Abstract: With the development of insurance enterprises, the frequent employee turnover increases the human cost in insurance enterprise. It also reduces profit of insurance enterprise. This study conducts hierarchical regression analysis based on the sample of insurance enterprise employees. It will research the regulation of job satisfaction for turnover intention in insurance enterprises. This study will help the human resource management in insurance enterprise.

Abstract: With the rapid development of media technology , there has been a debate on the effect of media technology on preschool education. And the most serious criticism is the "teenagers’ internet addiction". Countless facts have proved that just keeping the children away from internet is useless. In addition, educational technology can keep the child's great interest in learning and stifle the child's cognitive ability. In this study, communication and educational theories are used to construct preschool educational communication process mode. Augmented reality technology which has the qualities of immersion, imagination and imagination is chosen as the key educational technology of this preschool educational communication process mode.

Abstract: According to Sichuan Province 2006~2012 21 local power and energy consumption panel data, on the basis of the analysis of the electric consumption and energy consumption, the relationship between economic growth, unit GDP energy consumption and unit GDP electricity consumption, the relationship between the electricity consumption and energy consumption in the industry and the region, established analysis model of measurement of time individual fixed effects model. Abstract: Coal mine safety in China has witnessed marked improvement. Coal mining enterprises has embarked on a new phase of development with the number of accidents and fatalities continuing to reduce. Nevertheless, the safety situation in coal mines has not been fundamentally changed with catastrophic accidents still haunting coal miners and the country. Coal mine safety presupposes a sound safety culture. Given its pivotal role in strengthening coal mine safety capacity, this paper is devoted to analyzing the status of safety culture in the coal mine production, the function of safety culture, and the problems of safety culture construction for coal mine and working out for coal mining enterprises the pragmatic approaches to improving safety culture.

Abstract: To study the condition of safety production situation and the control index, this paper analyze some Chinese provinces death rate per hundred million GDP and per capita GDP by the way of Regression analysis, at the same time, defining the coefficient that can reflect some of Chinese provinces safety production level. Predict the level of safety production situation by the theory of safety forecast, and giving a way to make safety production control index to provide the basis for some provinces’ safety production regulation in the coming year.

Abstract: With the development of modern society, the application of multi-media technology is becoming more and more popular in all fields, including foreign language learning. Since it’s a new method, there are a lot of defects in multimedia technology, and there are also many problems in language learning. This thesis mainly analyzes the importance of multi-media technology and focuses on how to solve the problems in foreign language learning caused by the using of multi-media technology.

Abstract: Water-saving irrigation is the livelihood of the people to solve the problem of coastal city agriculture water shortage of water conservancy projects. To investigate the situation of the construction of agricultural water-saving facilities in Tianjin, first ,this paper analyzes the using costs, including running maintenance costs. According to the life-cycle cost theory, it is an important means to control using costs in the infrastructure construction engineering design stage. Then the paper will analyze the complexity of the demand of urban water-saving irrigation and propose that designing innovation is the key to control the complex using costs. Finally , the paper will analyze The effect of investment and financing model of design innovation process. On the one hand, the mode of investment and financing will help to solve the construction funding gap; On the other hand, it will affect water-saving cost pre-control in different degrees.

Abstract: Our country has entered the aging society ranks, the elderly tourism markets have great potential. Through the investigation and analysis of Huaian’s elderly tourism consumption behavior, this paper makes use of questionnaires and interview for the elderly tourists in Huaian city to study the consumer behavior; characteristics of this market. Some market development strategies have been put forward to help the travel agency design tourism products suitable for the elderly, improve tourist services for the elderly in quality, develop the tourism market for the elderly.
