Abstract: Logarithmic spiral bevel gear is the spiral bevel gear whose tooth line is logarithmic spiral line. It helixes angle along the direction of tooth length equal everywhere. Due to the high-tooth spiral bevel gear has significant advantages of high transmission stability, these gear are more widely used in our country, especially in the transport sector. But compared to general spiral bevel gear, its complexity space meshing theory leads that it is different to process. In order to ensure that machining process is reasonable and achievable, we show that how to create tools, geometry and procedures and calculate the tool path simulation based on Siemens UG CAM.

Abstract: The hole wall crushed and fractured zones length has been derived theoretically,and put forward the calculation formula of blasting crushing circle and radius of the corresponding fracture zone.Corresponding to the deep rock blasting parameters design on the basis of theoretical analysis,then lead to the reasonable parameters.These can provide certain reference design work for coal mine deep rock blasting parameters.

Abstract: Three bending strength computing methods of concrete filled steel tube are introduced, including empirical formula method, whole section yield method and simplify numerical method. There are some difference on their computing results. To verify their difference, single factor analysis method is used. The single factor include the thickness of steel tube, the strength of concrete and the strength of steel. The revised results of ABAQUS are used as a benchmark. The analysis include two aspects, one from the changing trends of ABAQUS’ results and the three method’ results when only one factor is increasing, the other from the magnitude of relative error between the results of ABAQUS and the results of every method. Finally, the scope of every method is obtained.

Abstract: Create 3D entity model of the loader’s frame in Solidworks, assemble the frame and then import in ANSYS to get the finite element model of the frame, and use ANSYS to analysis the frame at 5 Static characteristics of different conditions. The analysis indicates that the design scheme of the frame is feasible, but need to increase the stiffness of the structure in some parts.

Abstract: The first generation beach cleaner SWQ18 is mainly made of carbon steel and the unloaded weight is heavy. In the beach test, it occurred such problems as a high fuel consumption and the wheels tend to sink in sand. From the perspective of lightweight material, based on RADIOSS Finite Element Analysis (FEA) module in Hyperworks, the auto-body’s FE model was built. By setting the material as 6061 aluminium alloy and analyzing its body stress and modal, considered the problems that how the aluminium alloy resist the corrosion from the sea atmosphere and its stiffness and strength as well, the result shows that 6061 satisfies the operating requirements and is applicable to the beach cleaner body and a feasible lightweighting scheme taking cost and performance in account was reached.

Abstract: SCM control system requires high reliability and security, the entire control system to operate safely and reliably only when a strong anti-interference capability. In switch input and output, the use of the instruction redundancy methods to achieve the switch signal input and output filtering; in data collection, based on the hardware anti-interference taken arithmetic average filtering method, in order to strengthen its anti-jamming capability. In the system status monitoring, watchdog feature is enabled with the MSP430F449 microcontroller, when the watchdog timer overflows, the system automatically reset, the experiment proved that this method can save hardware resources, flexible design, low cost, single-chip control, it can guarantee the smooth operation of the system.

Abstract: The finite element analysis of PCP involves three nonlinear of geometry, material and contact, and the load of PCP is diversity, leading to it difficult to establish the finite element model and calculate by finite method. This article takes GLB120-27 as an example, to establish 3D solid model of PCP by using SolidWorks; to determine M-R model constant of stator rubber by using the data of uniaxial tensile test: to separate the seal band from the stator chamber by using Boolean operation and set up contact pairs, to achieve the correct simulation of stator chamber fluid pressure; to correctly simulate the interference fit between stator and rotor through setting correlation parameters; to establish 3D finite element analysis model and verify the correctness by using the experiment data of hydraulic characteristics of PCP.

Abstract: In view of the present equipment is lack in shallow water such as agricultural fishery environment, the designing as well as the performance parameters of a type of low-cost and multifunctional minitype underwater vehicle are provided. The contour of the vehicle is optimized. and the modular designing is achieved according to five aspects which involve controlling, propulsive force, hovering, snorkeling and additional function. Through the analysis of trial voyage experiments, some simulation software are made, and therefore the requirements of overall performance are satisfied.

Abstract: Ventilation calculation is one of the important contents of generator design. Most researcher studies only on partial components or make important details simplified. They can’t accurately analyze the internal heat dissipation. In this paper the flow field was analyzed for a generator by CFD approach, using the package surface technology in order to keep the geometric characteristics. Based on the results of the analysis to improve its cooling duct. Before and after simulation results were contrasted, Cylinder head velocity distribution increases from 0.1-0.2m/s to 1-4m/s, Silencer, motor and cylinder head average heat transfer coefficient increased respectively by 78.2%, 116.4% and 604.7%, Flux on outlet1 is increased by 13.8%, The improved model cooling effect was significantly higher than the pre model. Research on the generator duct design has important reference value.
