Abstract: Lean Construction attracts widespread attention since it was formally proposed in 1993, which have made far-reaching development both in the theory and practice. Construction projects seldom happen as ideally as planned because of constructions nature uncertainty and variability, which always spoil plans and become major factors that affect project performance and productivity. The goal of the construction industry is to increase the planning-reliability, to impact the productivity of workflow and hence the project performance. The attention on improve the workflow will be a practical way to avoid these bad affections. This paper, through focusing the measurement of workflow and the methods to maintain the continuous workflow, introduces all-round methods called Last Planner System and Buffer Management two key indexes for keeping continuous workflow within giving reasonable improvements for better performance in construction industry.

Abstract: Engineering cost index is one of the core tools to reflect the change of supply and demand in construction market and the level of productivity development. This paper comprehensively analyzes the actuality of compilation and application of engineering cost index from some representative provinces and cities in China, and systematically introduces and contrasts the application of engineering cost index in developed and developing countries or regions, providing reference for the engineering cost index during the transition to market economy in our country in the transition period, making it the edge tool to control engineering cost in a reasonable way.

Abstract: With the fast development of the construction industry, traditional project management cannot deal with some complex construction projects. This paper introduced the development of the project portfolio management and the current situation of the Chinese construction industry. We suggested that project portfolio management is applicable and should be adopted in Chinese construction companies. At last, the implement environment of project portfolio management was discussed.

Abstract: This article is in view of the development of residential communities tends to be intelligent, digital, network-based, take the property management of intelligent residential district as the object of study and analyze the application of Internet of Things technology in the property management system of intelligent residential district. And a property management platform of intelligent residential district was built based on the IOT technology and the implement steps were set forth in this article, all of which is order to lay the foundation for building the intelligent community and developing intelligence and perception city.

Abstract: Performance evaluation for agent construction manager is an important way to manage agent construction manager market. The author studied the SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance) analysis paradigm. And on this basis, this paper establishes a three-dimensional performance evaluation model, which consists of three dimensions: agent organization, agent conduct and agent performance. Through the questionnaire survey, the author further refined evaluation dimension. Finally this paper sets up a comprehensive and practical performance evaluation index system.

Abstract: The key element in carrying out a successful construction project is a suitable project organizational structure, which should improve the efficiency of communication between members of different groups in the project. The increased scale and complexity of BT projects lead to difficulties in project control. Collaboration between different project stakeholders ensures smooth implementation of the project. In this paper, by constructing a matrix of activity relationship for BT projects, it analyzes the communication resistance value of different organizational structures, so that organizational structures with the most optimal communication efficiency can be selected, which will has a higher efficiency, speed up smooth implementation and achieve organization and coordination of the project.

Abstract: There are great subjectivity and tendentiousness during bid evaluation of engineering construction projects, which may cause deviation to bid evaluation results of bidding work. BP neural network model for bid evaluation of construction projects is built in the thesis, and the model can solve non-linear issues in the bid evaluation construction engineering projects well. And at the same time, evaluation results of the model are verified with the use of actual index data of sample enterprises, which can confirm effectiveness of such model.

Abstract: In the premise of quality establishment, cost control and schedule control are the major goals of the construction project management. This paper is based on grey system theory as the foundation, and uses the grey control method to realize the cost and schedule control and establishes the coordination of GM (1, 1) prediction model, which is the core of the system. The GM (1, 1) grey forecasting model and network planning optimization combination as the effective date rectification control put forward the future control direction. Finally, it uses the case to evaluate the feasibility and rationality of the project cost and schedule control scheme.

Abstract: Based on the existing research on multi-project resource allocation, this research presents the triangle relationship diagram about the objective, constraints, and algorithm during project resource allocation; and designs the interactive process for multi-project resource allocation, which combines the project objective, constraint, and algorithm. In addition, a case about fixed period - fixed resources problem is solved to verify the feasibility of the interactive process; the research develops the comprehensive concept for project resource allocation problem.

Abstract: The construction of China's rural drinking water safety project to have achieved stage results was summarized, and has analyzed the problems of the direction of investment and money management to be not clear, the project legal person subject to be unknown, project bidding to be not real, construction quality to be not high, poor operation and management in China rural safe drinking water project construction and management. The countermeasures have been put forward to solve the problems.
