Abstract: According to the problems of programming courses in the teaching process, this paper proposes the "two way, three classrooms, four reform, multiple assessment" teaching model of C++ programming combining with some teaching experience, and researches and discusses from programming course content, teaching methods and assessment methods. The teaching model applied in other programming course, and obtained the same good results.

Abstract: Internet is inundated with large amount of intrusion, attack and other security incidents, which have posed a serious threat to network security. Security evaluation is one of the important management means throughout the life cycle of information system; it is also a basis and premise of formulating and adjusting the security strategies. Accurately predicting the impending security incidents and evaluating the possible degree of detriment are the decision-making foundation in network security defense. In this paper, a hierarchical detriment evaluation method of security incidents is put forward, after direct detriment is calculated ,indirect detriment of the incidents is calculated based on service dependence and permission transfer relations, and then, the overall detriment of security incidents is obtained.

Abstract: Based on the statistical data from the year 1978 to 2012, cointegration test and granger causality test are used under the multivariate framework of economic growth theory in this paper. Then Granger causality relationship between residents’ information consumption and economic growth is further verified by the differential decomposition method. The conclusions are as follows. Firstly, long-term stable relationships exist among economic growth and amount of labor input, capital stock, residents’ information consumption. Secondly, the relationship between economic growth and residents’ information consumption is Granger causal. Thirdly, the promotion of resident of information consumption to economic growth is less than the promotion of the labor input and capital stock, and the shape of Chinese economic growth is still in extensive.

Abstract: With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s income and living standard, the tourist’s demands for Multi destinations are also increasing. In recent years, ancient village tourism that own traditional characteristics at most is generally considered the most popular form in tourism activities among the tourists. The thesis centers on the main problems which exist on the ancient village tourism resources at present and perform some deep thoughtful analysis. Subsequently, the strategies for the sustainable development of the ancient village tourism resources are constructed in this article.

Abstract: This paper established a food safety supervision system on the basis of foreign advanced food safety management mode and methods, combining with China's specific national conditions, and strengthen food quality and safety control system, in order to speed up the process of development with international standard is the key problem. Based on the advanced management experience of developed country, this paper put forward a scientific, efficient and dynamic supervision system of food safety.

Abstract: In recent years, China's environmental events frequently, compared with the urban environment, rural environmental issues become more prominent. CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to environmental protection in rural areas, and use it as a major event in the catch. Country according to their actual situation, expanding public education, a sound system, take a number of concrete measures to increase rural environmental protection efforts. Abstract: With the fast economic development of our country, sports cause is facing new challenge and opportunity in the process of development. Through the logical analysis of the meaning and significance of powerful sports nation and sports brand, it shows that sports brand is a very important symbol for a powerful sports nation. According to the fact, the article comes up with the methodology and ways of establishing sports brand in the vision of building a powerful sports nation, which is embodied in the following aspects: establishing sports event brand and holding famous international sports event, constructing sports economy brand, reinforcing development efforts of sports agency industry, building urban sports brand to expand the influence of the city, establishing the sports goods brand to promote the development of the industry of sports goods, building professional sports club brand to increase competitiveness among sports clubs and creating sports star brand to forge international sports stars.

Abstract: In this paper, the 5-9 months of 2000-2011 temperature and humidity data, used the detrended fluctuation analysis, obtained how the two data series’ non-uniform scaling index changes with time. In order to comprehensive influence of temperature and relative humidity of the two meteorological factors, the temperature and humidity coefficient is introduced. We also proposed a new non-uniform scaling index taking into account the information of temperature and relative humidity, and discusses the possible correlation between temperature and humidity and rice blast. The preliminary results show, A long-range power-law correlation can be found in the time series of temperature and humidity. About 5-15 days before the occurrence of rice blast will appear anomalies of non-uniform scaling index. It reflects the rice blast made a difference of statistical significance to the characteristic of nonlinear system internal of temperature and humidity coefficient. It can predict the occurrence and prevalence of rice blast according to the abnormal changes of temperature and humidity coefficient scaling exponent.

Abstract: Sports service industry is an important part of sports industry and the development level of sports service industry and its degree is an important maturity sign of sports industry. Since the 1990s,half of the developed countries, such as Europe and America, sports service industry output value has exceeded the total output value of the sports industry, and Chinese sports service industry added value will not increase the value of the sports industry to 20%, accounting third of industrial added value about 0.3%, compared with the developed countries, there is a big gap, but in turn, it also indicates that Chinese sports service industry has a larger space for development and potential. Third Plenary Session of eighteen and eighteenth explicitly proposed to "promote the service industry especially the modern service industry development and growth" sports services as a fundamental part of modern service industry, is bound to usher in an unprecedented development. Based on this, the objective and comprehensive description of the current status of sport-based development of Chinese service industry, the development situation of Chinese future prospects sports service industry, and strive to provide an objective and detailed basic data for the relevant decision-making authorities, the development of rational and effective policies and measures to promote scientific development of Sports Service better and faster.
