Abstract: Dynamical mathematical model was established for accurately positioning, fast response and real-time tracing of electro-hydraulic servo control system in railway vehicle bogie parameters test system with elastic load. The model could precisely control the output of position and force of the hydraulic cylinders. Induction methods was proposed in the paper. Dynamical simulation verified the mathematical model by software simulink. Meanwhile the key factors affecting the dynamical characteristics of the system were discussed in detail. Through the simulation results, high precision is obtained in application and the need of real-time control on the railway vehicle bogie parameters test-bench is realized .

Abstract: In order to improve the friction nonlinear perturbation effect on shipboard antenna tracking, first to a certain type of ship azimuth servo system as an example, considering the establishment of a mathematical model with friction, and the model is carried out using PID control method. The results show that with friction disturbance considered, there are tracking exist "flat top" phenomenon and large tracking error, and when the speed is low, there is the "crawl" phenomenon.Keywords: ship servo system, friction disturbance, disturbance compensation

Abstract: Based on the assisted gravity draining steam flooding and the development technology of drive drain compound, using computational fluid dynamics software ANYSY CFX to analyze the impact of the oil reservoir thickness、density of the crude oil 、oil viscosity and oil saturation on the seepage velocity difference. Research shows that: These factors have a significant impact on the flow velocity difference Research results provide reference for seepage study of gravity drive of heavy oil .

Abstract: The PID control scheme of airship with fixed flying high is studied in allusion to pitch channel nonlinear model of a class of stratosphere airship in this paper. The traditional PID control law is designed aim at the fixed high flight control of airship. The detailed simulation analysis is presented. It indicates that the airship can realize the fixed high flight in the range of 1000 meters. When flying high increase further, PID control scheme is not reasonable because instruction is too large. At the same time, the speed of engine has large influence on PID control scheme. The research of paper has good technical reference value for design and experiments of stratosphere airship.

Abstract: In various forms of movement of finger rehabilitation training, Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) of single degree of freedom (1 DOF) has outstanding application value. Taking classic flexion and extension movement for instance, this study collected the joint angle data of finger flexion and extension motion by experiments and confirmed that the joint motion of finger are not independent of each other but there is certain rule. This paper studies the finger joint movement rule from qualitative and quantitative aspects, and the conclusion can guide the design of the mechanism and control method of finger rehabilitation training robot.

Abstract: The electronically controlled injection device with perfect performance is a key technology to heavy-duty gas fuel engine. In this paper, an injection device using moving-coil electromagnetic linear actuator and mushrooms type valve was proposed and developed according to the special requirements of a heavy-duty gas fuel engine applied to power plant. The influence mechanism to the injection device’s flow rate characteristics caused by structural and controlling parameters was determined. And related bench tests of the heavy-duty gas fuel engine equipped with the injection system were completed. The results showed that the technical solution could meet the engine’s requirements of high flow rate and response.

Abstract: According to the structure and construction characteristics of PC continuous beam bridge and combined with the construction monitoring method of continuous beam bridge, this paper introduces the girder stress strain test technology and method of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge, also analyzes the various factors which affect the stress test. After monitoring LinGang big bridge, draw the conclusion through the analysis of its stress and strain.

Abstract: With the increasingly large and complex systems issues in the aspect of reliability, availability, economy and maintenance, the advantages of condition based maintenance become more and more marked which requires the system itself has the prognostics and health management capabilities. Based on this, the integrated framework and applied technology of prognostics and health management to complex systems are studied, and the advantages of prognostics and health management techniques are summarized.

Abstract: In this paper, an improved PSO algorithm in unimodal, multimodal function can adapt quickly converges to a smaller fitness value. It’s suitable for complex non-linear environment. Combined with the adjusted Snake model can better convergence at the edge of the recess. Compared with other contour detection algorithms, this algorithm has better noise robustness, contour convergence accurate and efficient accuracy and efficiency.
