Abstract: With the development of Web-based Intelligent Learning System in the information society, we should pay attention to its usage in autonomous English learning. At first, this thesis shows the basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and discusses the feasibility of combining Artificial Intelligence with Web-based Intelligent English self-learning system. Second, it analyzes the combination of Expert system with Web-based Intelligent English self-learning system. Finally, it probes into that this new system will promote the revolutionary of the English self-learning mode.

Abstract: A engineering ship as the object, This paper analyzed the application of equipment Inspection, and discussed the PDCA management system, developed a set of spot inspection Information system based on the web server application & intelligent mobile terminal application which has the current system better regulated. Introduced the development background, expounded the system structure, functions and technology solutions, and discussed the main functions of the system design scheme.

Abstract: Efficiency is the key of project management, and conversion of project knowledge to technology must be realized by establishing an effective management system. Component project management system is based on the enterprise level rather than project manager level. Although the project has unique characteristics, the member companies use the same or similar components in different projects. It converts internal and external enterprise knowledge into technology, and implementation steps are carried out based on the component of project management system in enterprise organization to ensure project technical transformation of the knowledge flow and call mechanism of project management component, in order to realize the application of component-based project management system in enterprise organization.

Abstract: The idea of enhancing the growing of tourism through information system has existed in the early years and it was also emphasized in the 12^th five-year plan. After the experience of three phases of information technology development, China’s online tourism business is constantly improving with the establishment of a multifunctional online tourist industry system. However, information technology is updating and surpassing with each day when tourism is developing. The special nature of the relationship between supply and demand in tourist industry makes information exchange play a significant role in the running of the industry. Thus, the application of information technology not only exerts great impact on the transaction and relationship between supply and demand, but also makes the entire industry transform a lot. Tourist industry makes enormous progress in value transmission, message transmission and e-commerce by applying information technology that activates the industry effectively. Thus, information system is tremendously important in data analysis and assessment of tourism industry chains.

Abstract: In recent years, application and development of modern information technology, especially network technology in the field of accounting, herald the accounting technical means’ evolvement from accounting computerization into the stage of the network accounting information. The ultimate goal of computerized accounting and accounting network are all to provide accounting information through the combination of accounting and modern information technology, taking accounting basic theory and method, accounting practice theory as the foundation. As the mainstay of the econometric society, the development of accounting marks the progress of social civilization and the economic management.

Abstract: It is studied that using the application of J2ME and Web technology is quite proper for the English mobile teaching design on movable equipment. The design goals and the overall framework of the system that need to achieve the user's learning requirements is related according to the English teaching system in the paper. It has been provided an advanced method and colorful education environment to improve English learning.

Abstract: This paper introduced power communication network resource data management and the importance of effects of information lifecycle management (ILM) on the information and data management. According to this paper, the various stages of the ILM are divided into two categories. In the value realization, communication resources information management system was applied in the solutions of interconnection and data integration with ERP system, GIS system, to achieve the objective of data value-add in the stage of the generation, access and sharing. Communication resources data was shared between these three systems, to maximize the use of resources and the value of data.

Abstract: Research shows the degree distribution of firms' innovation network in accordance with power-law distribution as continuous evolution of firms' innovation network, which has larger clustering coefficient and smaller average path length. Therefore, the network structure and simulation results of two stages are compared with the data of Taiyuan stainless steel firms' innovation network. The size of Taiyuan stainless steel firms' innovation network is constantly expanding, so is the clustering coefficient, while the average path length is constantly shrinking.

Abstract: With the market competition increasing of power enterprises, strengthen the supply chain management become more and more important. It has an important guiding significance to enhance the level and effect of supply chain management that study the issue of supply chain management and evaluation by using supply chain management maturity (SCMM). This paper makes a combination of supply chain management methods and the particularity of power enterprises, and using the theory of SCMM, to build a SCMM level evaluation system from three aspects of logistics, information flow and capital flow. On this basis, we use a method that combines set-valued statistics with triangular fuzzy number Lo evaluate. Finally, it proves that the SCMM level evaluation system is scientific and rational through examples study.
