Abstract: Currently, large scale of wind power grid-tied has brought great security risk on the grid. Accurate forecast of wind power is of vital importance. In this paper, a forecast method based on cloud model and GMDH two-stage optimization approach is proposed. Firstly, association rules between wind speed and different atmospheric pressure are mined, cloud model inference method is applied to get the data of wind power speed at next time. Then, many forecast methods were applied to acquire power forecast data at next time, furthermore, combination forecast model based on GMDH is acquired. Through analyzing historical data, different atmospheric pressure and generation power of some wind farm in Jibei, it is verified that this model, having high practical value, can improve the accuracy of power prediction.

Abstract: With the application of cloud computing technology in the manufacturing industry, there appear all sorts of the manufacturing cloud services on the network. Basic of manufacturing cloud service is manufacturing resource, and the business process is the business context of the manufacturing resource. In order to improve the utilization rate of cloud services, a model for the hybrid granularity manufacturing resources with strong competitiveness is put forward, including basic information, basic function, business process and quality of service of manufacturing resource, and based on which cloud manufacturing service model is construct. The service discovery experiment is designed based on the manufacturing cloud service model, and the experimental results prove that the cloud service from strong competitive hybrid granularity manufacturing resource has more competitive power and higher utilization.

Abstract: Proposed a extend design pattern, which oriented distributed environment. Design framework in which import some components, such as command bus, command executor. Design the structure class diagram of the pattern. Expatiated components’ specific function, and analyses the command execution process in the pattern. Based on the pattern, when developers design command classes, there is no need to consider how to sequence the command object and send it to server, and they don’t worry about receiving data from server and anti-serialize from the received data. Conclude that developers can use command pattern in a network transparent manner in accordance with the original way.

Abstract: The grey theory is employed to establish the grey prediction-wind speed Weibull distribution model and calculate the Weibull distribution parameters according to the randomness and intermittence of the wind power output. The wind speed distribution of the wind farm and the effective wind power density are predicted accurately, the wind power and the electric fan efforts in generating capacity and other important data can be obtained according to the actual terrain wind farm wind speed data.

Abstract: Research on dynamical system has penetrated into many problems of agricultural production, such as prediction of corn yield, analysis on operational situation of irrigation district and research on ecological difference equation. In this paper, we investigated dynamical properties for non-primitive substitution and the set-valued maps induced by the substitution. We proved In two cases that the hyperspace systems induced by non-primitive substitution are not distributional chaotic.

Abstract: This paper aims to examine the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as the significant technique to improve the maintenance management of production equipment. Attempt was made to discuss the available literature related to existing techniques in maintenance management, particularly on breakdown maintenance (BM), preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM) or condition-based maintenance (CBM), reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and TPM. The outcomes from these reviews would serve as useful guidelines for the future research in maintenance management. This review justifies TPM as a comprehensive technique to improve the flaw in maintenance management. Notably, TPM encompasses of all elements applied by other maintenance methodology, from tools and techniques to involvement of all operational hierarchical in the organization as what is very much required in manufacturing organization is to integrate different functional areas in a coherent manner.

Abstract: This paper studies the convenient application of statistical control methods in quality control, which includes selecting Pareto chart, line chart, process capability analysis, correlation and regression analysis, orthogonal test and the control chart. The purpose, range and operation steps of these methods are in practical use in the textile industry. Abstract: The manufacturers nowadays are forced to respond very quickly to changes in the market conditions. To adopt flexible mixed model assembly lines (MMAL) is a preferred way for manufacturers to improve competitiveness. Managing a mixed model assembly line involves two problems: assigning assembly tasks to stations (balancing problem) and determining the sequence of products at each station (sequencing problem). In order to solve both balancing and sequencing problem in MMAL simultaneously, an integrated mathematical model based on mixed integer programming (MIP) is developed to describe the problem. In the model, general type precedence relations and task duplications are considered. Due to the NP-hardness of the balancing and sequencing problem of MMAL, GA is designed to search the optimal solution. The efficiency of the GA is demonstrated by a case study.
