Abstract: A hydraulic powered experimental test platform was designed by using molding software Creo/Parametric. Key design point of major components base of test platform, portable beam and upright post were proposed. The loading ways on top-beam unbalanced loading ,torsion loading ,and diagonal loading were taken into account to apply on the test platform, and the distribution of stain and stress on three loading model were obtained by software ANSYS workbench. With the result ,optimization of the structure of the test platform were put forward.

Abstract: Research on the function and structural characteristics of new type hydraulic grilled slag machine, based on new type hydraulic grilled slag machine frame as the main research object, research and analysis on the structural characteristics and processing technology, the solutions of selection of materials, blank manufacturing, mechanical processing routes and the process difficulties are given. So as to ensure the requirements of processing quality and accuracy of frame.

Abstract: With the development of economy and technology, the whole society environmental protection consciousness enhancement, more and more eyes begin to pay close attention to environmental problems. Today, coal mine in mechanized production equipment for the environmental impact of coal enterprises account for a large proportion, in order to better development of an environment-friendly coal mine, coal mining equipment to carry out environmental assessment. This paper to extend to silt coal loader, reprint machines and other equipment in coal mine for example, to equipment in the environmental impact of the entire life cycle (From design, use, to scrap) analysis, prediction and evaluation.

Abstract: Mine tubular belt conveyor is a special belt-conveyor which uses closed transportation way to transport material, Unloading frame is one of the important structures of its unloading device, and its structural strength affect the running conditions of the machine. For this purpose, based on a certain type of mine tubular belt conveyor, this paper introduced the structure design and force calculation of its unloading frame, and took structural strength and stiffness analysis by ANSYS. Analysis results showed that Unloading frame meet the design requirements, but for ensuring the normal operation of the machine, the welding quality of unloading frame should also be considered.

Abstract: The automobile drive axle housing is an important safety component in vehicle. The 3D model of the drive axle housing is established in CATIA,Based on the actual use conditions for a heavy truck drive axle housing, this paper used finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the strength, stiffness and modal of the axle housing, which results show that the design of the axle housing is rational. These results of static analysis and modal analysis can provide some references for the development of new products and the structure optimization design in the future.

Abstract: JC - 300 winch is applicable to many transportation vehicles scheduling when loading and unloading of goods ,it also can be used for hauling heavy objects.but as the working process position of intermediate shaft opinion is uncertainty ,top phenomenon between slider and intermediate shaft pinion during the meshing process may be easily occurred,this will make the slide block jammed while the intermediate shaft pinion is unable to rotate properly.the paper propose to add guide wheels in intermediate shaft pinion and slide block respectively, and use ansys software to analysis the strength of guide wheel shaft after scheme feasible analysis.

Abstract: Currently, abrasive water jet technology is widely applied to cutting while it has been difficult in circular cutting, as travel mechanism is not easy to realize or the structure is too complex. To solve this problem, this paper presents a simple circular cutting device for high-pressure water jet technology. The cutting device completes cutting work by rotating clamping devices around the center thimble through electromotor. At the same time,the paper introduces the components of the circular cutting device and analyzes the reliability of the slider part by ANSYS.

Abstract: Overweight of dust concentration is a common problem happened in most coal mine that not only affects workers’ normal work ,but also brings a great potential safety hazard to mine.New wet duster’ operating principle is that wind pressure and water pressure which generated in working surface pipeline network go through the nozzle jet and produce negative pressure leading the dust into dust catching pipe, and then the dust removed.According to optimizing the nozzle structure can increase spray’s cone Angle inside the shower nozzle,then the dust removal ability will be improved.The paper built the nozzle’ 3D model and the water’ the river basin model in SolidWorks ,then meshed them in Gambit and finally analysis the pressure and nozzle size’s influence on fluid’s pressure and velocity with Fluent’s flow field simulation.
