Abstract: For the requirements of different bus signals from high speed PCB with DDR3 components based on fly-by topology structure, coping strategies have been proposed respectively. For the address or command bus, a leveling-free strategy has been proposed. It shows that the phase difference can be nearly zero through reasonable constraints on PCB design. The strategy was applied to the clock bus and achieved good performance, combining with the rules of signal integrity. For the data bus, the timing sequence on source synchronous has been analyzed and the time margin was calculated. The reasonability of the design was verified through the simulation result with Cadence.

Abstract: In this paper we consider the problem of synthesis of equivalent circuits containing nonlinear electrical circuits, in general, any number of non-linear elements. The system of differential equations describing the linear non autonomous multi-pole after quasiequivalence transformations allows to synthesize an equivalent circuit of the multi-pole consisting of two-pole linear, nonlinear resistors, controlled voltage sources, etc. The question of replacing the series-connected voltage sources controlled by the operational amplifier, the implementation of linear and nonlinear two-pole resistors.

Abstract: In the paper, a matter-element model and correlation functions of running state is established based on fuzzy decision making by high voltage circuit breaker operating state evaluation index and its diversity and ambiguity. Based on matter-element theory, a circuit breaker model which can run the state judge's classic domain, node domain, and to be evaluated matter-element is established, and the use of a set of correlation functions of the calculation circuit breaker extension running parameters and status of the correlation between levels, from the size of the circuit breaker associated with degree of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the state is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively, and it is finally verified by examples the usefulness of this method. Studies have shown that the method can quickly and effectively identify the operational status of circuit breakers, hence it can provide a new way to identify the operational status of circuit breakers.

Abstract: Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction coupling of the wireless charging system, the main factors of the transmission efficiency is the coupling efficiency between the primary coil and the secondary coil. In order to improve the charging efficiency, NiCuZn ferrite material can be added in the wireless charging system. Thus, the wireless charging system can obtain high flux, and improve the transmission efficiency.

Abstract: Indium-gallium-zinc oxide Thin Film Transistors (IGZO-TFT) were separately prepared with SiOx and SiNx/ SiOx as gate insulator,with IGZO films deposited at room-temperature by RF magnetron sputtering method as active layer.Compared with TFT with SiOx as gate insulator, The saturation mobility and the on/off ratio of TFT with SiNx/ SiOx as gate insulator were much higher. And,the threshold swing was also smaller.But,the threshold voltage was not good enough,was larger. By annealing at 200°C in the air,the saturation mobility increased from 1.42 to 7.5 cm2.V-1.S-1. While, the saturation mobility had no obvious change when TFT was annealed at high temperature. Seriously, IGZO annealed at high temperature would become crystal,it was not good for the ohmic contact between active layer and metal conductive layer,and,the interface between active layer and insulator would be deteriorated.These will result in the threshold swing become larger and the on/off ratio get smaller.200°C is a suitable temperature for annealing. So,using SiNx/ SiOx films as gate insulator,together with TFT annealing at low temperature, could improve the performances of TFT effectively.

Abstract: Graph metrics are important tools for the comparisons between networks. However, different graph metrics may lead to different evaluation results for a certain network. In this paper, we generate a unified framework for the multi-metrics and study the collective evaluation method for complex networks with multi-metrics. Finally, the experimental analysis verifies the correctness and practical values of the proposed method.

Abstract: Reliability assessment of Highly Reliable Software is significant in the software reliability engineering because of the small-size failure data. A novel model based on bootstrapping method and statistics of extremes for highly reliable software reliability assessment was presented. Correlation coefficient method was applied in order to determine the extreme distribution pattern to which the failure data belongs. The bootstrapping method based on residual error was used to estimate the parent distribution parameters. Software reliability and mean-time-to-failure (MTTF) at the end of reliability test were assessed. Experimental results show the model has a higher accuracy in the small-size sample situation. The validity of the proposed method is examined.

Abstract: Classification is a supervised learning problem used to discriminate data instances in different classes. The solution to this problem is obtained through algorithms (classifiers) that look for patterns of relationships between classes in known cases, using these relationships to classify unknown cases. The performance of the classifiers depends substantially of the data types. In order to give proper treatment to nominal data, this paper shows that the application of previous transformations can substantially improve the performance of classifiers, bringing significant benefits to the result of the whole process of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). This paper uses three different data sets with nominal data and two well-known classifiers: the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), and the Naïve-Bayes (NB). For data transformation, the paper applies an approach called Geometric Data Analysis (GDA). The GDA techniques compared in this paper are the traditional Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the underexplored Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA). The results confirm the capability of the GDA transformation to improve the classification accuracy and attest the superiority of the MCA in comparison with its precursor, the PCA, when applied to nominal data.

Abstract: To satisfy rigid performance specifications of structure light measurement by phase shift method, the algorithm of phase image segmentation and filter based on direction of the gradient factor was introduced in this paper. In this method, phase image was divided into three parts by condition of extreme value and direction of the gradient factor, including continuous area, edge area and regional noise. Only phase data in continuous area was processed by median filter. This method can reduce the point matching computation of 3-D reconstruction, and at the same time can protect the image edge details, so as to reduce the noise data, provide accurate and effective phase data for reconstruction. Results of segmentation verify feasibility and effectiveness of presented method.

Abstract: Separable words have important applications in many fields such as Chinese information processing, Chinese-English translation, teaching Chinese as a foreign language. There are about five thousand separable words distribute in the corpus of Chinese, and the word frequency is greater in the novel, so the study on identification of separable words is significant. This paper selects the higher discrete frequency of verb-object separable words as the object of the study, by examining the manifestation of extended components in different separable words and giving summary and detailed classification of the extended components on the large-scale corpus, a new approach is designed based on the words segmentation and the structure type of extended component. According to the experiments of identification mark to separable words of verb-object type, the average recall is 89.54% and the average precision is 87.43% in open test. The experimental results show that the method is effective.
