Abstract: A safety network system is designed based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus, according to actual servicing work situation and control requirements for electric locomotive servicing work. The system realizes communication between first class master station and third equipment through using PROFIBUS-DP bus protocol. It also realizes interactive operation between slave station and non-contact IC card, meanwhile, slave station and MCU system. In addition, this article has analyzed the multi-task scheduling mechanism and data communication security on monitoring network system in detail as well. Results show that the system has higher application value through entire debugging and testing on network control system.

Abstract: This paper describes a computer-assisted approach that integrates flowline layout design and functional layout capacity planning. In this layout problem of flow manufacturing, the parallel arrangement of the flowlines allows the placement of linear material handling aisles between pairs of adjacent flowlines. An algorithm based on longest common subsequence analysis is proposed and validated using a case study. At the same time of layout planning, the need for machine duplication is examined with capacity constraints.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of ablation parameters on the ablation characteristics for the fixed diamond multi-wire sawing by using Taguchi method. Meanwhile, using the optimal ablation parameters, we accomplish the cutting dynamic analysis and controller design of the diamond multi-wire sawing system. In this paper, we apply the Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) theorem to derive the ingot profile and cutting rate equations of the diamond multi-wire sawing system. The characteristics discussed in this paper include ingot profile variance, cutting rate. The ablation parameters are tension force, wire velocity, cutting force, width of the kerf. The orthogonal array, signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are employed to analyze the effect of these ablation parameters. In the meantime, we use the optimal ablation parameters to accomplish the controller design of the diamond multi-wire sawing system, include diamond high-speed control of the main roller in the cutting system, cutting rate control and the moving wire bow angle holding.

Facial Recognition and Destiny Foreseeing for Specified Persons Using Fuzzy Classification Technique
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to accomplish facial recognition and destiny foreseeing in real-time for a specified person using fuzzy classification technique. This system uses CCD camera to take a picture of a specified person in an appropriate distance, and then uses a skin color detection method to extract the facial area by separating skin color scope. After the human face is searched, we locate the facial contour by using the ellipse template method. Find out the locations of eye and lip on the human face, and then to get the complete shape of eye and lip separately by using image processing technique and morphology. In this research, we classify the sample template into some classes by using fuzzy classification technique in advance to accelerate real-time task of the facial recognition, 3D face modeling and destiny foreseeing. Afterward, we apply the-Norm/-Norm minimization criterion to calculate the certificate degree of the recognized face and estimated destiny.

Abstract: Two kinds of problems in designing XML schema are analyzed and the valid structure and well structure in structural level of XML normalization are defined. A valid-structured XML schema guarantees that it can be instanced, and well-structural XML schema guarantees that all the elements in it are significant. Based on the analysis of element relationship graph, the judgment method of valid structure and well structure is put forward and some theorems are presented.

Abstract: A multipath planner for UAV based on Pareto optimization is proposed to overcome the disadvantage of planners existed. Multipath planning is modeled as a constrained multiobject optimization problem. A Pareto solution of multipath for UAV is generated by optimizing several object functions at the same time. The simulation results demonstrated the feasibility of the approach.

Abstract: Data center has become a major infrastructure of Internet application in recent years. Tradition TCP is not suitable to carry the traffic in data center and has hampered the performance of application running in the data center. This has spurred a lot of research works on the transport specialized for data center networks. In this paper, we propose a new transport protocol specialized for traffic pattern in data center.

Abstract: This paper proposed to build a smile expression classification system on data sets of GENKI that can represent real-world environments, and tested its implementation, in which we got the optimal recognition rate up to 86.197%. To deal with the features extraction problems, hybrid features (i.e., Gabor, PHOG, PLBP) are used, using hybrid recognition algorithms (i.e., GentleBoost, SVM) to classify, in this paper. Experiments showed the effectiveness of our methods.

Abstract: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has been widely used in clinical diagnose. Segmentation of these images obtained by MRI is a necessary procedure in medical image processing. In this paper, an improved level set algorithm was proposed to optimize the segmentation of MRI image sequences based on article [1]. Firstly, we add an area term and the edge indicator function to the total energy function for single image segmentation. Secondly, we presented a new method which uses the circumscribed polygon of the previous segmentation result as the initial contour of the next image to achieve automatic segmentation of image sequences. The algorithm was tested on MRI image sequences provided by Chuiyanliu Hospital, Chaoyang District of Beijing; the results have indicated that the proposed algorithm can effectively enhance the segmentation speed and quality of MRI sequences.
