Abstract: Selection of material supplier is important to international construction project management, and can bring impacts on the project's quality, schedule and cost. Considering the features of international construction projects, we built a selection decision-making evaluation index system. Triangular fuzzy AHP (Analysis of Hierarchy Process) method was used to calculate the weights of evaluation index. Using the medium value of triangular fuzzy number, a simple and convenient method was developed to test the consistency of judgment matrix. Base on calculating the weights of evaluation index, a fuzzy matter-element model was proposed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation values. Taking the selection of cement suppliers of the Congo (Brazzaville) National Road One Second Project as an example, the Euclid closeness of alternative suppliers was calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives.

Abstract: This paper takes Weifang cultural arts center project total contract management as an example with the practice for total contract management mode of land replacement in order to present the background and problems of total contract management mode of land replacement and to investigate the management characteristics of total contract management mode of land replacement. The innovational management structure, management mechanism and basic management methods of total contract management mode of land replacement were proposed. These works have a good guide for reforming and improving the total contract management mode, behavior and system of land replacement.

Abstract: With the purpose of acquiring an insight into the current situation of existing renovation project management of shanty towns in China and truly mastering the effect of such management, the renovation project of shanty towns is taken as a target of this systematic and in-depth study. The background under which shanty towns take shape is comprehensively analyzed and the connotation of renovation project of shanty towns is clearly defined. Based on an extensive range of practical investigations, several questions existing in renovation project management of Chinese shanty towns are concluded. Furthermore, several countermeasures and suggestions aiming at improving renovation project management of shanty towns are put forward, with an aim to play an active driving role in the completion of renovation project of shanty towns with high efficiency, quality and benefit as scheduled.

This paper points out some problems that widely exist in safety management of construction project through analyzing the current domestic management situation, meanwhile, puts forward equitable win-win situation and safe community policy as a kind of new innovation on the mode and system of safety management.

Abstract: In an agreement of a BOT project, concession period is one of the core terms that directly influence the benefits of all parties and the success of a project. Concession period has aroused the attention of both domestic and foreign scholars. This paper summarizes the main influencing factors of the concession period, simulating the NPV of the project income in Monte Carlo method with the probability distribution of the actual situation, selecting corresponding concession period according to a reasonable level of IRR. Based on the simulation results, the scheme of the highest comprehensive utility can be approached with the help of multi-objective fuzzy evaluation model for scheme optimization. And it also provides a possible solution for concession period strategy through the proof of a case.

Abstract: According to the current risk management of construction contract in China, put forward the idea of using neural network method to evaluate the risk in construction contract. Designed a comprehensive multi-indicator model for evaluating the construction contract risk based on BP Neural Network. This model can be used for simulating and evaluating the risk in construction contract in future. It has been proved that the desired results can be achieved by using this model.

Abstract: Along with the progress of the society, the development of economy, China's heated kang facilities and people's living needs of the contradictions increasingly sharp, plus the increasingly serious energy problem, the author thinks that regional both building facilities to modern rural construction of organic renewal is the only way. Therefore, this paper puts forward structure update kang, the performance adjustment, structure, material and construction points are introduced, and the energy-saving benefit is analyzed. Hope can solve the traditional fire resistance and the new technology with the bottleneck problem.

Abstract: This article use the application of BIM concept and commercial real estate operator characteristics, combined with the organizational structure of the existing problems of the traditional operators to re-design the organizational structure of traditional commercial real estate operations mode. The design of the organizational structure, proposed an association between strengthening the organization, emphasizing decentralization, the establishment of the principle of non-hierarchical organizational structure,established wisdom layer, operation layer and client layer separation BIM to work together on core business operations in flattened organizational structure model. It is a new production and management methods to improve business operational efficiencies, reduce operating costs.
