Abstract: Aim at new energy-saving walls used in China buildings, based on thermal instantaneous response factors method, the author compiles programs to calculation and simulation, carries out air conditioning cooling load temperature, thermal response factors, periodic response factors and Z transfer function coefficient of new energy-saving walls in China buildings. On the basis of the data, the author gives the net work analysis about the effect of the heat preservation and insulation material, the heat preservation and insulation layer position and air blanketing thickness and how to make a difference to the heat preservation and insulation performance of walls, According to which, the strategy how to carry out energy saving in buildings under varying climate environmental conditions has been reached, which will pointed out for the designer how to make assort the heat preservation with the insulation in building, and the heat preservation with the insulation are in the service of energy saving in buildings.

Abstract: Currently, many effort have been done to enable energy saving issues in building design and many definitions have been introduced for most performing constructions based on energy balance between energy demand and supply. Recently, the Net Zero Energy Building theory has bypassed old Passive House concept but many questions still remain open. Present work aims to estimate how NZEB requirements matching could be affected by the choice of their definition and the choice of weighting factor system, to be count in the energy balance. NZEB concept is mainly referred to new buildings design. Its application to existing buildings is for sure an hard task provided the architecture and physical constraints are often problematic. Nevertheless, the benchmarking approach able to assess the building performance according to the NZEB objective can be utilized for other two purposes. The first one is to assess how an existing building is far from the performances of a NZEB. The second one is to assess the contribution of a conventional retrofit in improving its energy balance.

Abstract: With advances in technology and development, it has become very important to raise the citys land resource utilization. Super high-rise building is not only save the land, but also destruct the living environment. According to the climatic characteristics and geographical position of Hot Summer and Cold Winter, present situation of energy-saving in super high-rise buildings, this paper analyses energy-efficient design strategy of super high-rise building from natural ventilation, and energy efficiency of building envelope and renewable green space.

Abstract: EPS thermal insulation system is one of the wider applications of exterior insulation system in the area of North China. In engineering applications, it is extremely important to improve the thermal insulation engineering quality to familiar with the structure principle, strengthen strict re-inspection of the material properties , standardized operation and fine construction, but also conducive to ensure its energy-saving effect and durability.

Abstract: with the vigorous development of construction in our country, the proportion of the building energy consumption in total is increasing step by step, especially the 1980s existing buildings, the vast majority of them failing to take any insulation measures, the energy consumption of them is several times or even ten times to new buildings, therefore, in recent years, energy saving reconstructions of existing buildings have paid more and more attention. This paper takes a typical office building which was built in sunan region as an example, using some external thermal insulation materials such as rigid polyurethane foam plastics, polyurethane composite board and energy saving design software BECS to imitate energy saving reconstruction. Besides, the economy of each scheme of energy saving reconstruction was also analyzed. The results show that, energy saving reconstruction can greatly reduce the energy consumption of existing buildings, and bring good economic benefits, at the same time, it also can improve indoor comfort and working conditions, and can generate significant social benefits.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to verify energy performance of passive office building compared to existing building using computer simulation tool, EnergyPlus. S building was selected as a passive office building, which is the first passive office building in KOREA, and the building satisfy the passive house standard. The annual energy consumption data were compared to the heating and cooling load result of EnergyPlus, to verify simulation accuracy. The conditions of existing building were selected from Korean envelope standard and the categories of the conditions are the insulation thickness and glazing composition. As a result, the passive office showed 28% reduced energy consumption, compared to the existing building, with ordinary envelope under Korean building envelope standard.

Flat roofs have many shortcomings such as sample function, large energy consumption and lacking features. Through researching of existing housing roofing, analysis the measures and advantages of transformation of flat roof to pitched, expounding the technology prospects of transformation of flat roof to pitched.

Abstract: The energy-saving reconstruction for the existing building is very important for the large number of existing buildings in China. The energy-saving reconstruction in the roof is the key of the building energy-saving construction, and also the inevitable way for improving the urban heat island effect and comfort of the top-floor rooms. The energy-saving roof can be divided into two types including passive cooling and proactive cooling. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two types before coming up with the ways and expectation for the energy-saving construction of the existing building roof.
