landscape, natural landscape of both sides of the road, the evaluation about the cultural landscape of the highway landscape on both sides of the road, and establishing of the highway landscape evaluation system, developing evaluation criteria, using the AHP to evaluate and analysis highway landscape, so that identify the factors that affect the highway landscape, and try to propose the idea and the measures to construct the highway, to provide a scientific basis to solve the highway ecological landscape restoration and highway landscape design, to coordinate highway traffic and ecological relationship of the landscape, and to promote the coordinated development of highway tourism, resources, environmental protection.

Abstract: Starting from comments on parks, this article discusses some common problems of city landscape. It argues that strategies and methodology of landscape design should consider four aspects: constantly changing intension of landscape, aesthetic significance beyond function, respect for nature and emotional landscape design. So far I have given an interview to South China Daily on problems in design and management of parks in Guangzhou and how to make them better. On the whole, these parks have much space for improvement. Lack of culture and local characteristics, functionalism and crude design have made parks an unpopular place, especially for young people. Not only parks in Guangzhou but also most parks in Chinese cities share the same problems, and criticism on Chinese parks leads to thoughts beyond park itself. These common difficulties which are easily been classified as substantial issue are in fact reflection of social culture. I'd like to take park issues as a start of the discussion on content and design problems of city landscape.

Abstract: The construction project cost management based on BIM will be one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency and profits of construction industry. In order to establish Chinas construction project cost management mode and develop strategies based on BIM, a construction project information management mode based on BIM and cost information integration system are presented. Two strategies on project cost management based on BIM technology are given. The results may be helpful to improve cost management level in construction industry.

Abstract: Under the current construction cost management system, bill of quantity is only applicable to project transaction period and project implementation period, while the earlier stage of project which is decisive for construction cost control still adopts estimation and budget estimate under quota mode. However, hysteresis quality of quota cannot timely reflect the current situations of market, causing the interface failure between the two modes, and even the failure of investment control. The paper, in light of foreign advanced experience and Chinas national condition characteristics, puts forward the design philosophy of information data base of construction cost which is more suitable for valuation with bill quantity, which provides completed construction cost data as basis for the construction cost overall-process management based on bill of quantity.

Abstract: Though cost plus profit principle has become the main principle that the supervisor holds to determine comprehensive unit price of item of variation of project (hereinafter referred to as CUPIVP) with no specified or similar work unit price, there is no clear and concrete operation method for this evaluation principle, which leads to the difficulties in the practice and causes disputes on payment. This study focuses on the ambiguity of the content and calculation method of cost plus profit in this evaluation principle, defines the structure of comprehensive unit price of varied work, and puts forward a method for cost, profit and falling rate calculation.
