Abstract: In this paper, a hybrid approach for identifying the traffic running over BitTorrent (BT) protocol is proposed. Besides the conventional port-based and signature-based methods, another two BT-oriented methods dealing with the peer-information and flow-information of BT traffic are also adopted. The peer-information method makes use of the unencrypted peer-transfer mechanism of BT protocol, and the flow-information method focuses on identifying the encrypted traffic, which evades the above three methods, with low false-positive ratio. The preliminary evaluation shows that our hybrid approach is effective and comprehensive for BT traffic identification.

Abstract: With the completion of the HapMap project, largescale, high-density single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers and information on haplotype structure and frequencies become available. Although meta-analysis could combine the data by placing markers on a common genetic map and performing linkage analysis on the whole sample jointly, how to adjust the map distance of those markers with no crossover data sets in available databases is still an important problem. In this paper, back-propagation artificial neural network was be used to combine the linkage mapping. The results showed composite genetic map can be got after adjusted the small sample map distance curve with a criteria curve, a large sample size curve or a map got from meta-analysis, and the composite genetic map with more precise and dense markers could also be got using an appropriate networks trained with crossover marker data. The small genetic maps could also be spliced by using an appropriate networks trained with crossover marker data, the network structure with different hidden neurons was also very important for splicing the genetic maps from different literatures. The meta-analysis combining appropriate networks trained with crossover marker data was a good selection for composite mapping.

Abstract: This paper presented a high real time target tracking algorithm – mixed difference tracking algorithm MDT. In the proposed algorithm, frame difference and background difference algorithms are combined to get the location of the target. With background difference algorithm the shape of the target can be extracted. Due to the affection of the dynamic background, single background difference algorithm can not get the location of the moving target. To solve this issue the frame difference algorithm is used to estimate the location, and then combine the results of the background difference algorithm and the frame difference algorithm the location and the size of the target can be extracted. And then filtering algorithm is used to remove noise and isolated points. In the experiment it can be seen that the proposed algorithm can tracking object precisely in real time.

Abstract: Development trend of China instrument and meter industry looks good when the financial crisis is an ongoing crisis triggered by a dramatic rise in mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures in the world now. Anti-Risk capability has very important influence over the competitiveness in the long-term development vice versa. And instrument and meter enterprises in China must enhance their competitiveness force to increase market share. This paper constructs competitiveness evaluation index system of the listed companies in instrument and meter including six factors: Index Per Share, Profitability, Cash Flow, Capital Structure, Operation Ability, Development Ability, and adopts evaluation method by entropy method to make an empirical analysis on the competitiveness with the 16 Chinese listed companies in instrument and meter.

Abstract: Three new cluster bonds have been isseued in China as the financial innovation to conquer the SME’s borrowing constrains. SMEs issued the cluster bonds as a group to the outside investors have gained great success. However the pricing mechanism of this new financial technology is still under the research. We made the logical pricing model of credit spread by a geometrical attenuation function reflecting the unexpected default of intensities. Then, we designed a pricing model of small-medium corporate cluster bonds with the spot interest rate assumed to follow Vasicek model. Finally, we tested the pricing model with one thousand times Monte Carlo methods and offered theoretical background and empirical evidence for financial innovation as well.

Abstract: To construct autonomous, dynamic evolvement software entity, and dynamically assemble them under the Internet environment for the complex software system, a novel intelligent software model is critical. Although there is significant literature on implementation of enterprise software systems, there are fewer contributions that give rigorous formal analyzing. In this paper, we present formal model of intelligent connector for constructing enterprise intelligent applications. As a core of the enterprise intelligence component, our model is presented at different levels of abstraction and formalism by π-calculus, and the characters of dynamic rebuilding, intelligent controlling business chains are formally analyzed. A case is given to illustrate its dynamic properties.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel digital earth platform framework, which is a application, service and decision-making support systems of geospatial data acquisition, storage, transmission, conversion, processing, analysis, retrieval, expression and output as a unified body, the core of which is to deal with geospatial data for spatial geographic information network service Geo-Browser/Geospatial Information Server (G/S) mode and Hyper Geographic Markup Language (HGML). Depth understanding and analysis of platform architecture, this paper realizes of digital earth platform prototype – U-Star based on the geospatial information network service G/S mode, the platform has the merits of C/S mode that full use of client resources, efficient to deal with the client data, as well as the advantages of B/S mode that the unified client and convenient to access network. This platform is a new server which can cope with massive geospatial information and a solution which can provide efficient service. It has already been applied into many fields, such as the digital tourism service system, the time sequence analysis of Wenchuan Earthquake, the real-time video monitoring based on the digital earth platform and the intelligent processing and exhibition of remote sensing data. The result indicates that the perfection of space, time and complexion of the geospatial information network accessing will effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the shared data, which has very important theoretical significance and bright prospect of application.

Abstract: This paper outlined the experimental and theoretical study on the TC4 alloy fasten holes structure to assess the first inspection and maintenance period for structures. The initial fatigue quality of the fastener holes was represented by an equivalent initial flaw size distribution. Based on the experimental results of crack size, the life of fasten structure detail in which 5% crack happened was provided and the resulted life was suggested as the structure economical life. The predicated economical life of titanium alloy fasten hole structure are helpful to the economical repair of the airframe structure.

Abstract: A novel hybrid elements exchange/electromagnetism meta-heuristic differential evolution algorithm, named EEMDE, is proposed in this paper, avoiding the premature convergence of original DE algorithm. A metric to measure the Simplification of force exerted on a point is defined as the mutation rate F in the EEMDE, which is used to get an adaptive adjustment of F. EEMDE may produce slight disturbance on the original vector for enhancing the exploring capacity and avoid the DE to the "uphill" in the wrong direction forward. Experiments demonstrate that the convergence of EEMDE is faster than DE and simulations based on some CSPs express the effectiveness, efficiency and robustness of it.

With the concept of effective path and designed time, the method of MADM and improved Dijkstra, the paper solves the path evaluation problem about singular attribute, length and time of path, and both of the attributes.
