Abstract: Based on the design of a conventional Shrike warhead, an improved design of warhead is proposed, which combined the properties of a deformable warhead. The processes of explosive loading and fragments scattering are simulated by the finite element software LS-DYNA, the improved warhead and the conventional Shrike warhead are detonated in different initiating modes. According to data analysis, gains of fragment density and velocity on target have been achieved. Furthermore, the damage effectiveness of fragments against Patriot radar car has been estimated.

Abstract: We propose a new concept design about carbon-free vacuum cleaner. The carbon-free vacuum cleaner moves under the act of external forces instead of the motor, and transmits the rotation speed from low to the ideal speed with the gear up box. In order to to verify the reasonableness of the gear up mechanism and weather the designing of the gears meet the demand, we construct the detail assemble model of the gear up mechanism based on pro/e software, and then analyze the gear with the finite element analysis method.

Abstract: It has heavy workload, imprecision, not intuition, and other shortcomings by utilizing the traditional methods to optimize excavator working device (bucket). Structural optimization of main working parts excavator (bucket) is performed by finite element analysis technology. Defect of bucket is found out on the basis of static analysis results. Optimization scheme is put forward to meet the job requirements.

Abstract: Aimed at the disadvantage of the experiment of electromechanical control, such as the high cost of the hardware and the unchangeable experiment, an experimental system based on soft PLC was designed which consists of a personal computer with a CP5611 communication card, CPX terminal, FESTO hydraulic platform and software of soft PLC; it also had human-computer interface programmed by LabVIEW to monitor the system and implement control. This system has advantages of strong universality, good flexibility, low cost and simple development process.

Abstract: The dynamics performance for lifting mechanism is a very important factor that affects its rapidity and stability. This paper gives the dynamics equations for lifting process by using a equivalent dynamics model, and makes dynamics analysis for cylinder forward push lever lifting mechanism in a condition of giving its movement rules, and then acquires curves of changing loads on key joints and acceleration of the load centroid by dynamics simulation using ADAMS for five movement rules. In the end, a better selection is made by contrasting the results. This would give some reference to improving the dynamical performance of the lifting mechanism.

Abstract: When the bubble moves in the vicinity of a free surface, the movement will be affected by the buoyancy and the Bjerknes effect. Blake and Gibson proposed the criterion which determined the motion direction of the jet and the dynamics of bubble. They proposed the jet wouldn’t be formed in the condition that . Based on the potential flow theory, boundary element method (BEM) is used to calculate three typical examples in this paper in order to study the dynamics of the bubble under the combined action of the Bjerknes effect of the free surface and the buoyancy. Abstract: In a stepping motor, the flux linkage with a phase winding is a function of rotor position and phase current. Employing inductance saliency to detect rotor position is suitable for hybrid stepping motor (HSM) for its saturation feature. This paper will introduce a position closed-loop control system for HSM with rotor position detection by monitoring chopping characteristics, and present simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink.

Abstract: Laser cutting focus position automatic tracking system of control precision directly affects the quality of laser cutting processing. There is a low anti-jamming capability, poor quality,poorer openness and poorer dynamic response short comings in the inductive sensor or the capacitive sensor and constitute of the single chip microcomputer control system. This paper introduces a laser focus automatic tracking system based on motion controller, using optical encoder as displacement sensor, use the motion controller of master-slave tracking (electronic gear) function implementation focus position error compensation quickly. Improve the quality of system control, openness, the stability and reliability.
