Abstract: The route selection is a very important job in the planning and construction of the expressway. Various elements such as construction costs, social benefits, environmental impact, and so on should be taken into consideration in planning out a technically feasible and economically reasonable route. In this paper, functional analysis was conducted on many route selections through Value Engineering (VE), and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to determine the weight of each functional parameter and then the value coefficient of each plan was calculated so that the optimal expressway route selection plan can be achieved.

Abstract: Tsingtao Bay Bridge is the longest bridge spanning the sea in the world and the forerunner of large-scale sea-spanning bridges in China's northern frozen seas. Taking Tsingtao Bay Bridge as an example and combined with the practical project, this paper puts forward the basic principles of the general layout of large-scale sea-spanning bridges in China's northern frozen seas; develops the general layout of the marine bridge construction and corresponding research ideas, gives the optimal solution of the construction general layout and summarizes the advanced characteristics of the scheme; systematically summarizes the following problems of Tsingtao Bay Bridge in the general construction layout and gives the solutions. This paper could provide the reference for the general layout schemes of the following sea-crossing bridges.

Abstract: The pouring concrete dam construction program decision-making, decision-makers preference program attributes should be considered in addition to consider the objective attributes of the options. In this paper, on the basis of traditional ordered weighted geometric average operator (OWGA), considering the preference attributes analysis, establish OWGA operator multiple attribute decision making model. The model is applied to the dam concrete construction program decisions of hydropower project to verify the feasibility and reasonableness of the model.

Abstract: Period risk study and gray-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced and extended into hydropower project in this paper. The characteristics of hydropower project and the importance of duration risk are analyzed, and duration risk study and gray-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to hydropower project based on an index system. A gray-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation predictive model is built and applied to a hydropower project. The result show that the model and method proposed is valid.

Abstract: Architectural design stage is a key part of the project cost control .Some questions for architectural design to control project cost is still exist, such as not enough deep design, the lack of coherence of the design and cost, lack of management positions and insufficient attention to the owners. It can improve the scientificalness of architectural design of the project cost, and plays an important role to promote the development of the whole construction industry by using some effective measures like optimization design, integration design and professional coordination and control. Abstract: Government-invested construction projects have their own characteristics, and effective management can be achieved only by adopting corresponding appropriate management approaches. The characteristics of government-invested construction project management and corresponding serious problems existed in present management are analyzed and summarized at first. Secondly, the countermeasures to above problems are put forward. Then, an information management system framework for government-invested project management is proposed on the basis of the foregoing work. This framework can realize the fusion of project information management system and E-government system and achieve the institutionalization, standardization, informatization and lifecycle management for government-invested project by means of multiple modernized information technologies and professional software. Finally, the development and application of the developed information system validate the effectiveness to promote the management level of government-invested construction project. The work involved in this paper can provide reference for the management of other similar construction projects.

Abstract: This paper first selects the theory of full lifecycle cost as the entry point and analyses the composition of full lifecycle cost of energy-saving buildings. Then it clarifies that the full lifecycle cost estimation of energy-saving buildings is an analytical tool in capital investment and a way to minimize the full lifecycle cost of energy-saving buildings. We also construct the concept and steps of cost estimation and build two mathematical models of full lifecycle cost estimation under two different application conditions; Finally, this paper illustrates the economic and social benefits brought by full life cycle cost estimation of energy-saving buildings through the case studies.

Abstract: Through analyzing the causes of safety accidents in hydraulic construction projects, this article argues that the main direct causes of safety accidents are working against regulation, commanding against regulation and ineffective technical countermeasures. However, the deep reasons are mainly human side factors: people are usually hard to keep absolute consciousness within eight working hours, and generally have such mental inclinations as subjective assuming, trying fortune, energy-saving, rebellion, etc. So, for hydraulic construction project safety management, taking account of human side factors and implementing corresponding countermeasures are fundamental.

Abstract: The project is the carrier of national investment of fixed assets. The improvement of the level of project management has a positive role in promoting the growth of the national economy and maintaining the national economic long-term prosperity and stability. Based on the risk characteristics of construction project, this paper firstly identifies and determines the 43 initial risk indicators which affect the projects; secondly it uses expert scoring method to determine the degree of satisfaction of the initial risk indicators; thirdly it analyzes the sample data with the advantages of the analysis factor analysis in data processing and finally constructs the risk indicators system which affects construction projects.

Abstract: Abstract: The fire emergency plan has a great important significance for fire rescue works. In this paper, based on the investigation of the latest research about fire emergency plan and the deficiencies of the existing plan,which is short of building interior detailed information , BIM technology is used in building fire emergency plan’s research, which has advantages of three-dimensional visual modeling and detailed information model containing building structure, components, equipments and so on. Furthermore, a research process for the automatic generation and optimization of plans are designed. Finally in order to realize the intelligent plan , a new idea about the application of the BIM technology in the fire emergency plan is developed .
