Abstract: Deformation measurement is an important content of engineering surveying and the main objects of the deformation measurement are civilians, industrial buildings, precision engineering, large dam, bridge and the earth's crust deformation of rock mass. Deformation measurement aims to obtain the deformation data in the process of displacement deformation, and to get the deformation of the status, trend and possible results through the analysis of these data. The existing automatable solution for measuring the deformation all adopt the 3-dimension displacement test, which based on high precision total station, unattended, automatic data acquisition and transmission control mode.

Abstract: According to actual control requirements, broadcast transmitter control system is designed with PLC as the core controller. The system hardware design is described and the software design is introduced in detail based on integrated development environment. Transmitter control system functions are realized. And the system can not only meet all the control requirements, but also has a powerful remote control ability and human-computer interaction with good reliability and real-time after the laboratory test and field test.

Abstract: The virtual machine tool is a new technology going with the development of virtual manufacturing; it’s one of the key technologies of virtual machine. It possesses enormous economic benefits and widest application outlook, so it’s gradually becoming one research focus. Therefore around the virtual CNC machine tool research subject, the NC machining simulation key techniques were studied. Based on the development of FV-1000 virtual machine tool platform, combined with UG and VERICUT software to complete a variety of different functions in instances of multiple CNC machining simulation.

Abstract: Quadrotor helicopter is light and very agile aerial robots which attracted much attention of scientists. A practical implementation of a quadrotor helicopter based on STM32 is described in this article, applying MPU6050 and other inertial sensors. The hardware structures and software flow chart of flight control are both presented. The discussions with the key problems during the process of implementation are also made.

Abstract: Chain SVG device is connected to the power grid via the reactor which is also referred to as connection reactor. Compared with other reactors of reactive compensation devices, It’s not like the serial filtering reactor which simply provides a specific quantity of inductive reactive power, or parallel phase control reactor which provides continuously adjustable inductive reactive power. The connection reactor in SVG is related to the impact of SVG on the power grid, the impact of the power grid system on SVG, and in particular, the compensation capacity and effect of SVG. Therefore, during design, requirements of SVG and electrical property of the compensated system should both be considered. In this paper, the impact of the connection reactor on SVG stable operation is analyzed in detail. The design principle that when choosing the reactor parameters, the impact on power unit DC side voltage should be prioritized is proposed, and simulation verification is conducted by using of PSCAD software. A reasonable reactor is selected for a 10kV SVG based on the conclusion. The actual operation result verifies the rationality of design.

Abstract: The shock absorption test of the EN1078 standard is the focal point of this study. These performances are to setup a shock absorbing system for commercially available helmet, to measure the key parameters when an instrumented helmeted headform drops onto anvils. In this test, the helmet quality is assessed by measuring the acceleration time history of a headform during a helmeted headform impact. Helmet quality is expressed in terms of the injury parameters: maximum resultant linear headform acceleration of the headform's center of gravity and Head Injury Criterion (HIC). Besides, the present study performs to develop and validates a finite element of helmeted headform impact test. The FE model obtains by the scanned shapes of a bicycle helmet. The headform and anvil design in accordance with EN 960: 2006 and the EN1078 specification, respectively. This study performs finite element analyses of helmet impact tests using LS-DYNA software. The results of the present method fit the experimental results well, implying that the numerical method is a practical approach to helmet design problems. Furthermore, the helmet test model proposed here has potential for guiding the future development of helmet technologies.

Abstract: For realizing the three-dimensional display of machine parts, in UG5.0 graphic drawing environment, it provides an interactive experimental method to carry out the display of IGES graphics, taken as the data-exchanged interface. Based on depth analysis of IGES, with VC++6.0, the information of all figures could be obtained. Through data processing, three-dimensional data of rotary entity could be generated, which is based on 3D data of lathe turning IGES rotary entity. Afterwards, OpenGL graphic processing technologies (with light, material, textures, et al.) were applied on the three-dimensional display of graphics input from files or program modules. Finally the parts designer could get a full view of machine parts, going on with some proper modifications.

Abstract: During the rice mill structural design process, static analysis is an extremely important field, not only decide to what the structure size is, but also for the subsequent fatigue analysis, providing the basis for the overall stability analysis. Now the traditional domestic design mainly based on the empirical design, which is resulted in Performance indicators lag behind of the rice mill, focusing on the performance of vibration is too large and the structure is irrational. Therefore, optimizing the structure of the rice mill to improve the vibration situation has important significance. Using SolidWorks software to build the three-dimensional solid model of the spindle, and then import the model into ANSYS Workbench to establish the finite element analysis model, through the finite element and modal analysis of the results obtained the stress and strain distribution of the natural frequencies and mode shapes characteristic, providing an important basis for further design optimization of the rice mill structure.

Abstract: This paper discusses and analyzes the development process of economic type mechanical engraving machine, including the system overall layout, structure scheme, the movement mode of numerical control system, mechanical system design process and the design process of the control system and the "mechanical engraving" the choice of interpolation algorithm, analysis and implementation process. Compared to the same function of the CNC engraving machine, has certain advantages in terms of price, to fill the gaps in the domestic and foreign enterprises, to meet the market demand.
