Abstract: A company operating in a competitive and ever changing environment that wishes to be recognized as world class requires a management model that affords its executives a systemic vision. This article aims to describe a scientific conceptual model of an integrated support system for decision making (marketing, production, human resources and finance) for industrial companies based on the rules that originated in the theories and concepts of: (i) systemic administration; (ii) complex adaptive systems; and (iii) optimization methods (more specifically of artificial neural networks, the analytic hierarchy process and linear programing). The proposed model was presented to a group of 10 executives and consultants from industrial companies. The Collective Subject Discourse of these executives includes the possibility of having “tools” that guide their companies to World Class management, although the computerization and automation process of decision making can be “something” difficult and burdensome.

Abstract: Underground mining has traditionally been one of the most hazardous industries, and various accidents happen with high frequency in recent years, highlighting the need for explicit attention to safety management in the course of industrialization in China. Researchers and practitioners tend to overlook the physical and mental load of the front-line workers, which gives rise to the potential hazard in production. By investigating the workers physiological and psychological states, the research could enlighten management practice including formulating new production plan and reducing industrial hazards caused by fatigue, lagged responsiveness and misreading. The current study adopted physiological measurement techniques to study the differences of subway construction workers’ physiological and psychological states between two conditions—on the ground and underground, and contributed to the research on safety management of underground construction projects from human-oriented perspective.

Abstract: Last years more and more Russians are buying property abroad, not only in order to obtain from her rental income or resale, but also for a family holiday by the sea in a favorite of the country. The article describes the main criteria for the choosing of foreign real estate. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of buying property in countries such as Turkey, Egypt, Greece.

Abstract: Based on the product injury data provided by the National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) in the US and the National Injury Surveillance System (NISS) in China, different features of Chinese and American product injuries have been analyzed. American product injuries are mainly focused on children, teenagers and senior citizens, while Chinese product injuries are mainly focused on working-age population. In the US, the percentage of men injured by products is close to that of women. But in China, the percentage of men injured by products is almost twice that of women, showing a distinct gender difference. In the US, the percentage of people injured by product treated and recovered is higher than in China, while the percentage of the hospitalized and dead is lower than in China.

Abstract: Biomass biodegradable packaging material as a new green packaging material is a hot research area of packaging material. In order to obtain its life cycle environmental property, the life cycle environmental impact of biomass biodegradable packaging materials was studied in this paper. Firstly, the life cycle assessment theory and Eco-indicator99 method were used to establish the life cycle assessment model for biomass biodegradable packaging material; Secondly, objective and scope of the assessment are identified through the research on characteristics of life cycle stages of biomass biodegradable packaging material; Finally, Simapro software is used to do the biomass biodegradable packaging materials LCA and the comparative analysis with the corrugated cardboard, kraft paper, modified starch biodegradable plastics packaging materials.

Abstract: Using statistical methods results of acceptance testing of products from autoclave cellular concrete of the enterprises of the Belgorod region were analyzed according to the measured compressive strength and density. It was found that when these indicators conform the regulations, their oscillations reach the frontiers of normal statistical distribution. It is shown that statistical methods can serve as a tool to control the quality of products and for finding problems in the production process with identifying the most important of them. The most expected causes of quality deterioration were identified. Recommendations for enterprise to bring the investigated process under the stable conditions were given. Thus it was shown that it is not always correct to judge the stability of manufacturing prosess only by output of quality products with a minimum level of defects. As an important tool for adjustment of production activities may be the use of statistical methods of quality management that can improve the efficiency of industrial enterprises.

Abstract: The big data era enable us to carry out data operations based on the extremely large data volumes to realize the datamation of manufacturing industrial chain. This provides us a good opportunity to optimize the manufacturing industrial chain and upgrade the development of manufacturing industry. In order to provide beneficial references for the optimization of manufacturing industrial chain and the development of manufacturing industry, in this paper, we explore new paths to realize the datamation of manufacturing industrial chain based on the big data era background. We also analyze the advantages, as well as problems remained to be solved of promoting the datamation of manufacturing industrial chain.

Abstract: Partner selection decisions are an important component of production and supply chain management. However, partner selection is a typical multi-criteria decision-making problem and many factors affect partner selection; it is hard to select the most appropriate partners in real circumstances, especially in agricultural product supply chain. In this study, a discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. A numerical example for partner selection of agricultural product supply chain is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method and shows the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Nowadays it is a heated interest to apply neuroscience knowledge to social sciences. Following the neuromanagement, neurotourism is coined and discussed by the authors. Neurotourism mainly explores the neural mechanism underlying tourists’ behaviors and aims to advance tourism research. Neuroscience tools can obtain objective neurophysiology data from human body, serving as potential measurements of some constructs such as happiness, tourism satisfaction and revisiting intention. Besides, neuroscience tools can also capture and record the cognitive and emotional process in real-time during tourism experience and this application helps the tourism manager achieve better monitoring and scheduling. Thus we suggest that neurophysiology data should be added to management information system. Finally a pilot event-related potential techniques (ERPs, one of the cognitive neuroscience tools) experiment was conducted to support our ideas.
