Abstract: With large number of participants, tight development time, high technical standards, there is great uncertainty and risk during doing researching on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV for short). This article makes a count on the accidents’ data of the past 30 years and analyses the causes of these accidents, thus creating the comprehensive risk evaluation index system of the research on UAV. Based on analytic hierarchy process, the paper builds comprehensive Risk Assessment model and discusses the Risk Response System during the research on UAV to guide specific practices of Risk Management of UAV project.

Abstract: According to the relationship between reliability and Life Cycle Costing (LCC), we studied the best optimized solution of system reliability and LCC when researching and manufacturing EMU subsystem, choosing the overall system scheme and the purchase scheme. Classified by the different stages of life cycle, the composition of LCC on EMU was introduced, and the decomposition process of LCC structure, the method for estimating purchasing cost and acquisition and maintenance cost were put forward. By the analysis of the effect of reliability indexes on LCC of EMU, the mathematical model of reliability and LCC was established. Based on the model of the relationship between reliability and LCC, we providing a new way of researching and manufacturing EMU and making the purchase scheme by an optimization method to achieve a goal of increasing reliability while reducing LCC.

Abstract: All the work in vocational colleges will produce a great deal of experiential knowledge. The traditional form in which information is stored in paper documents and shared in offline exchange patterns has low efficiency with a small extended range. Based on analyzing the research status of experience accumulating and sharing platforms as well as merits and demerits of traditional experience accumulating and sharing means, this paper has studied the construction method of experience accumulating and sharing platform for vocational colleges, and presents a solution to the problems such as the construction of the platform logical structure, the storage and retrieval of experiential resources, and the uniform presentation of resource files.

Abstract: As an important part of the environment layout, campus sign system design plays an increasingly important role in today's college campuses. In this paper, taking campus sign system of Xuzhou Institute of Technology as an example, through field research, school staff visits, relevant design information of campus sign system for reference etc., combined with campus culture and service characteristics of the sign system, based on original campus sign system, I make qualitative analysis on service standards and cultural positioning of campus sign system in colleges and universities and explain some of the views and suggestions on the campus sign system redesign, in order to provide reference for the continuous development and improvement of campus sign system.

Abstract: Regulatory fit theory is based on regulatory focus theory which was from hedonism and decision-making motives, explaining individual consumer’s decisions making processes from both psychological and mental point of views. Regulatory fit theory proposed consumers in the face of different forms of information representation will lead to match or mismatch of consumer wants. And the effect of adjusting the matching value will affect the perception of the product or service, thereby affecting the consumer’s buying wish.Framing effect is originated from prospect theory indicate that people will make different choices when they face the same, but different forms of expression scheme. This article tries to explore the inherent nature of impulsive buying behavior mechanisms, drawing on regulatory fit theory and framing effect theory.

Abstract: With the development of computational technology, corpus linguistics is becoming a mature discipline. Many western linguists begin to observe the grammatical changes of lexical items and constructions and examine the relative theories with the aid of corpora. This paper deals mainly with the trends of research on grammaticalization, proving that the research approaches are closely related with the development of computers.

Abstract: Cloud computing, the future development direction of the IT industry, has the profound influence of cloud computing applications, which is bound to the field of higher education, the construction of university network education resources platform is the integration of all kinds of educational resources of colleges and universities, and to provide fast and convenient resource storage, sharing, learning and computational ability. This article is from the university network education platform of cloud computing based on the advantages of the proposed strategy, construction of information resources of University under the cloud computing environment. This is how the cloud model construction resources platform of network education in Colleges and universities. With the rapid development of Internet, people from all walks of life to and gradually mature "cloud computing" model of combining the road to seek an opportunity. However, in the field of education, the application of cloud computing is scanty. Research on the current college network education situation and abuse with according to the characteristics of cloud computing, advantages, and puts forward the conception of network education platform based on cloud computing, and further demonstrates its feasibility. It is the high time to improve the transplantation and service application pattern of cloud computing in the field of education.
