Abstract: This paper makes use of the FLUENT to the variable working condition centrifugal fan on the gas-solid two phase flow numerical simulation, the numerical simulation adopts the whole flow field simulation, makes the use of surface source, analysis working condition changes on centrifugal fan blade pressure surface wear, finally it draws a relatively high-quality fan operation condition and takes measures to control fan wear in view of the situation.

Abstract: An engineering buoyancy control scheme was proposed to compensate the change of residual buoyancy for low-speed under-actuated AUVs. The buoyancy control system is made up of buoyancy controller and two sets of buoyancy control devices include: water tank, sea water pump, valve grouping, pipeline etc. Buoyancy control devices were configured to both head and tail part of the AUV symmetrical to its buoyant center. Depth control algorithm and buoyancy control algorithm were proposed separately. In the process of voyage at a constant depth, the real time speed, pitch angle and depth error were detected to evaluate the residual buoyancy indirectly, and then the real time buoyancy control was executed by pumping the water into or out of the tanks. The buoyancy control scheme was applied to the type of low-speed under-actuated AUV and simulation and experiments results show that the buoyancy control approach and the control laws are feasible and effective.

Abstract: A method to design a voice control system for smart house is proposed and implemented. Since smart house has the characteristics of low power consumption, low cost and easy operability, ZigBee technology is adopted as a wireless network standard and CC2530 is selected as a sensor node. In the designed system, electric appliances can be controlled by voice.

Abstract: This paper aims at the change of the whole machine aerodynamic characteristics after a certain conventional type drone aircraft changing plateau type large wings , using CFD technology to establish the nomal type and plateau type model, doing numerical simulation calculation of the whole machine's aerodynamic performance under the condition of no-load, using the simulation calculation results and combined with actual flight data, compared and evaluated the aerodynamic characteristics of the drone aircraft installed different airfoil, the results show that change plateau type large wings, obviously improve the lift-to-drag performance of the whole machine, increase the range of effective attack angle, and the little change of flight performance, scientific and feasible.

Abstract: This paper describes the development of all-electric injection molding machines, as well as the application of clamping ball screw, and elaborates the significance of researching lubrication of ball screw mechanism. The formula for calculating the minimum film thickness of ball screw is induced according to Hamrock-Dowson formula and contact parameters of ball screw mechanism. Using the parameters for a specific ball screw model calculates the minimum film thickness at the screw and ball contact. The lubrication state of ball screw is discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for the rational of ball screw lubrication and proper use.

Abstract: Conventional hydraulic steering system has the problems of "low-speed heavy, high-speed flight" and energy-wasting when steering, the main reason is after the system is designed, the power characteristics are fixed. To solve this problem it is necessary to achieve the power characteristics of changing power steering system according to speed of vehicles, in order to offer the power that matches the speed. Using vehicle speed sensor signal to control pilot solenoid unloading valve to regulate the pressure of hydraulic system, can achieve the regulation of power characteristics, this article is based on such idea to design variable hydraulic power steering system for hydraulic power steering system of light trucks.

Abstract: In order to improve bus drivers’ high-speed road feel and reduce parasitic loss of hydraulic power steering system (HPS), a novel power steering system is proposed, which is characterized by an electromagnetic slip clutch (ESC) which regulates discharge flow of steering pump to realize variable assist characteristics as well as uniquely transfers on-demand power from ICE to steering pump. The mathematic model of ESC including flux linkage equations, voltage equations, electromagnetic torque equation and kinematic equations under synchronous rotating coordinate system (d-q coordinate) is constructed. Dynamic characteristic, mechanical characteristic, input-output characteristic and excited current-output speed characteristic of ESC are simulated. Finally, the experiment of ESC is implemented. The consistence of simulation results and experiment results indicate correctness and precision of the model.

Abstract: In order to simulation the vibration characteristics of the transmission system of the rolling mill in Engineering. To determine the cause of the door threshold of rolling mill vibration damage, source the vibration of rolling mill. This article from the perspective of multi body dynamics, Use the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model, fully considered of the time-varying mesh stiffness of the gears, backlash, speed and other factors. Simulation the vibration characteristics of the transmission system of the rolling mill in different tooth side clearance and different speed. The result show that, with the increasing of the backlash, the vibration amplitude of the output shaft increase first and then decrease and then increase. Motion state by no impact to unilateral shock, bilateral impact and then enters to a chaotic state finally to no impact. Through dynamics simulation, can draw the vibration characteristics in different tooth side clearance and different speed of the transmission system of the rolling mill, the theory basis for the fault diagnosis of the transmission system of the rolling mill.

Abstract: Nowadays, a lot of household appliances enrich our life, their mode of operation transform from machine to remote controller. Remote control has become indispensable tool in our life, each kind of electrical appliances have its own remote controller but too much remote controllers always make inconvenience. This paper uses the idea of modularization to improve the design of infrared remote controller. With the development trend of remote controller, we obtain inspiration of mode from bamboo slips and study on how to create a new modular remote controller that can be suit for a variety of electrical appliances at the same time based on ergonomic, we propose the solution finally.
