Abstract: In 2007, the Ministry of Education published the "requirements" for college English teaching, the College English teaching reform has been further popularized, and the requirement of each big university English asked the teachers to improve the level of teaching constantly, so as to cultivate students' comprehensive ability of using English and enhance their abilities of autonomous learning. In order to improve the students' comprehensive cultural literacy and meet the needs of our society and the international exchange, the reform of teaching mode as well as the construction and application of college English teaching can provide us a new teaching mode through network ,which can gradually forme a network of autonomous learning teaching mode.

Abstract: Traditional classroom English teaching model, multimedia and network aided English teaching mode has brought many good to the English teaching and learning but there are also some problems. English teaching should be guided by scientific theory of education, to change the traditional teacher-centered teaching learning mode, constructing the hybrid teaching mode which integrates multimedia and network technology into the traditional classroom English teaching, in order to better hair with the teacher's leading role and students' cognitive main role.

Abstract: Based on the survey data, carry out scale factor analysis, establish the SEM model, and discuss the interrelation between the minority college students’ satisfaction in outdoor exercise and their inputs and achievement in outdoor exercise based on this model.

Abstract: From the perspective of multivariate intelligences theory innovation in college sports, the innovation of gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system is essential. Gymnastic specialty tennis teaching system should at least include teaching philosophy, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation of five parts. The alteration of the teaching concept should attach much importance on the teaching democracy, personalized, and diversified teaching so as to boost comprehensive development of students. Meantime, the teaching should pay attention to cultivate the basic knowledge and basic skills of students, and improve students' health, the pursuit of sustainability and practicality. All of these will meet the objective which based on the needs of expansion body and multivariate intelligences in both training objectives and the tennis teaching process, in order to prepare for the part, basic part and the end part of the contents. All in all, all these will advance the overall development of students and combining with the theory of multivariate intelligence, further concluding the intelligence into the tennis teaching method.

Abstract: The full market competition tends to be cruel on the allocation results: one is worthy of almighty, while one is so weak that haven’t enough to eat. This not ideal distribution results highlight the importance of the fiscal and taxation distribution function while still choosing the market economic system. Intergenerational distribution model emphasized the important role of individuals earning power and inheritable wealth these two factors, which has strong explanatory power to a country's current and future fiscal and taxation practice. This paper analyzes the possible theoretical obstacles and practical problem may encountered when applying the fiscal and tax allocation distribution model to the cross generation investigation, and also putting forward suggestions to the problem of how to perfect the tax distribution function.

Abstract: As one of the key technologies of the future development of the Internet, Virtual reality technique is more and more used in the field of Physical Education. Its appearance will subvert traditional sport sports teaching mode and education thinking, and brings a series of major changes for sports education. As for the limitations of modern sports teaching mode, this article is to analyze how virtual reality technique apply to physical education, and build a new sports teaching mode based on virtual reality technique and provide a more scientific, systematic theoretical reference for improving the quality of teaching and optimizing teaching methods with the combination of situational cognitive theory.

Abstract: Virtual sports is the product of the interaction between sports’ reality and simulation, and the virtual sports based on electrons orbiting projection screen, camera synchronous tracking and computer-generated rendering has played an important role in scientific research achievements transformation of new and high technology and digital media innovation in the higher sports colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the characteristics of virtual sports and its present application situation , in combination with the actual situation of the construction of laboratory in sports colleges, describing the application solutions of virtual sports from the hardware configuration, software design and process arrangements ,and then put forward new ideas about innovation and development of higher physical laboratory in sports colleges .

Abstract: On the one hand, as the basic work forms, team is paid more and more attention. Team is a important view of research. At same time, studies find that emotional intelligence is not only a tool in management, but also is antecedent variables. But, on the other hand, according to the previous study, the researches on relation between emotional intelligence and performances are limited in individual level, and don’t make a deep study to the mechanism between them. Based on the two points, this paper chooses team members as object of study, and researches the mechanism from individual level and team level. These results open the black box that emotion intelligence effects performance. At same time, these results provide a good research perspective and bases for follow-up research and in human resource management practices.
