Abstract: How to objective, fair, justice, open selection of outstanding graduates is an important work in universities and colleges each year. For college students, the selection of outstanding graduates is the comprehensive consideration of university study and life in the four years, which is critical to the development of future employment and career. First, this paper introduces the basic principle method of minimum subordinative degree, and then considers the effect of college students through a variety of learning activities comprehensively. Finally, application examples are given in the selection of outstanding graduates. The results show that, this method is a good effective tool to solve the fuzzy uncertainly factors for complex decision problems, which has good applicability.

Abstract: The risk assessment process of city contaminated sites is full of uncertainties, objective randomness of system, incompleteness selected evaluation factors and accuracy of monitoring data are easy to result in distortion from this process, so it can not reflect the actual risk situation objectively. After considering the potential ecological risk and human health risks from site contamination synthetically, in this paper, we use the hierarchical evaluation index for dividing the risk level of contaminated site, identified the weights of each layer from every indicators by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).And used the fuzzy clustering to establish the evaluation index set, at the same time, we quantified the evaluation index, the risk level of contaminated sites is divided into low, medium, heavy, heavier and serious according to the value of comprehensive evaluation index, constructed a set of site contamination risk analysis model based on uncertain information .

Abstract: This paper analyzes the setting conditions on long and short routing mode of urban rail transit both qualitatively and quantitatively. The extended routing and the nested routing are selected to establish the evaluation system of train routing operation effect. Based on the sensitivity analysis of passenger flow and comparison of the operation effects of the train routing above, a conclusion when it is necessary to set long and short routing mode is drew. The instance of Metro Line 3 of City B verificates the method above and it is found the advantage of setting long and short routing mode is smaller as the passenger flow becomes balanced.

Abstract: High-speed rail has the characteristic of large investment and a long payback period,so it is necessary to study the economic benefits of high-speed rail. In this paper,we use “With and without compare method” to analyse the economic impact on the areas along Beijing-Tianjin intercity and Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway,and try to verify the impact on the regional economy of high-speed railway in China.

Abstract: Recently, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) attracted scholars and experts in education, IT industry, and business. Such as Coursera and Edx, they have more influential in MOOCs. And the enrollment of them is more than million. Why MOOCs will receive such attention The main reason is that MOOCs has the advantages of network course which others not comparable to. MOOCs meets the learners' self-independent, fragmented, personalized learning paradigm. Learners have a preference for MOOCs. In order to further explore the potential of MOOCs, the study discusses from two aspects: the research background, the characteristics of MOOCs.

Abstract: In this paper, the air conditioning system in pharmaceutical industry throughout the life cycle energy efficiency had been evaluated according to the SETAC and ISO had put forward the idea of "life cycle assessment. The purpose was to adopt reasonable measures of energy saving technology to minimum the energy consumption to the clean air conditioning system and minimal impact on the environment load. At the same time, the economy was reasonable. Clean air conditioning wind system in a pharmaceutical factory was been as an example. The energy saving renovation of clean air conditioning system and the effect of energy saving renovation were analyzed. CO2 emissions were analyzed in its life cycle stage which provided a reference for other engineering.

Abstract: Water resources reasonable disposition is a measure to solve water shortage problem, cannot still meet the requirement of practice for the knowledge of complex water resources system and the method of describing and other theoretical research. The Yellow River has faced the dry-up of the Yellow River. A Synthetic Decision Support System (SDSS) for water resources dispatch and allocation, based on a new route and method to water resources dispatch and allocation derision-making was developed in order to gain a better understanding of the water resources dispatch and allocation. The paper completes the design of the main structure and functions of the system, and introduces the key techniques of implementing the system, through the analysis of application subject and information integration manner of the system, topological relationship between the water conservancy project entities in various river basins is established using the thought of graphic-topology and tree-topology. Adopting the data warehouse technique, the integration method of facing the decision subject, separation method of the user interface and application program, the method of water resources dispatch and allocation service model based on topological relationship, is established. The model is integrated with the scenario experiences and knowledge about the water resources dispatch and allocation accumulated by the experts and developers. The system has been put into application successfully, and satisfied effects are obtained, therefore it is worthy to be improved and popularized and has the great directive significance and applied value in optimum operation regulation and uniform management of water resources.

Abstract: In order to deal with subway emergency, the paper builds the emergency drill system based on scenario analysis for the security of persons and property within the subway. By participating in the drill system, make sure that units and division involved in the rescue and command system learn their responsibilities by heart under emergency, enhancing collaboration of various departments, improving the efficiency of emergency rescue, thus the rescue can be conducted orderly. This paper introduces the concept of subway emergency, emergency management and organization and the drill system.
