Abstract: Firing dispersion of multi-launch rocket system is affected by launch sequence and firing interval significantly. Firing order and firing interval of the existing multi launch rocket system (MLRS) are optimized to improve the firing performance of the existing weapon system without changing the overall design of the weapon system. On one hand, based on optimization problem, the firing dispersion optimal model is established and the genetic algorithm is improved therefore, a sequence of mixed coding genetic algorithm is designed. On the other hand, simulation optimization of firing dispersion has been finished by the aid of fitness function which is based on the optimal model. Meanwhile, it testifies this algorithm’s validity and the simulation results can provide a certain reference value for engineering experiment.

Abstract: The software health management (SWHM) is a new field, which mainly deals with some critical need to detect, diagnose, predict and mitigate adverse events caused by software related faults and failures. These faults come from different sources such as code errors, unpredicted faults, hardware failures or some problematic interaction with the external environment. This article discusses the latest development and research of software health concept and techniques. And the article summarizes the problem of current research, and proposes the developing trend. At last, we explain the process of software health monitoring taking the service software system as example.

Abstract: In order to intrusion detection system functional analysis easily and adapted to changing requirement, object oriented modeling technology is applied in Packet Capture System. The system architecture is proposed first, functional analysis is given for it s components. Static model and dynamic model are separately founded by united modeling language. An analysis of the advantages of the system is placed in the end.

Abstract: As the development of communication, social networks are becoming increasingly ubiquity nowadays. The reliable measure of the influence of each individual has a great significance. Better decisions can be made according to the influence ranking in a social network. In this paper, we introduce the time series into PageRank and propose an improved influence measure model. Experiments on the Erdos1 coauthors network and the bloggers network both achieved reliable results.

Abstract: A particle swarm algorithm (PSO) based on boundary buffering-natural evolution was proposed for solving constrained optimization problems. By buffering the particles that cross boundaries, the diversity of populations was intensified; to accelerate the convergence speed and avoid local optimum of PSO, natural evolution was introduced. In other words, particle hybridization and mutation strategies were applied; and by combining the modified feasible rules, the constrained optimization problems were solved. The simulation results proved that the method was effective in solving this kind of problems.

Abstract: Scheduling jobs on batch machines has a significant impact on the performance indicators utilization. We used ant colony algorithms to improve performance of the scheduling jobs on batch machines in the semiconductor fabrication with multi-priority orders. To minimize total tardiness penalty, the improved ant colony algorithms was used to perform batches forming and batches sorting respectively, which are the two sub-problem of batch machines’ scheduling. The simulation results show that the scheduling performance by our proposed algorithm is better than the heuristic rules, and the more percentage of emergency orders, the better it is.

Abstract: To solve the problem of the variancy of the wind power when wind farm connect with the power grid, a wind power predicting model of wind farm based on double ANNs is proposed in the paper. Wind velocity and wind direction on wind farm are the key of wind power predicting, and other circumstance conditions such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, are also great influence on it. The observed values of these five circumstance conditions can be treated as a nonlinear time series and be analyzed by the nonlinear time series ANNs model. The wind power predicting model consists of double artificial neural networks. The first is consisted of five artificial neural networks which is used to prediction the circumstance conditions time series, the second is employed to prediction the power of wind farm use predicting value of the five conditions. A series of simulation show that the results of the predicting model is acceptable in engineering application.

Abstract: In this paper, the concept of biorthogonal nonseparable high dimensional wavelet packets which is the generalizaion of biorthogonal univariate wavelet packets is introduced. A new method for constructing them is presented by iteration method. The biorthogonality properties of high dimensional wavelet packets are discussed. Three biorthogonality formulas concerning these wavelet packets are estabished.

Abstract: In order to determine the routing scheme of a line in city track traffic, a nonlinear constrained multi-objective 0-1 programming model is established, with the intervals as variables, and the optimal matching between the spatial characteristics of passenger demand and routing, as well as the minimization of operation cost as the objective functions. The equality constraint is built based on fuzzy clustering method, the number of variables is reduced, and the weighted coefficients are computed with objective function values. Taking Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 as an example, a selectable routing scheme is calculated.
