Abstract: In order to reduce inventory cost effectively, the vendor management inventory (VMI) is studied in this paper. The inventory problem of supply chain is described, the model of VMI is established, and the optimal solution is obtained. Abstract: This study was based on cognitive characteristics and cognitive style of teachers in Tibet, using the questionnaire survey and other methods, carried on the investigation to many preservice teachers in Tibet, and on the basis of the theory and technology of knowledge management, explored the mechanism of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual pre-service teachers’ knowledge construction and the cognitive processing model.

Abstract: As the world's biggest energy consumer and the world's first car production and marketing country, car exhaust emissions have become an important cause of serious environmental pollution. The paper calculates the life cycle costs of HEB, BEB, and CDB by the life cycle cost model considering the environmental benefits in the case of small public transportation system being the big scenarios. The paper takes the capital airport shuttle bus system as an example, analyzing applications of alternative energy in the system, thus providing evidence for applications of alternative energy in a small public transportation system, improving continuously the proportion of electric energy in the consumption of end-use energy, promoting social energy conservation and mitigating environmental pollution problems.

Abstract: The traditional B2B commercial model puts particular emphasis on the direct interaction between commodity providers and commodity buyers. With the development of information technology, the electronic commerce system of indirect B2B model has already emerged gradually. The buyer and seller are to realize the complete business process through comprehensively integrating logistics, information flow and cash flow based on intermediate platform .This paper has analyzed the functional component of system from foreground and background through taking the demand of indirect B2B model’s electronic commerce system as the pulling, it would demonstrate the key technology of transforming sales order into purchasing order ,and establish system architecture with high load and safety.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, combined with the features of computer-aided English teaching, college English teaching has tremendously challenged the traditional teaching mode. This change, however, provides a new perspective for the research of non-intelligence factors in students’ learning process. Based on the definition and importance of non-intelligence factors, this paper briefly discusses the cultivation of college students’ non-intelligence factors in the computer-aided language learning environments and put forward some suggestions to optimize the non-intelligence factors from the perspectives of interest in learning, communication awareness and teamwork ability in order to update our teaching idea and improve the quality of college English teaching and training methods.

Abstract: On the basis of the major hazards of fire and explosion accident model, through the investigation and analysis of several chemical accident, based on existing models of Domino effect, advances in a wide variety of new model of transfer factor synthesis influence level after the accident, on the basis of the fault tree are used to determine the initial event, with software by probability combination method to calculate the impact of the secondary accidents in the area of the largest combination probability of storage tank, and, in turn, calculated based on the combination of the tank farm Domino effect probability. By various initial tank area after the accident the Domino effect probability calculation is not only beneficial to the reasonable layout of the storage tank can also be used for accident emergency decision-making and accident rescue aspects to provide data support [1].

Abstract: Extensive public participation activities conducive to the smooth commencement of building energy efficiency, public participation and awareness building energy will determine the strength of the effect of the implementation of building energy efficiency. Therefore, this paper is based on empirical investigation of Xi'an, the use of factor analysis to explore the underlying causes of the impact of public participation in the construction of energy-saving consciousness.
