Abstract: Traffic congestion is the main factor which restricts urban development. It causes hazards to city such as environmental pollution, energy loss, the decline of road passage efficiency and traffic safety. Through practice shows aboard, congestion charge is an effective method to solve the problem. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), congestion charging area is delimited in the paper. The factors impact delimiting charging area is analyzed, and an evaluation index system is built up. Taking a city as an example, results indicate that traffic volume is the most important factor when definite the charging area.

Abstract: With the development of society and economy, motor vehicle ownership increased rapidly. The difficulty of Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub parking has become an important problem of inhabitant trip. Parking charge policy as one of the most widely used control method. On the change of resident trip mode, alleviating the traffic jam and reducing environmental pollution has played an important role. Parking prices to determine various factors must be considered. This paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate parking formulation factors. The importance of various factors obtained with targeted put forward some policy Suggestions. Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of the Logit model generalized cost calculation, the paper adds indicators of generalized cost function. Choose economical, rapidity, convenience, comfort, safety and punctuality as measure, and re-define the rapidity, convenience and security. Then calibrate the model parameters by using the maximum likelihood estimation to form a new passenger-sharing rate model. Finally, taking Yu-Kun passenger line as an example, elaborates the improved model to validate the correctness of the prediction of passenger transport channel.

Abstract: This paper, using the hierarchical cluster analysis and the gray scale comprehensive evaluation method, considering operating balance scale of regional companies, the proportion of inter-regional exchange of goods, compares the pros and cons of each division scheme and we find that seven regional companies is the most suitable for railway development.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, more and more standardized of all aspects, the tourism industry is also increasingly tending to mature, the number of tourists who have demand for public services is increasing, strengthening travel agencies’ strategic brand management is the inevitable choice to the construction of China's tourism power, but also a positive role in the construction of local tourism services, which has important significance. Facing wide disparity of the Chinese and foreign travel, as well as the reality background of the large-scale foreign capital and joint venture travel into our country's tourism market, as well as the background of the relative lack of academic related research of the travel agency brand, in this paper, the problem of how to enhance the competitiveness of our country travel agency brands is discussed. This paper first defined the concept of travel brands, insufficient analysis of brand management of travel agencies, at present, China Travel Agency has reasonably insufficient number of service providers, service structure is irrational, the service system is imperfect, inadequate security and other issues evaluation system needs to be improved, this paper analyzes the issues and raises countermeasures, in order to provide reference for our travel agency.

Abstract: The teacher-oriented universities in China provide training for personnel in education. The training process directly affects the results gained from teaching. Therefore, reform is particularly important to this type of university. First, the study described in this article, is of a random sample investigation of the teaching process using a sample of students; and an analysis of the results is presented. Note that the statistical measure used in this study was also applied to a seeds resource investigation of the deciduous tree. Second, the results could be applied to a design of a new course; and a test of the design was made. Analysis shows that the sampled students’ final grades have generally increased and that the main performance indicators of students’ ability also have improved. Consequently, the conclusion is that the innovative design for teaching has improved the teaching process.

Abstract: In the production logistics system, man-machine-environment effecting factors mainly have the microclimate module (air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, oxygen content, carbon dioxide, smoke and air velocity), the noise module (real-time noise and integrated noise), the illumination module (real-time illumination), the human physical work module (human blood pressure and heart rate) and so on. The mobile platform can be designed by the SolidWorks software, and be installed these relevant sensor instruments and signal transmission lines, in order to form hardware conditions of man-machine-environment system. The corresponding detection module can be designed by the LabVIEW software. It is necessary to take three times detection to demonstrate the reliability of data in the process of experiment. It is turned out that the data is in accordance with the relative standards, and the results are reliable.

Abstract: The paper evaluates the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution of Anhui province using the data from 1990 to 2012. The indicators for the evaluation included emission of industrial waste water (EIWW), emission of industrial waste gas (EIWG), emission of industrial solid waste (EISW) and GDP per capita (GDPPC). The results show that the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution of Anhui province is different from Environmental Kuznets curve. There is a U-shaped plus inverted U-shaped curve between EIWW and GDPPC. EIWG and EISW keep increasing monotonically. The turning points of EIWG and EISW both apparently less than that of developed countries. Our study then predicts that EIWG and EISW begin to decrease when the GDPPC reaches 3421Yuan and 5189Yuan (The price of 1978) respectively. Our study reveals the importance of increasing environmental protection expense and strengthening the construction of environmental policy.

Abstract: In this study, a fuzzy credibility constrained programming (FCCP) model is developed for agricultural irrigation systems management under uncertainty. It is then applied to a real case study in a depression at southern Urumqi, China. The optimization model can be adjusted according to various considerations from decision makers, and thus much optimal and applicable management strategies can be expected through identifying the most appropriate credibility level for the system.
