Abstract: According to the wideband channel with the sparse characteristics of time frequency doubly selective fading, and the sparse energy mainly concentrating on a few clusters, this paper presents the compressed sensing algorithm, that is cluster-regularized adaptive matching pursuit (CRAMP) based on cluster characteristics. Through analyzing the time frequency doubly selective channel in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system, and using the time domain and frequency domain correlation in channel, the algorithm uses the 2D-DFT as the observation matrix in compressed sensing channel. And then utilizing clustering characteristics, it estimates for each cluster rather than estimates for each element in channel. The simulation results show that the CRAMP algorithm in channel reconstruction accuracy and bit error ratio (BER) respects are superior to conventional compressed sensing ones.

Abstract: Peer review is a new phenomenon in the process of internationalization of academic journals, but also a worldwide problem. In this paper, the development and practical application of peer review system are sort out, which are based on objective data research of domestic and international academic journals; the problems of network online published papers in practice are analyzed and explored by modern advanced network technology as the application tool, and how scientific orientation are they to play an effective role. The purpose of paper is in order to ensure the impartiality of the academic council, spread rapidly and use information resources, and further promote to enhance the overall level of academic journals.

Abstract: In this paper, through the stages of operation of air conditioning, the air conditioning system, fan coil surface type heat exchanger with the problem as an example, discusses the method will run regulation applied to air conditioning technology teaching. The operation regulation is not only based on the mathematics of computation and analysis, also by regulating the function in the enthalpy-humidity graphics performance air conditioning graphs rich operation.

Abstract: The authors introduce the concept of competence portfolio for graduates of physical and engineering majors, the relevance of which is undoubtful due to recently emerged dynamic of the content of physical and engineering majors. One needs to make up a portfolio to achieve two goals. The first - is to create a complete "picture" of the content of graduates’ competencies for employers, which is modified annually. Such portfolio, along with achievements of social and scientific activities includes competency structure as a hierarchical graph. The nodes of the graph contain learning disciplines, the study of which helps students of physical and engineering majors to develop this competence. The second goal – is the accumulation of graduate’s memory bank, which includes semantic structure of educational problems of physical and engineering disciplines that make an important contribution to the development of competencies. This article describes the strategy of achieving the first goal.

Abstract: Design of digital teaching platform of the Internet of Things (IOT) is to solve the technical problem about how to provide all-digital, high-simulation and feature-rich digital teaching platform of IOT. This design includes the operating terminal, the master node of IOT, slave node of IOT, RFID Read/Write modules and RFID labels. Compared with the existing technology, this design can simulate the operation and usage of IOT in various application environments, it is very convenient for students to study and master the basic technology of IOT, it can be widely used in all kinds of school teaching and scientific research.

Abstract: Quality in education has been the subject of many debates, be it among managers in schools, in the media or in literature. However, the literature appears not to include methods or techniques for exploring databases to obtain classifications for this quality; nor is there a consensus as to the definition of “education quality”. To address these issues, this article proposes a methodology similar to the KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) to classify Education Quality in schools comparatively, based on grades scored in school performance tests. For the purposes of this study, the test used was the Prova Brasil examination, which is part of the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) used in Brazil. The methodology was applied to public municipal schools in the town of Araucária in the metropolitan district of Curitiba in Paraná State. Seventeen schools that offer elementary and junior high school education were included. All the grades of every student were considered from the early and later years at the schools. During the Data Mining stage, the main stage of the KDD process, three comparative methods were used for Pattern Recognition: Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines and Genetic Algorithms. These methods supplied satisfactory results in the classification of schools represented by way of a “Quality Label”, with Artificial Neural Networks having the best performance for the problem in question. With this quality label, educational managers can decide on which measures to adopt at all the schools to help them achieve their goals.
