Abstract: The homogeneous-grid spatial structure of rural habitats is a special spatial type in less developed rural areas. The paper analyzed the homogenization distribution characteristics from the aspects of size and density, and analyzed the gridded morphological characteristics from the aspects of space skeleton and land use. The author concludes that economies scale, industrial development, natural conditions and facilities construction are the main driving forces for the formation of this spatial type.

Abstract: According to trade development characteristics of port city between China and North Korea, the uncertain factors in economic and trade development with North Korea are analyzed in this article. Taking Ji'an city of Jilin as an example, the article analyzes the problems about city economy, urban land use, tourism development during the port construction process in Ji'an city, provides the guiding principles as "flexible plan" for construction of port city facing to North Korea, namely establishing the "321" flexible industrial layout mode, establishing elastic urban land development model with "symbiosis" philosophy, establishing "flexible space structure" of border feature land and proposing the development idea of three principles, two Expansions, one Integration for tour features.

Abstract: With the strategy implementation of rising in central of China, Jiangxi Province is entering a new development in historical period. As the important city of red revolutionary old section and city zones of Beijing-Kowloon, Ganzhou obtains the new development opportunity. As an important city in Ganzhou, Nankang is also integrated into urban district of Ganzhou and it brings vitality to greatly accelerate development of Ganzhou. Its private economy is active and local financing demand is very strong. Therefore, we should establish financial center and based on Ganzhou, the planning and strategy faces with China emerges as times requires. The urban design of Nankang financial center aims at optimizing function and system as well as promoting economic development, enhancing its space quality, modeling city image and optimizing city ecological environment.

Abstract: The space under the urban viaducts is part of urban space and it is closely related to land use, city traffic, the public life, landscape system. This article focus on the space utilization under viaducts in Harbin. Through the investigation and research, this article analyzes the current utilization of viaducts space from usage mode, coordination function, landscape and management. And it introduces the construction of viaduct and building types. Then it propounds the utilization principles of the viaducts space. Finally, it point out the utilization strategies of the viaducts space in Harbin city from overall design, adaptability of area, gradient utilization of time, construction of green and landscape, planning and management.

Abstract: With the development of economy and society, various types and forms of architectures spring up like bamboo shoots after spring rain. As it has brought great economic benefit and promoted the development of city, urban color problems in our country increasingly stand out with urbanization quickened. In this article, the author gives simple discussion on our present color pollution in urban color environment and analyses the influence and cause. Hope this article will cast brick to attract jade and can strengthen people’s more attention on urban color environment.

Abstract: The paper mainly introduces the general situation, planning features and architectural features of the Xinmin street historical and cultural blocks. Through the analysis of street pattern, spatial texture, environment and architectural characteristics of blocks, the paper demonstrates the typical features of city streets in the modern puppet period and puts forward some protection thinking of the historical blocks.

Abstract: The Renmin street is the central and historical axis of Changchun, it witnesses the history of urban development in more than one hundred years. The author first analyzes the planning that "wide and straight, ups and downs as belt, street trees in rows, gardens in pieces, squares cluster, buildings set off" and architectural characteristics of the Renmin street. Then the author introduces the typical protective historical buildings along the line. Finally the paper puts forward several protection principles for the long axis with the historical sequence.

Abstract: Currently, the rural-town planning in fast-developing region have encountered various constraints in reality in China, especially the institutional limitations, which in a long-term, consistently hinder the improvement of rural town planning and its implementation. Facing the challenges, various countermeasures have been conducted attributed to exploration in practice and learning from international advanced experiences. This essay concluded some updated methodogolies on rural-town planning and management to improve the performance of planning and implementation.

Abstract: The paper analyses the significance and value of the old building existing in today's society at first. And next, it expounds the relationship between the new and old building in modern society. And then, it analyzes the problems of the fusion of new and old building which exist in Yichang city during the process of city development. We are researching how to solve the problems of the fusion of new and old building in Yichang city by studying the current relatively successful example of retrofitting the old building in domestic and abroad, and hope it can provide references of the fusion methods of new and old building in the other cities.

Abstract: According to the time course for the axis, this paper deeply studies the changes of the plan shape and dominant function of the Yellow river in the Lanzhou’s main urban area, and the influence interrelation with urban pattern. Then, from some new perspective of the whole area, environmental benefit, social benefit, etc., this paper presents a series of ecological planning approaches according to the existing problem in riverside area.
