Abstract: Bounded rationality has an important impact on owners decision-making of risk-sharing in the project. Based on the hypothesis of bounded rationality, the paper established a risk-sharing game model concerning owners reference dependency and loss aversion, as well as conducted the quantitative analysis. The finding shows that comparing with the hypothesis of rationality, if taking the ex-post transaction cost as reference, when owner considers that the cost of risk management is smaller, the bounded rationality would make the owner prefer the proper risk-sharing; when owner considers that the cost of risk management is larger, the owner would prefer the improper risk-sharing; when the objective cost of risk management is larger than the ex-post transaction, the improper risk-sharing would be owners dominant strategy, and bounded rationality has no impact on owners decision-making of risk-sharing.

Abstract: Even though the design-build (DB) delivery method has become a popular construction project delivery method in many countries, it is relatively rare in Taiwan. This study investigates the problems and difficulties that Taiwanese owners may encounter during using DB delivery methods. Twenty six problems over the four key stages of the DB process were first identified based on previous studies and expert interviews. A questionnaire survey was then conducted to determine the most pressing problems for Taiwan. The results of statistical analyses show that Taiwanese owners face key problems at all stages of the DB delivery method, especially during the tender preparation and valuation stages. These findings can be used by Taiwanese owners for successfully executing DB projects.

Abstract: Hydropower construction projects have been faced with more complex risk factors and had higher demands on technology in recent years. It is how to do the risk assessment and management that have been the focus of hydropower project management. In the basis of the analysis of risk factors of hydropower projects, this article has adopted analytic hierarchy to construct the hydropower project risk evaluation index system, and presented 9-scale method in accordance with human experience and judgment to make quantitative risk assessment of the risk factors by weight vector system. With the construction of the risk fuzzy evaluation model and the analysis by examples, it is proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has the applicability for hydropower project risk analysis, which combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to strengthen the regulation and evaluation effectiveness.

Abstract: The indemnificatory housing project has many characteristics such as large scale, short-periodic cycle and diverse design requirement. With the aid of DMAIC theory we focus on analyzing and optimizing the design process of housing project, changing the logical relations between the procedures, eliminating unnecessary links and making some enhancement in defective ones, aiming to build up a design process, which the duration and cost are more less and the quality is higher, to meet its particularity.

Abstract: According to the fuzzification and uncertainty which exist in the evaluation of project, triangular fuzzy number analysis model was put forward. The model make good use of its characteristics on dealing with the uncertainty in evaluation, quantitative the quanlitative index, and give an example of a project to introduce its use.

Abstract: Currently, in our many construction building process, due to the volatility of the market, the complexity of the construction, and many other factors, make the cost is difficult to precisely control a certain influence on the economic efficiency of enterprises, is not conducive to the construction enterprises cansustainable development. In this paper, in order to better improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises, and to promote the better development of the field of building projects in China, analysis of the construction process of the project, the factors that affect the cost of the project and further explore how to effectively do the costs of planning and construction cost control process.

Abstract: Schedule delays frequently occur in construction projects and bring unexpected consequence. Conducting an elaborate delay analysis and providing early warning are crucial for project performance. In this paper, factors are classified into internal risks and external risks based on the chain effect of schedule delays, and the design structure matrix (DSM) is employed to develop the delay analysis and early warning model. Case study has been performed to prove the effectiveness of the proposed model, finally, sensitivity analysis also draws conclusion the internal risks between tasks should be paid more attention than the external in environment.

Abstract: This paper aims to explore three closely related issues: building maintenance, building depreciation, land rent. What makes these three issues deeply connected is the market value of the property. The choice to carry out preventive or corrective maintenance depends on how the building is affected by age (physical depreciation) and on the trend of land rent. Physical depreciation and land rent are phenomena that act with opposing force in determining the market value of an asset. Because the maintenance is strongly influenced by this value, it becomes crucial to identify the factors that cause it. The combination of the dynamics of two phenomena can (or not) make convenient maintenance. The right interpretation of the correlations in these problem areas can support a better property management / maintenance by owners, managing agents and related parties.

Abstract: By analyzing the current situation of public project construction program evaluation study, for the public projects characteristics, establish of comprehensive evaluation index system., use AHP and DEA method to establish the evaluation model, and use DEAP software to calculate indicator data, in order to achieve an objective evaluation of public project construction program. Combined with the instance to prove the feasibility of the method, aims to provide a scientific and effective method on Construction Program Evaluation of Public project.

Abstract: Construction project management informatization (CPMI) is an effective application of information technology in the construction project management and in line with the requirements of the construction industry informatization development by the Ministry of Construction. However these is still no very effective methods and standards for measuring and evaluating CPMI level. Taking advantage of software managing capability maturity model, combining with the characteristics of construction engineering project, this paper will design maturity standards of CPMI and also CPMI evaluating model with multi indicators; at the same time the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be used for evaluating.
