Abstract: In order to research the driving performance of electric vehicle driven by the electric wheels and provide the test basis to the design of electric vehicle, the author of the paper designed and developed a multifunctional comprehensive performance test bench for electric wheel. Such test bench has the basic functions of road simulation, resistance simulation, vehicle weight simulation and inertia simulation, and the other functions of steering simulation, coupling simulation of electric braking and mechanical coupling, wheel hub motor performance test lamp. The author of the paper made certain design for the relevant test items, which has far-reaching significance for the test and research of the battery electric vehicle (BEV) driven by the wheel hub motor.

Abstract: With the advancement of society, transport plays an increasingly important role in human society, but more and more traffic problems are constantly plagued mankind. Aiming at the problems facing the traffic and improve the traffic situation, the polling system is applied to intelligent traffic control system in this paper. Based on the type of paper feed of the arrival rate theory, the vehicle arrives at different rates, the wait time is different. Arrival rate is high, the longer the waiting time. Then we simulate system and get the simulation results, and compare the theoretical and simulation results. Finally, the theory to practical systems is using in microprocessor hardware simulation, and actual results further validate the correctness. Through the intelligent traffic control system, a good solution to traffic jam phenomenon is got and traffic management plays an important role.

Abstract: In the operation process of large industrial control network, with conventional fuzzy PID control algorithm for industrial control networks energy-saving control, excessive industrial networks will aggravate machine wear of the single network, thereby reduce the effect of energy-saving for industrial network. This paper presents an approach for industrial network energy-saving control based on non-uniform data production rate. According to the relationship between the network load and loss, the loss model of industrial control network can be established. Adaptive linear genetic method is utilized to control industrial control network energy-saving load, so as to achieve energy-saving control of industrial control network. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the energy-saving efficiency of industrial control network, and achieve satisfactory results.

Abstract: As the development of the slurry pipeline transportation system complexity and intelligent,it is more difficult to establish the reliability of the system.This pape take advantage of the descriptions of dynamic systems of stochastic failure petri net,applying in the field of slurry pipeline transport system reliability analysis.At same time,with the combination of Markov theory, it established the model of the hydraulic system reliability analysis.The feasibility and availability of the method is proved through an example of hydraulic system of slurry pipeline transportation.

Abstract: In order to ensure work safety, large cranes generally use two motors together to upgrade the load, so often there is a synchronization error, control accuracy is affected. To address this issue, the paper crane hydraulic lifting system to study proposed control strategy based on fuzzy PID's. The results show that the method used to effectively reduce the synchronization error between the two motors to improve the control precision crane, a certain reference value.

Abstract: With the rapid development of aviation technology, the performance of aero-engine continues to increase in China. However, Chinese Aero-engine lubricating oil real-time measurement technology is not mature, active airplane almost have no Aero-engine lubricating oil real-time measurement system, It requires further in-depth study.By research on Aero-engine lubricating oil measurement technology. First, it outlined the method and principles of measurement, and based on UG Open the analysis of Aero-engine lubricating oil system was developed. Through which an analysis of the model of Aero-engine lubricating oil, the spatial databases about sensor depth of immersion oil, aircraft attitude and fuel volume were built.,which can provide the data for the subsequent lubricating real-time oil measuring analysis .

Abstract: It is high difficult to control the underwater welding because of the effect of water and the leak proofness of the weld devices which is a troubling problem. In this paper, a DSP-based automatic seam tracking system for underwater welding is designed. This system has the advantages of simple hardware structure, low-cost, rich function software, friendly human-machine interface, and easily realizing. And the work of this paper can be used for further research in underwater welding seam automatic tracking.

Abstract: The external turbine can be used on underwater high-speed moving body to measure its own velocity. By establishing the rotating turbine dynamic equations and using UDF programming for secondary development on fluent software, the three-dimensional dynamic simulation of water speed measurement turbine model was achieved. Using this model, under the complex flow environment like cavitation and small attack angle, the dynamics simulation was performed and the results was analyzed to get the turbine movement characteristics. Simulation results show that the simulation model can reflect the variation in characteristics of the turbine caused by the small attack angle at cavitation situation.

Abstract: To solve the problem of irrational assignment on the transmission ratio, redesigned the transmission scheme and optimized the parameters of the rice-wheat cyclic planting machine’s ditcher chain transmission device. Results showed that transmission ratio of the improved system was assigned rationally, all the sprockets not only met the strength requirement, but also had moderate sizes and were easy to be assembled or disassembled, at least 41.57% of the material was saved, not less than 50% of the production cost was reduced; noise level of the optimized chain transmission system was lowered obviously than the original’s at the same rotary speeds all the time, the maximum difference reached 16.8 dB when the driving sprockets rotary speeds of the first-stage chain are 1200 rpm; safety of loading, accessibility to field and flexibility of transfer in field of the machine were improved significantly, such an optimized chain transmission system for ditching was reliable.

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principles and calculation methods for the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy. By calculating the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy when the gear is under different working conditions, we can analyze the inherent relationship between the two in depicting of the running condition of the gearbox. The result shows that,the correlation dimension and Kolmogorov entropy have a good consistency in the description of working status of gearbox. This conclusion not only provides a good basis for the gearbox running condition judgment and fault diagnosing, but can also provide the experimental basis for the chaotic characteristic parameters selection in state monitoring and fault diagnosing.
